As a result, Courtney was taken to county jail where she was charged with felony battery on a law enforcement officer as well as felony resisting arrest with violence, resisting arrest without violence and criminal mischief. In the end, Courtney could end up spending anywhere from 30 days to 7 years in prison. Adding on her already active warrants from Monroe County, I think it's safe to say she won't be having to see her boyfriend for quite some time.
