We'll both be out there. He's taking off running. And looks like he's going to be going past behind the storage units. And I'm still following him. Bro, you going to stop? You going to stop? Hey, stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Get on your stomach. On your stomach, Clay. No. Get on your stomach. On your stomach. I didn't do anything. I didn't do it. This way. Roll. Give me your other hand. Give it to him. I didn't do anything. Give me your other hand. Give me your other hand. Give me your other hand, dude. I can't breathe. I can't breathe. I can't breathe. I didn't do anything. Did you get one on him? Yeah, I got it. I didn't do it. Yeah, expert. We got to stick together. You know what I'm saying? Knock it the [ __ ] off. Knock it off. Now if we can flip his hips. I didn't do anything. Move your hips. Turn to the right. Turn to the right. I didn't do anything. Why do I didn't do anything? You going to chill out? Hey Clay, you going to chill out? I just want to go home. Nope. You're past that. Yeah. And you caught it. You got to go home. You caught a felony, too. Just let me go back home. Closer or something. Please. Yeah. Please let me go home. We got a 21. Ready. [Music] Ready. Yep. Come on up. Get up. Stand up. I can do it. Stand up. I got it. I got you. Oops. You're good. There you go. Take a deep breath, class. Take a deep deep breath. Get in. Get throat in. Yeah, we'll keep it up here. All right. Well, I just happen to be a certified over. I got called out. There's a 16 in VOA. Is that princess or who's going on out there? Lance, ma'am. I didn't do anything. All right. See you. Thanks. Thanks. Anything for you? Appreciate it. Hey, we got to step together. Absolutely. Let them get the puppet on. Yeah. Thanks. So, what happened was I I was pulling down uh I saw him taking off. Taking off. So, I'm behind him yelling out the window. Stop. He won't. So, I get up close. He starts wanting to cross the street. So that's when I cut him off, bail out, come back here. He's carrying his foot or his shoes. He turns around, he starts throwing them at me. I saw that. And then he throws them all and he stands here and he squares up and swings. Yep. And uh so I'm going to hit him with uh assault on an officer. Yep. Uh obstruction M1, resisting M1, and then we'll hit him with domestic. So, we'll uh I'm just going to take him straight to Yep. Where are you? I'll go talk to dad and see what's going on. Three station uh 107's got that male as a 21. It's going to be uh Clay Fisher. Seventh Go ahead. We'll be transporting this mail directly over the county. Clear 21. three station. I'll be out at the uh original red zone. Hello. So, what's going on? So, my child this morning when he got up, he's supposed to be going into work and going to Wendy's. Okay. And he got up this morning, said he wasn't feeling well. Okay. Okay. Um was up late last night messing around. Yeah. So, I tried to get him to go to work and he kept yelling at me, cursing me out, just being belligerent, right? Tried to talk to him. common sense. And then he starts hitting me, hit me in the face, okay? You know, kicked me in the nuts about three or four times. And I just told him, I said, "Listen, you're you're either going to calm yourself down and talk like an adult or I'm going to call the police cuz I said, "You've already hit me and attacked me." Right. It didn't seem to get him to do what he needed to do. Right. Okay. Are you wanting to pursue charges for domestic violence? I I don't know. Okay. Um Well, can I take some pictures? Yes, sir. Okay. Let me grab my camera. No problem. What's your first name? Pat Fisher. Okay. Three station. Can you look in house for a Pat Fisher? Are you the one that called then? Yes, sir. Okay. Oops. So, he's on his way to jail now. Okay. Um he uh he swung at me that um which is going to be assault on an officer. Okay. Um okay. Uh print it for prosecutor. All right. If I can just have you stand on the sidewalk, take an overall picture. Okay. And one more. And then Yep. Is that blood on my face, too? I don't see any. Uh maybe maybe some right here. Okay. Um, let me just take one more picture. Okay. Um, did you try to restrain him at all? Um, just kind of in a self-defense. Yes. Okay. What did you do? If you can kind of just explain it to you. I I uh to be honest, I tried not to restrain him and tried not to make contact with that male. He was kicking me on the bed and I cuz I went upstairs to try and talk with him and he kicked me in the nuts in the bed. Okay. And I I grabbed him and threw him off the bed. Okay. Would you be willing to write out a voluntary written statement for me? Just kind of telling me everything. Let me go grab that for you real quick. I'm out with him right now. Can you print him out and stamp it for prosecutor? He already has his fingerprints done. I got you. Is he on probation? Yes, sir. Who's he on PO uh probation with? Uh it's the guy, the male probation officer, Tom Myers. Yes. Okay. Can you make contact with Tom Meyer? Transferring myself. Transferring myself. Okay. So, if you can just print your name right here, you'll start your statement of everything that you essentially just told me until we arrived on scene. If you want to sit on your porch, whatever, and then I'll come talk to you. Okay. Hey, you want to go ahead and call somebody in from 4 to 12? probably 4647 46457. Hey, Tom. Hey. Sorry to bother you. You got Clay Fisher on paper. All right. So, okay. Uh, we just got called down here at his dad's house for an act of domestic. Uh, he started punching uh his dad, kicking him in the nuts and everything. busted his dad's hand up pretty good. When we came down the road, he took off out of the house, uh went into a field, uh chased him into a field, got close enough to him, he turned around, he was holding his shoes in his hands, started throwing his shoes at me. Uh once once he threw the shoes, he squared up, swung at me, um took him to the ground. Uh, so right now we're gonna depending on what his dad wants to do, domestic uh resisting M1, destruction M1, and then uh [ __ ] uh assault on a police officer. So I don't know if you want to throw in a PV on that or what. Okay, he's on his way to the jail now. I don't know start to bother you. Um but uh cool. I will uh I'll get this report done um and then I'll get it over to you by Monday morning. All right. Thanks, Tom. Bye. [Music] [Music] Still looking. Okay. Or still working. Yes, sir. All righty. Oh, no. You're perfectly fine. I just wanted to double check on you. Three station. Any luck on second shift? I'm still working on this. Clear. three station. Go ahead. Also, when you have time, I'll need a CCH and an 11 for prosecutor uh for the 21. All right, let me take a look. I don't think I have all of it, but Okay, let me take a look. Go ahead, unit. I'll be in shortly. Okay, thanks. Um, so your hand injury, was that from him kicking you? Yes. Okay. Okay. I would assume. Can you just put in there that the hand injury uh is presumed to be from the Cuz I did not hit him. Okay. Right. Right. You're just kind of essentially restraining him so you weren't so you didn't get hurt. That makes sense. Are you going to want to pursue charges for domestic violence? How much trouble is he already in? Uh, I mean, he's looking at a couple misdemeanors and he's looking at one felony. What do you suggest? How often this has happened? I mean, I can't give you legal advice, but how often does it happen? Um, this is at least the second or third time. It's just getting worse each time. It's getting worse each time. I mean, it sounds like you kind of know your answer. Um, but like I said, that's completely up to you. I know. Yeah, but once I file it, I can't take it back either. If you file it, you'd have to be at the August County Prosecutor's Office at 8:00 a.m. on Monday to sign the charges. Okay. Um, so it's up to you on what you want to do. I think we'll just stick with what we have for now because he's been in a lot of trouble with having lost it and hit trying to swing at you and throwing things at you. Right. I will um let me grab a I don't think I have one in here. Maybe I do. Let me put this away. I have to have Can I have your signature right here? Yes, sir. I'm sorry. This morning, it's all right. It's all right. That's what That's what we get paid to do. I know, but I'm sorry that this stuff is happening to you. I've tried so hard to try and he just will not listen to reason, right? Uh all he wanted to do is I'm trying to tell him. I said, "Do you like where you're living?" "Yeah." "Do you like having things?" "Yeah." I said, "But dude, you know, you're forcing me to kick you out." Right. I said, "I because I have the eviction paper written up." I told him all I have to do is write this. I said, "I hand to the police officer in 30 days from now, you're gone." Right? I said, "I've already I mean, I've already talked with lawyers already that, you know, I I I can't be doing this." So, I'm I'm hoping hopefully this is a wakeup call because I'm guessing he's never been to jail before. No, sir. So, with the felony, he's going to have no bond until uh Monday morning. Okay. He'll go in front of Judge Augsberger, who will then set the bond. Um and then it'll go from there. So, let me grab the uh let me put this away and grab the domestic violence paperwork. And uh and then we'll get out of here. Okay. So, he'll be in there for till Monday at least. Till Monday morning at least. Yeah. [Applause] I als I also contacted um his probation officer. His probation officer is going to put a holder on him, which means that he could possibly be in there even longer. Um but that's going to be up to obviously the judge and the probation officer. I'm going to guess he's going to get a second PD out of this. um uh due to it, you know, the nature of the crime and everything, I'm sure that Tom will probably uh send over, which Tom was telling me that he is already has court for a probation violation. Correct. Okay. Yep. So, yeah, it sounds like he left an underage person drive his car. Gotcha. Even though I told him not to. Right. I told him the only person that's supposed to drive a car is you and me. And then he left a 14year-old that lied to him. that still left a 14-year-old drive car. Absolutely. Yep. Um, so he's definitely not helping his case at all whatsoever. Um, so let let's hope that this is a wakeup call for sure. So I got to read this to you real quick. I or someone else requested that a law enforcement officer come to this place to investigate a domestic violence offense alleged to have been committed on this date. Uh, the officer upon arrival advised me of the rights to file a complaint in municipal court or take other legal actions. I fully understand these rights, but I do not desire the criminal complaint or other legal actions be filed at this time. I understand that law enforcement officers may arrest the offender even if I don't want to file charges. I request that no actions be taken by the law enforcement officer at this time. And you make this voluntarily without threats or anything. You want me to give him give you his medication? He's already over at the jail. That's something that you could call to the Auglaz County Jail and arrange with them on what time you could drop it off to them. Um because they will need those. But um if he was Yeah. Uh 27th um if we if he was still here and we hadn't left yet, I would have taken them. But like I said, since he's already over there, um I would just call the All County Jail and I'm sure they'll be they'll give you a time that maybe even their nurse is there. Um so she can get them right then and there. Um do you got any questions for me, Patch? Okay. All right. I'm sorry you had to waste your time with this. No, this isn't Trust me, this isn't a waste of time at all. This is what we do. This is what we're here for. I know. We just don't want anybody fighting. Obviously, we don't want anybody getting hurt. And we were close to that. And I'm glad that it didn't come to that and I'm glad you called. So if there's anything else we need you need from us, make sure don't hesitate to call. I'm patrolling. If you have any questions, um I get off at 4. So I I'll be back in at 8 a.m. If you catch me, need something after those hours. So I'll call the sheriff's office. Just call the sheriff's office. Yeah, you can call the sheriff's office. Um I would give them probably an hour cuz he's still going to be in the booking and they're not going to know. Um give them an hour. You can call the sheriff's office. Just tell the dispatcher you'd like to be transported to the jail in reference to medications for your son and and they'll be able to transfer who who you need to talk to. All right. Okay. Thank you. All right. Yep. Have a good rest of your day. Three station. I'm 33. Break. CP does not want charges for code 20. Can you start me at 47 for code 20, please? 118. Has he ran off then? Can you get direction travel? He's still inside the residence. Said he's changing his clothes, but he's getting ready to leave. Okay. [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] I'll both be out there. He's take off and looks like he's going to be going past or behind the storage jets. And I'm still following him. Stop. Stop. Stop. Get on your stomach. On your stomach, Clay. No. Get on your stomach. on your stomach. I didn't do anything. I didn't do it. This way. Give it to him. I didn't do it. Give me your other hand. Give him your other hand. Give me your other hand, dude. Give him your other hand. I can't. I did. Can you get one on him? Yeah, I got it. I did cuff one. Yeah. Thanks, Brent. You know, we got to stick together. You know what I'm saying? Knock it the [ __ ] off. Knock it off. If we can flip his hips. I didn't do anything. Move your hips. Turn to the right. Turn to the right. I didn't do anything. Why are you investing? I didn't do anything. [Music] I didn't do anything. Hey, Clay. You I just want to go home. Nope. You're past that. Yeah, we're past. I just want to go home. You caught a felony, too. Just let me go back home. You'll put that closer. Please. Yeah. Please let me go home. Please. Oh, you want to retire? Watch it. Please let me go. I can't do anything. Take a deep breath. Hop in. Get it. Throw it in. Yeah. I just happen to be a certified. Scoot over. Watch your arm. I didn't do anything. All right. to see you guys. Hey, thank you. Anything Anything for you guys. We got to stick together. Absolutely. Don't get public. Yeah. All right. So, what happened was I I was pulling down uh Orchard and I saw him take off. Taking off. So, I'm behind him. Y out the window. Stop. He won't. So, I get up close. He starts wanting to cross the street. So, that's when I cut him off. Bail out. Come back here. He's carrying his foot or his shoes. Shoes. He turns around, he starts throwing them at me. I saw that. And then he throws them all and he stands here and he squares up and swings. Yep. And uh so I'm gonna hit him with uh Yep. Assault on an officer. Yep. Uh obstruction M1, resisting M1, and then we'll hit him with domestic. All right. So we'll um I'm just going to take him straight to the county. Yep. Where are you? I'll go talk to dad. All right. All right. That's clear. I just want to go home. I just want to go home. I just do it, man. Just take me home. We're past that, Clay. What? Yep. What are you doing? We're going to jail. You're going to jail for what? You swung on an officer. Seventh station.
