driving on the property and intentionally rammed the passenger side of Sergeant Jones' patrol car. Sergeant Jones exited his vehicle and deployed his patrol rifle. Kemp crashed his truck into a connex box and additional property. Sergeant Jones then discharged his patrol rifle striking Kemp. >> Get out of the car. >> Officer, shots fired. >> Shots fired, 57.
