Later. >> A search of the stolen Dodge Charger revealed a loaded Glock handgun with an extended magazine. His name was not Elijah Graham, but a Devonte Harris. He was charged with felony possession of a stolen motor vehicle, aggravated unlawful use of a weapon by a felon, and aggravated unlawful use of a weapon.
