The suspect later identified as 33-year-old Ryan Howard matched the caller's description exactly, carrying a black bag filled with spray paint cans. Since the suspect matched the witness's description and was not cooperating to provide his identification, the situation raised reasonable concern and the officer detained him for further investigation. Please don't put me in the car. That way y'all could be on >> the fact that like you >> I know. I'm trying to be nice, too, but like you got to go what? I already explained to you. >> For what? >> Step over here. >> For what? >> Criminal mischief instruction. Let's go. Ryan, go over here. >> For what? >> You're going to jail. I already explained it to you. >> For what? >> Criminal mischief and instruction. Come on, let's go. You can argue in court. You said you know more about the law than I do. So, did you plead your case? Well, I mean, you are the party, so that's fine. Step up here. >> Boom. What? Over here. Take the handcuffs off the back. Make it a little easier for you. Please don't do that." >> That's our decisions already made. So you can either cooperate what and get less charges or if you continue to argue and cause problems, you're going to get charged with resisting as well. >> I don't want to go into this. >> Well, that's not that's not a choice. You're going you're going to jail for what reason? >> We already told you. >> So the religious obstruction at this point, you're on the border of getting resistant. So you either step in there on your own >> or you will get that. Forgot in there. What you think? [ __ ] racist. Okay, that's not happening. So, if I read you your rights, are you going to talk to me or you not going to talk to me? You don't really want to talk to me. >> Okay, that's fine. Thank you. Sorry. >> Howard was taken to the Penllis County Jail. He was charged with criminal mischief and resisting an officer before posting a $1,000 bond. Want to watch more videos like this one?
