the my my can I hold your phone yeah sure 126 where do you live in new Breeman do you know your address in New Brean yeah this is this is my my address in the Newman get it back up there I got Michigan mhm was there was there a new Brean address on there oh yeah yeah sorry I'm yeah I'm leaving I'm leaving this is my my address on the where's your new Brean address [Music] oh this this right here sorry yeah my bad yeah I I'm hey how we doing how we doing no I'm just trying to figure out what's going on with him do you know him yes is he your roommate yes okay what are you Alex yes okay um so he doesn't have a license or anything right no he is not to be out right okay does he have a social does he have any I as far as I know I have no idea um I'm not too sure okay he lives with you right yes okay Goa we're just trying to figure out who he is because we can't I mean obviously we have nothing in file I got of his what's your guys's address I wasn't sure if he was trying to call me because I have no service here so yeah he he is yeah trying to call me okay yeah cuz I thought so and I was like I have no signal so I would just get close but not too close to get involved you guys this investigation yeah no I appreciate it and it's bonit right that's what I thought Alex what's a good for number four yeah okay does he have anyone that can come pick him up um could you go home anything like that cuz he can't drive with a light without having a license I can I can I can figure it out I take them right now I can I can pull that car yeah so we can just park that car right there on the corner and then if you could take him home tonight and then in the morning sometime tomorrow I'll pick it up uh just come back with someone that has a license no I got someone at home right now they're just SLE yeah you don't have to do it today just do it sometime later next couple days um sit tight I'll be right back with you Alex all right I appreciate it who's that that's Alex bonitz oh well good he's calling someone to come pick get him he's trying to call Alex but Alex doesn't have signal here in St Mary's oh well you want to tell him Alex is here yeah so I told so I told Alex uh he does not have a driver's license yeah Alex admitted that he knows he's not he doesn't have a license he knows he's trying to be out his address is that that's what I got and then Alex's name and phone number if you need that yeah I'll put it my um but I told Alex that he's just going to park the car around the corner okay and then he's going to come tomorrow and get get the car uh from his grou from a family member that has a license that's perfect I'll let him know real quick all right man hey so Alex is over there okay so what's going to what's going to happen is you're I'm going to have you or sorry we're going to put the car either here or we're going to park it on the side road uh so it's parked legally and then Alex is going to take you home yeah that's fine the thing is that you can't be driving at all you don't have a license so you cannot drive at all mhm okay um so what's going to happen is you're going to get a ticket for not having a driving without a license okay uh you're not going to jail or anything tonight but you cannot be driving anymore does that make sense yeah yeah that's F all right just sit tight I'm have anything other than his name and date of birth on on him clear do you just want me to have him get out and walk over there sit in the car and then have Alex move the car let me give him his ticket quick then we I'll deal with it I told him that he was getting a ticket for no license totally fine with it he like yeah to fine f I figured so I don't I don't think he has a social probably I don't even [Music] know let's see that Alex guy I've dealt with him before he's really decent he's real cool yeah he's very fluent so he was on the phone with him when I went back up so I ask see if he has a social for okay do you have a Social Security card or social security number or anything like that yeah you do okay okay and what's your first name again sir m sanag l okay and this is you correct yep okay okay sounds good does he he told me he didn't have it wonder if it's fake that's what I asked him if he had it where' he pull this out of his wallet he probably didn't understand me one station I got an 11 through Michigan is it an ID card or a license it's an ID card try that through Michigan oh his last name I was thinking wonder if his last name's Lise CU look he put here melon s Louise here it's melon San Diego Louise yeah I don't know that thing doesn't look real it's all faded that's what I was thinking too this looks fake I've never seen a Michigan license but it's holographic this is fake this is a fake ID oh my gosh okay CLA yeah this is I I don't have internet so I can't look anything up I don't know what's going on is yours connected uh mine just started working like 2 minutes ago was it off yeah like all night it it wouldn't connect see if you can uh try and Google see what on Michigan ID looks like yeah I can't I don't even have service on my phone now well that's probably why something's going on with Verizon yeah for for for up yeah my phone's down my laptop's down I got it I don't know how I'm getting it see what's confusing is that little Bridge right there I don't see them there this one see the bridg is on top like that but none of them had a bridge right there not in the person no and then this is fake background it doesn't say [Music] Michigan no it's an M1 mhm I'm I'm taking this and sending it I was going to say there's no way that unless you think maybe call the Post see if they can run it and get anything back but it's I can call them just an idea I don't know yeah it's probably a good idea I mean I don't know why we couldn't but they could but I'll try yeah yeah can I help you hey this is Sergeant Christopher from St Mary's police hi hey I'm out on a traffic stop and I've got a Hispanic maale here with an Michigan ID card uhuh I had our dispatcher Tru tried to run it she didn't get anything could you try just to confirm that everything's good it's not working or it's fake it's in Ohio or I'm sorry it's Michigan all right go ahead the ID uh it's Sam and the name on it is is a meltin San Diego Louis back here to we're okay all righty can you um spell out the name for me what's the first name uh his first name is m is and Mary e l i t o n is in Nora and then he claims his last name as Santiago S A an t i a g o okay and then Louis l u i s as middle name it's not hyphenated nope no um his last name should be Santiago um on o out of state a lot of time the first letter is the first letter of their last name okay okay so it probably is the s San Diego yeah and this the the physical driver's license he gave me is like it's all faded it I compared it to one online and it has a few things that they don't it just doesn't look legit like it doesn't feel like it's legit no and he he says he doesn't have a license do you have a date of birth for him yeah it's 41 of 94 April 1st of 94 yeah I just looking online comparing they don't look this thing just doesn't it doesn't look real there doesn't and there's nothing coming back for him through Ohio or Michigan with his name like nothing okay I'm going to assume that's probably fake okay but um or old you know sure yeah it says issued 317 of 21 expires 41 of 26 so I don't you know I don't even know if Michigan has fiveyear renewals or what how they work I'm not sure if they do either but I can tell you that there is not a single thing coming back for him do could Louise be his last name it could be I was trying to see if I could switch around the name a little bit to get anything under his photo like on on this ID he's he spells his name out um and it's meltin s Lou that that's in print you know so by looking at that he's showing that's his last name but I don't know let's try here didn't work through Michigan let's try yeah yeah there isn't nothing coming back for for him and I'm not even getting anything that's like close close the closest thing I'm finding is Ohio is Louis a Santiago Jr born in 93 that's as close I'm even seeing anywhere so that's not even close sure okay well that's all I needed just to confirm that you couldn't get anything either no nothing coming through over here sorry okay thanks for helping out no problem all right byebye yeah he said it's an ID card he doesn't have a social claims she's going up to Michigan to Detroit tomorrow to get a Social Security card said that's his no uh V taking him to jail will he be gone he probably works down down he works in new breaman did you ask Alex if he works in new breaman I didn't ask him that no he's Alex did say that's his roommate so he liveing there okay well I'm keeping this ID and I'm going to send it over he said he's been driving for at least a month now well he blew that flashing red light back here right in front of [Music] me Louise yep that that ID card isn't real no no I I know I'm it's fake I know s I'm more with so yeah are you here illegally be honest with me sorry are you here illegally do you have a green C or a passport or anything no I I'm going I'm telling your friend I I'm going from um DET Detroit Mission tomorrow yeah I I'm going for my my passport you don't have your passport though no no for the moment okay yeah I'm yeah I'm one with uh Alex tomorrow you need to make sure that gets Tak care of because technically you're here Illy okay mhm yeah which you're not the only one I know that okay mhm you could go to jail tonight okay I'm I'm not going to take you to jail uhhuh you need to go just go home with Alex okay MH sure you've been you've been polite to me you've been a good guy okay yeah um so but I do have a ticket okay yeah that's fine so yeah uhhuh this ticket one is for no driver's license and then for the light where you ran through the flashing light okay f um as far as the the fake ID um I don't know if you'll be charged with that or not um do are you planning on staying on lock 2 Road or this address on lock 2 yeah I with Alex yeah I I'm with how long you going to live there you think the maybe 1 month and three three weeks three then are you going to leave or you going somewhere else or what no I I'm I'm live here now yeah I'm not I don't need to move anymore just going to stay yeah I have a family here okay sister here in Lima okay yeah and one brother another brother here Ina okay yeah what's your phone number okay um so here's what I need from you okay I need to sign your name right across the top right here where it says signature okay just right here right here yep mhm okay now the other thing is um you're going to have court you got to show up for okay M yeah um it's here in St Mary's mhm yeah that's at 114 North Main Street which this is the address mhm yeah and it's October 11th which is next Wednesday at: in the afternoon uhhuh and court is like is right back here a block away okay sure yeah yeah the Alex Alex uh Alex will help you out yeah yeah he he helped me yeah or him yeah yeah so make sure you have to show up okay yeah yes sure if you don't show up that'll make sure you go to jail no yeah yeah that's fine thing to think so yeah yeah I'm just make sure it take you get it taken care of and you'll be fine mhm um Alex is going to move this over the Cur there and then you can go home with Alex okay yeah okay yep all right that's [Applause] F you're good Alex and then you're you're good to go okay yeah all right than yep huh he's he he's going to we're okay you going to move that just around the corner and get it tomorrow or when or later today whatever just around the corner over here on the just on the side yeah see that little tree over there yeah you can just park it over along that tree on the side does Alex work with you yeah and they I live I live and you live with him yeah I live with him the the house house so this is the that yeah okay who who owns the Mexican restaurant in Brean yeah here in the who owns it though s who owns it who owns it do you know what I'm saying no no yeah sorry I not speak too much you're pretty good thank you sir yeah yeah he the the do this uh this B in the yeah the him too yeah we we working okay didn't lock key doesn't work maybe a buer on the back it says student driver Sharpie and cross output non- driver yeah hey Alex he's got court next Wednesday uh at 2:00 in the afternoon okay and it's right down here a block away oh so here okay yeah um is it you know where that Family Video used to be on the corner it's it's just the building before before that that's where the Court's at 2:00 he has to show up I told him no yeah mandatory obviously yeah and if you want to explain to him that ID he gave me is fake so okay it's through Michigan no I got you yeah so but you guys are good to go thanks for coming get no thank you cuz I know it could it could have been way worse I know that oh yeah he could go to jail right now but he's he's been really nice and no I believe it no we usually don't have an issue around here or here or just it's a matter of just not doing what yeah obviously the idea is a big issue because I see a lot of those yeah every day as a waiter so I know how I bet you do yeah oh no I trust me I know I've been yeah plus I I've had a few running with your with you guys Department Le take me home sometimes when I would walk here from my house so I know how it is so yeah all right
