I remember around 2015, 2016, I was living in Vegas at the time and housing prices were going up and up and up, but I thought I'd wait until things stabilize or something. And then in 2019, 2020 the pandemic hit and around 2021, 22 houses not only doubled, but they tripled in prices. And we're still in that same predicament. It's 2026, housing is still going up. Man, what the heck is going on? Is any of us ever ever going to be able to buy a house again? I feel sorry for the youth out there just getting out of college. I remember when I was young, man, you couldn't afford jack crap, man, so I don't know what's happening. Hopefully things stabilize.
