He's getting his wedding pictures running so behind. >> Okay. >> I'll be on the other side because I'm supposed to call before. But, you have a nice day. >> Okay. Why don't you come stand in the front of my car for me? >> I'm going to turn it off, please. >> Sure. >> Thank you so much. We're on the way to the wedding. It's okay. And I'm Can I go ahead and turn my truck off? >> You can leave it on. Just come back here. Come back here. No. You're going to come No. You're going to come back here. You're going to stand right in front of my car and you're not going to move. >> Yes, sir. >> Do you want to tell me why you're so nervous? Do you have a warrant? Do you have narcotics on you? What is What is the deal? >> I don't have anything. I just don't like getting pulled over. >> Okay. >> I don't know. Yeah. >> Okay. Well, you're you're giving way more indicators >> Yeah. >> than just >> I don't have my cell phone. Like, I don't have my cell phone. I don't have a way to contact anybody. >> Okay. So, why would you need to contact somebody? >> They don't know where I am. I'm trying to get to this wedding. Like, I'm I'm late. Like, I >> Okay. Again, you're giving me way more indicators, right? People don't start almost crying because they got pulled over. So, would you like to be honest with me now? >> Yeah, no. I've cried every time I've gotten pulled over. I never like >> You're just giving me like way too many indicators that it's something else. And I really don't think you're being honest with me. >> So, I don't I have this wedding like invitation. I don't know where it is. Like, I'm trying to go find I don't can't contact anybody. I'm late dyeing my hair. I feel ridiculous. >> You understand what I'm talking about? >> And I'll get pulled No. I mean, that is all like all like I'm I'm dyeing my hair in the truck and I feel ridiculous. And I just got pulled over. >> Just stand right there and don't move. Stay right there and don't move. >> Spell your first name for me. You staying over? Where's your ID at? You said DC? >> I'm a DC, yes. >> A what? >> Uh DC, yes. >> Your truck? >> No. It's my boyfriend's truck. Uh yeah. >> Where is he? >> Um he's at this wedding I'm trying to go to. >> A wedding? >> Yeah. I was trying to get to like Destination Daytona nights near right here in there and I don't even know where I am cuz I'm not from here. Um >> You're not going >> I'm trying to dye my hair cuz I feel like I'm running out of time for everything. >> What time does the wedding start? >> This is ridiculous like as is. Um at 7:30, so yeah. Yeah, I know. I know. Um cuz so I just feel ridiculous sitting here. >> You said a hotel nearby or something? >> Yeah, we're staying at the Shores and I think they're staying like Comfort Inn tonight, which is at like a slingshot [clears throat] thing near the airport. Yeah. >> So I have no ID right now because this hair dye like >> [laughter] >> That's why I'm Stop. I changed everything. I know where my ID is. Do you mind if I grab it for him? >> Hang on one second. >> Okay. Uh sir, I do have my ID. >> I'm just here to help her out. >> I know where my ID is. >> Okay, but you told me that like 12 times now. >> I know. I know where my ID is. Can I grab it for you, please? >> Nope. >> May I May I grab my ID? >> I'm just hanging out. >> Why Why am I not allowed to grab my ID? >> He said no. This is a traffic stop. I'm just here to support. >> Okay, well it's in the center console of my truck. So if I can't grab it for him, I don't want to get ticketed for not having it because I do have it. >> Well, he said no. I'm just here to help her out. Who So who's getting married? Who are they related to you or your boyfriend? >> She's my boyfriend's like sister. >> Oh, okay. >> Yeah, she's in Colorado. Trying to go visit her. >> Why did he leave you? >> I don't know. We broke up. >> Possibly. >> [laughter] >> Like in between. And he said he could still come, but he still came. >> What's your middle name? >> Yes. >> What's your middle name? >> Middle name? >> Yeah. >> Would you like my ID? >> Yeah. >> My license? >> Your license valid? >> Yes, it is valid. >> So >> Yeah, he broke up with me and basically said if you still want to come, come. I didn't want to come, but then I decided to >> to the wedding? >> He drove. He drove. I had to drive here on a bike. >> What is a bike? >> Yeah, he's on a motorcycle. >> Oh, okay. >> Yeah, so. Yeah, everyone is down here for bike week and then wedding was supposed to be after. I'm late. >> Has he called you? >> No, my phone doesn't work. Yeah, that's another way I can get contacted. >> And if the wedding started at 7:30, he's probably trying to I'm assuming he's supportive and he goes in the wedding. I got it. When do you guys head back home? >> I'm sorry. >> When do you guys head back home? >> Um we're not sure. We kind of did like a road trip, so um we're going to hang out for the rest of it. >> Yeah, more stops to make? >> Um I think going towards like the west coast, but I'm not sure. I don't know now because yeah. >> Yeah. What's your birthday again? >> I have you my ID. >> You can tell me what it is and I'll get it. >> I would not like you to go in my car. >> Well, I'm going to go in your car now. >> Why is that? >> Because you have numerous open containers in the state of Florida. Having open containers in your vehicle gives me the right to search your car. >> So, you're not consenting to a search. This isn't my vehicle and I didn't know you were not my vehicle. >> You don't have to consent. I'm going to search. >> These are not my containers. >> Okay. Well, they're in the car. You're driving a vehicle, you should have cleaned them out. There's one right within reach here and right within your reach here. So, I'm going to search the car and you're going to receive a ticket for open container. But, first >> know if I'm here is that or is it wrong? So, you don't have to consent to a search. >> No, I'm in the state of Florida. If you don't like it, don't come back. >> I'm just saying right. >> So, would you like to tell me where your ID is so I can get it for you? >> Um yes, would you be going into anything else while you're in there? >> Yes, I'm going to search the car. >> Okay. Um What are my rights here because I don't know them? >> So, if you Let me go ahead and read this to you, all right? >> Okay. Well, no. I don't need to know what the right to like remain silent or anything like that. But, what are my rights like as far as a >> So, you have the right to remain silent. Anything you say may be used as evidence against you. You have the right to talk to an attorney and have him or her with you now or at any time during questioning. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be appointed to represent you. At any time you wish to stop talking or have an attorney present, all questioning will stop at your request. Do you understand? >> Okay, for Florida, do I have to do a Can you do like a blood alcohol Can I do a DUI? >> I'm not conducting a DUI investigation. I just need you to answer. Do you understand what I just read to you? >> I don't understand why I'm arrested. >> You're not under arrest. You're detained. It's a traffic stop. So, I'm reading you your rights. Do you understand your rights? >> I guess. >> Okay. I need a yes or no. Yes? >> Okay, so I'm not under arrest. >> No, you're detained. So, that's why I read you your rights. >> So, before you assume that I'm the one drinking, would you be conducting a blood alcohol like a DUI checkpoint or blood alcohol or anything? >> So, what happens after this? >> As soon as you say whether you're going to talk to me or not, then I'll tell you. >> I'm sorry, that doesn't >> So, he has no other way to talk to you so he can't talk to you unless >> Cuz if you say you don't want to talk to me, I'm not going to say anything else to you to you. I'm going to conduct my traffic stop and go further from there. If you like to interact with me, then I need you to advise yes. If you do not like to interact with me, you can say no. Or if you just would like to not talk, that is legal as your constitutional right. So, it is a yes or no? >> Okay, so I do consent to talking. I do not consent to being searched without >> That That has no >> That has nothing to do with this. >> Do I need to read it to you again? >> No, I understand, sir. Please Please don't >> just Can you just give me a yes or no? >> So, yes, I understand that you're stopping me for traffic stop. >> If you're not going to advise, I'm just going to continue and take it as a no. So, do you understand what I just read to you? >> Yes, I understand what you read. >> Yes, okay. With that in mind, would you like to speak with me? >> Yes, it is. >> Okay. Is there anything illegal in the car? >> No, there should not be anything illegal. >> I really don't think you're telling me the truth. >> Sir, it's not my truck. >> Okay, I know it's not >> I know, but that has nothing to do with that. But you're the driver, which means everything in that truck belongs to you. >> I don't Is that accurate? >> Yes. >> Okay, so there shouldn't be anything illegal in here. >> Okay, I'm just asking. Cuz you're Like I said, you're very nervous. You've been digging. You've been reaching around the car. You're giving off a >> trying to get my ID, which I just remembered I forgot where it was. I was just trying to get my ID. >> So, would you like >> Can you please get it? >> Nope, I'm going to get it for you, because I don't want you going back in the truck, because the amount of digging that you've been doing and you've been looking for something. So, you're going to turn >> Okay. >> It's in the center console. Can I watch you get it, because it's something I need? >> You're going to stand right back here. >> I don't want you sitting behind while he's looking in the car, all right? That's how you Cuz he was sitting in the back. I understand. >> It's in the center console. If those are not mine, I have not been drinking it. >> Okay, well, it's within reach of the of the driver. And so is this. >> Okay, that is not my bottle, also. Where was that at? >> Right by your headrest. >> It's not my bottle. >> All right, sit like you're supposed to, okay? >> Please just get my ID. You're being detained. >> Please, I need a lawyer. >> You're being detained. You're being detained. >> Get my ID. >> I don't have my wallet on me. >> I need to go to the bathroom. >> I >> I logged it 10-12. >> Go ahead. >> Is there a female available for a female search? I'm going to go ahead and sit in my car for now. >> I'm going to go 10-30. >> 30. >> 10-10 for 10-34 on the 159. >> 10-4. >> [clears throat] >> 10-10 for 10-34. >> I'll be 10-21 in a couple minutes. >> You can disregard the 10-34 issue. Go ahead. >> 10-4. >> 10-4. >> Uh, she got a scale and she had this black bag. So, I know she's got drugs somewhere. She was digging and pushing around and I know it's in here. Cuz she wouldn't have been digging and trying to hide Drugs. You don't have a scale and all that for nothing. What the They got all my stupid Oh. Is that just sand or >> Um probably not. >> That's so weird. Why? >> She was trying to throw out her drawers. She was throwing out her drawers. >> She said they are worthless because they want to come for them tomorrow. Well, she's been stealing a bunch of stuff it looks like. >> Yeah. >> Uh she know what I tell you? I've never seen somebody so nervous like giving off every indicator like something. I'm like, and like I said, she was digging and I was like, "You're either going to shoot me and you're going to pull a gun out right now or there's something in this car that you do not want me to find." >> Yeah, yeah. >> That's not mine. >> Oh Hell yeah, baby. It was a wall to the key. >> Oh. >> The mag release is right here. >> Oh. >> It's like an HK. >> Yeah, arm trafficking, baby. >> Dude, that was right where she was reaching, too. She would have shot me in the face. >> Yeah, I was open on that [ __ ] I don't I think the only reason she didn't wear it in the public parking lot is she didn't know where to get it. I I will 100% write it that. Cuz the way she was acting and the way she was digging around, 100%. >> Well, I'm grateful that for that, cuz >> Yeah. You would have survived and overcome. Man, they break it open? >> No. >> 20 bucks. >> Real money. >> Uh no, they're like one-hitters. I don't I don't know what they are, but Whatever. Add this to the stack. That makes me pucker.
