it off but I used to laser I took your speed at 78 yeah is the vehicle registered to you uh yeah oh no no uh I actually just got this picked it up from my dad okay uh I hav been able to uh to get it switched over but it's in his name uh I believe so yeah it should be cuz I got the the tags are actually off my Kia right now it's broke down oh I see so this is what I got to drive right now I see and then the window tent on these front windows looks too dark did you you know if you dad bought it with the tent installed yeah he actually the the reason for that D he actually RAR into this car and he had to buy the vehicle essentially so yeah that's I have I don't know anything about any paperwork with the car with like the vent on it um yeah that's what I was just looking for honestly I haven't even uh I got a I got a m here workout with car here's actually the so the installers aren't supposed to install it at too dark at a tent okay so the front window is yeah no they they'll they'll probably make it match the rear one so it looks uniform but these front windows have to allow in 50% light and uh if basically if we can see it then it's going to be too dark if I can't see anything but the driver's silhouette that's too dark and now we've got not only the seat belt law but we've got the distracted driver law it's really important that we need to see be able to see what the driver's doing especially in daytime is in at night exactly you don't want an officer coming up on you that's all nervous and can't see in so uh there's the the VIN okay the V of the vehicle but this is like a warranty thing no that'll work and then I can just it'll save me some standing over there reading it all try to I'll just verify the last four and go back and check it out so uh what I'm going to do is give you a warning on the speed all right but it's you can get stopped you know for even going one over um but if you would roll this wind up about a third away not every officer is a tent meter but I do having to have that today I'll yeah yeah I'll do that then uh till I can get home and tear it off I'll clean up this trash windows down without yeah but just go ahead and roll it down and so he just said okay and but no paperwork with you right now okay and then um no no insurance that you can show me like a screenshot or an app or anything like that I switched it over I just switched it over for my Kia okay this all right and then uh what's a good phone number for you so if uh think tius registration is a mandatory court appearance it it's actually arrestable um your tags are expired as well okay so there's a whole lot of things that can happen here I'm not going to just site you for everything here I mean I'm still going to give you a warning for the speed um I'll go ahead and give you a warning on the window tent um but I was going to issue a ticket for the window tent cuz I noticed when you went by it was too dark all right and uh the expired tags I mean I'm just going to go ahead and site you for the ficticious you going need to go to court bring all the pap workk with you and show the judge and then they can deal with it however they want to there uh but so you need to have it would be best for you if you have it titled in your name when you go to court now if you don't go to court I see you have some license forfeit that means unpaid tickets so if you don't go to court on this you get a Statewide warrant for your arrest okay so there's no sense in getting arrested on something like a registration you know but uh then bring that insurance down and I'm taking care of the tags right now my dad's my dad's farming in Sydney right now so okay I'll just meet up with him and most time the officers will tell your car with something like
