Court records list the case as still [music] open with no plea entered and no disposition on file. What happened [music] next wasn't in Florida. Six weeks later, the same suspect was arrested again, this time [music] nearly 2,400 miles away in 29 Palms, California. According to local news reports, a bartender at a bar called The Virginian cut him off and asked him to leave, and he allegedly tried to stab the bartender with a knife. [music] The bartender wasn't hurt. Deputies also found an outstanding DUI warrant waiting for him. He was booked on suspicion of attempted murder and held on [music] $1.75 million bail.
