have you ever wondered what happens when cops arrest evil parents from dumping their newborn in the trash bin to assaulting them on busy roads some mothers don't mind this Behavior today we will look at two such encounters where cops arrested the evil parents our first encounter happened on the 27th of January 2023 Aria New Mexico hospital staff reported a dead newborn found in a trash bin of the hospital's emergency washroom cops arrived at the location in no time and encountered a doctor and nurse who briefly described what happened um so he started working her up um we did a pregnancy test on her show positive she was denying that she had sex um then she said she had to go to the bathroom she went to the bathroom she was in there for quite a while we kept knocking on the door finally we got her to open the door and there was blood everywhere she was cleaning it up so we took her back to the room and I was afraid that she knew she was pregnant she had done something to herself um so the doctor started doing exam on her we had the lady come to clean the bathroom she put the baby in the trash can and then she put another clean liner over the top of it oh wow okay so they look when they looked in there it looked there was no trash in there but it was underneath the clean bag the baby's dead okay we have him in Trel too but she killed the kid yeah how old was the how old was the baby I don't know it's full term she just had it she had it in the bathroom was what happened and then she whatever she did I don't know she's going to lie she wouldn't tell her she's pregnant she's been lying the whole time okay so that's what's going on um I just pulled the doctor out of the room so nothing's been said to the patient or the mother that's in there yet okay um I have Leela the housekeeper if you want to interview her she's the one that kind of found under cuz I wanted to get with you guys first and then get with her to get her statement before I even do anything well I'm the charge and this is what has happened you can interview the nurse that had her okay the two nurses that were taking care of her you can talk to the tech which is Lori she's the one that went in there and actually found it cuz Le's like this is really heavy okay so then uh Lori went in there and then of course the baby was underneath the r the clean liner okay yeah we can if we can speak with Lori so so the first thing though is I need to make sure that the the mother the only to deliver the baby is medically stable um I don't know she Del placenta she's bleeding a lot I just got her accepted less so I need to get her up there as soon as possible okay Che this over okay so how I need to tell her what's going on and I need to tell the mother what's going the mother and they're both in there together do is one of you willing to be be present for that conversation were you guys going okay let's we're doing that I'll I'll make sure Lea comes out all the other nurses and stuff are here and I'll get the mother who dumped the baby was 19-year-old alexio traviso the doctor explained the whole situation to and her mother in front of cops she readily accepted that she threw her baby in the trash because she didn't know what to do tabo's mother was trying to keep her calm claiming that she didn't know her girl was pregnant I'm Sor dead baby in the bathroom oh my gosh I'm sorry I came out and me not Lexi I told you about this I just asked you baby to tell me the truth SC it was not crying or NE what did you do to it okay stop right here stop stop number one priority guys number one priority do she just had a baby I don't know if she's delivered the placenta she's bleeding something yeah I spoken to the obstetrician at Loveless they want her up there as soon as possible we need I need your obviously need your permission to transfer her from medical since she is oh you're right but she is a student too you're right you're right she needs to sorry I forgot she but you need to to make sure that you're safe I need to send you to Loveless to labor delivery will you please agree to that yes yes I okay I'm going to work on that um in terms I'm sorry about this but in terms of delivering um a baby and it looked like you tried to hide it we do have to have a place involved and nothing was crying it came out with nothing I know I know but the the baby's going to have to be take in for autopsy and know be an investigator and everything I'm really sorry guys I'm sorry I'm so sorry that we need to do this correctly um and I want to be transparent with you about what our steps are going to beic sir do you need to do you just need to talk to her before we get her transferred the baby was dead and taken for autopsy the cops told trabo mother that from this point onwards she would be detained it was later revealed that traviso went to a hospital for lower back pain but a hospital staff cleaned up the restroom after she used it they noticed that the trash bag was heavier than usual when checked and they discovered the newborn you guys have I'm the charge nurser do you guys have any questions for me like how big is baby it's fullterm what 9 months nothing was let's see have you watched the news of think the girls that what they do to their babies and what they go to jail the Poli crying any other questions so as of right now like what I said is we're going to have the detectives come over here and they're going to talk to you okay we have to gather some more information about what's what's going on they'll get your statement they're going to get the doctor statements they're going to get everybody's statements okay so I don't know everything yet okay so I'm not going to tell you I can't tell you nothing honestly okay all I could have go to jail right right now no well right now she's being detained so she she's not going to leave from here at all period okay so one of us will be your custody yeah she's detained yeah she's not under arrest but she is detained okay she's not free to leave so while this whole thing is coming up is you're not free to leave okay one of us will be in here the whole time with you CU you're not going to try to leave or nothing like that the detectives will be here they're going to talk to you I mean your car is of of the utmost right now okay they're going to do what they need to do to take care of you to make sure you get stable they get you transferred out or whatever like I said the detectives are already been notified they're already on the way so they're going to come talk to you all right so don't leave don't try to do nothing one of us is always going to be in here in this room with you okay unless we have to step out for doctor's order something like that CU if they need to examine you or do something with you but other than that like I said you are detained you are not free to leave at this point do you understand that yes sir okay where was the media I don't know I have no clue yet like I said I just talked to the charge nurse we're still getting all the information right now okay um once we get that information like I said the detectives they can clue you on everything and talk to you more about it traviso kept crying during the whole encounter tavo's mother left the scene saying she needed to talk to her husband but returned within seconds to ask her daughter where she put the baby cops didn't investigate any further because detectives were on their we get your [Music] yes can I step out I'm going to call my husband um yeah I'll be back could you do me fav run these two okay the [Music] uh yes why did you say anything to us do you want to get in trouble for this now could Detective When okay second uh last cops had a final conversation with they even warned her not to hurt herself as Law Enforcement Officers can't stay inside the room all the time this is for transf 27 they'll be here her in 30 minutes they're going to transfer her in 30 minutes okay I'll let them know okay thank you you're welome okay we're going to be out there you need something let us know okay ni tro was then asked to do some paperwork which she agreed she had the right um she's still there she's going to get air out or cuz she's still whatever she's got going on out um housek keeper um I didn't talk to her too much just got to re it from her got her information and then the nurse had actually ran there got the up in the bag and then they R to the TR to tra one and that's when they started working so I got the bathro um closed off and then I got the trauma room closed off cuz they the trauma room they the housekeeper went in there cuz they called her go it up so obviously she CH the trash can she cleaned everything up when she threw everything in the trash can she looked it up it was Heavy put it down when she looked in there that's what she saw the so then they took the obviously the baby in the trash can one put the baby on the table and then that's whenever they that so I got both of those clean see she was cleaning up first so she was she said she actually here one ofed said she need to go to the bathroom and so they had her go to the bathroom about 10 minutes later they went to knock on the door she come out so they're like hey are you okay check on her come come out another like minutes and they open the door when she open the door so they call but yeah like I said she the housekeep were cleaned up before him first and then when she put all her stuff she to the trash can that's when she felt heavy it was and she into everyone left the room detectives arrived at the location the cops explained the whole situation to the detective so they could proceed with the investigation said you're you're looking for someone to talk to your up yes going yeah no she already knows um detective she going yeah she should be detective's up there conf with her right now um so you have any questions for us uh drick frozen out they could put oh yeah hey Alexi so you're getting obviously you're getting transport okay so I detain no more the detectors will be contacting you okay so they get a hold of you so let me Qui Mom okay give me a good a her own home after four months of investigation and proceedings she was charged with first-degree murder and abusing a child that resulted in death along with tampering with the evidence let's move to the second encounter where a mother was seen assaulting her daughter on a busy road after calling the police this encounter happened on the 25th of December 2022 the police department received a call from a woman who needed assistance to travel back home this woman was identified as Rachel just as the officer arrived arrived at the location they witnessed the woman assaulting her child Rachel was calm and Cooperative at the start but little did the officer know this was going to be one of the most difficult arrests that's my person let's talk I have a ride let's talk oh I have a ride I know let's talk right yeah what right know this GR yeah I just called him any so what's going on no come here and talk with me you guys like just discharged me from the hospital yeah and so I'm walking home I couldn't get in touch with him right away okay you called you had called 911 because I didn't know how I was getting home until I reached him so now I'm getting home hold on one second okay bye the face did you not witness that Rachel did you witness my kid punch him in the face did you witness her punch me in the face St tensing what did I do I threw a boxel Rachel don't Advance the charges husband Rachel was not in her senses to deny that she didn't hit her girl with a tampon box and that it was her daughter who first punched Rachel's face my kid stopel I didn't do anything stop stopel I didn't do anything I didn't do anything you're talking me a box of t stop Rachel you're some right here talking about a Tamp I didn't do anything we're trying to be I didn't do anything come what did I do I fell [Music] the and she called you she called 911 asking to make sure if it was safe for her to walk home it's not safe for her to walk home it's 2° out it's not safe I need her there okay and what you're doing right now serious my family do more we were really trying very hard to work things out in a time so I want you to think about what you're doing this is ridiculous I just need to go home and be with my kids I've been in a hospital because of you and I need to with my kids because and tomorrow's pris I'm trying to walk home I just called for some help to get home because I didn't have my car in theal you know earlier come on just wait just stay there for me okay what just just hang out there for a minute turn off her phone I don't know [Applause] iPhones where she's calmer and what she was please just let me go home the cops had enough of Rachel Karen's Behavior she was being unreasonable blaming her daughter for everything finally cops somehow managed to put her under cuffs but that didn't stop her yelling she even kicked the officer's body Cam and it fell on the ground obstructing resisting assaulting Rachel was doing it all this is going go with you okay it's turned off you don't need F like come on you guys feel like much worse not going to what are going to happen me in campus stop what stop let me go home you're not going home it's too late what's too late I was walking home I was walking home you're bringing up like some sort of other sh earlier great actually ible to do chair Rachel hey what happened I was walking home from the hospital after these picked me up and took me there earlier and then they said oh we saw you throwing a box of tampons at your kid 3 hours ago and then they arrested me that's that's what happened okay I was trying officer's patience Rachel now started crying and begging to let her go she had only one point that she was innocent she was then taken to the police station where she didn't plan to be cooperative as well cops didn't have a single idea that she would obstruct the station as well stop I am a little lady okay I'm a little lady and you're a man I I'm going to just take some up and put him in the front Okay you we Cooperative yeah I just want go home I didn't do anything WR anyone there's nothing there's nothing we can do right now till L later on in the afternoon you'll see the touch okay I I was walking home from the hospital understand thing is that we were there what happened what what happened between the hospital and the way home they were talking about something that happened 3 hours ago before the hospital like what is the process seriously can we just talk when finally freed from the Cuffs it seemed like she would be obedient but instead Rachel again tried to manipulate officers into her scho it was now time to put Rachel in the cell but she didn't make it easy for the officers she kept resisting and even stuck her leg and hand between the door so officers couldn't lock her up Rachel was eventually charged with battery and resisting an officer arrest that's why why am I under arrest for what Rachel for what those Jokers no police officers yes no no those police offic yes come down and I need to close the door okay need what did I do what did I do Rachel go INS What did I do you don't even know what I did what did I do I need you to Ram ramz okay okay and
