At what point did you turn your flashing lights on? You trying to impress your girlfriend? On October 25th, 2025, deputies got a call about a man flashing red and blue lights and pulling people over. I was just whatever and I just I went around them. Now, in that any of that process did you turn on any type of strobing lights, red, blue lights? No, I don't I mean I'm I know he has lights on the truck. I just thought it was like an old lady or something. Okay. So they're going really slow. They make their left-hand turn. While they're making the turn and she said she had a phone out the window and they kept having the phone out the window and going slow for like 200 ft. I'm just I'm just trying to understand. So they make their really slow left-hand turn, they got their phone out the window, you think they're filming you, you think that's weird, you make your turn on a 302, now you're you're behind them on 302. Okay, eventually the double yellow lines stop and it becomes a dashed passing zone. >> I just I go around. So you make your pass around. What do they do now at that point? They were behind me. And that they're riding your bumper or they're kind of following you close. There was like I knew that they were behind me, yes, but I didn't know that they turned at the gas station. I saw it So, now you knew that It was at least 15 seconds or 20 seconds probably before they went. So, I didn't pay attention because I was already by the gas station by the time no one was behind me. So, now you knew So, now I didn't pay attention to which direction they turned from that stop light exactly because I was already all the way down by the gas station. But you knew they were behind you. They were coming at the stop sign. Yes. Which stop Okay, the stop sign the four-way stop. And then when I turned left, I was already down by the gas station before I saw another pair of headlights. It was like at least 15 20 seconds. Like I was fine. So, you went that fast So, you went that fast to where you couldn't even see the next pair of headlights until you got from 305 and 302 to all the way down to >> 40 miles an hour in 15 seconds, yes. Okay, well just so you know that's approximately half a mile. Okay. I don't know. I I I know that I know that I'm just telling you because that that's the 1000 block. So, the way we came about your daughter and this gentleman is that I guess this gentleman had a little road rage incident with somebody and utilized some red and blue lights that he had in his vehicle which is highly illegal which and a firearm. And he also has a firearm in his center console. So, that's what led to us making contact with him and she was a passenger in said vehicle. We don't have anything criminally like as far as goes for her, but the driver is definitely getting arrested for some felonies. So, with that in mind, how do you want to handle custody of your daughter? Do you want to come down here and pick her up obviously since she's not where she's supposed to be? I I would have to get directions to where that is. >> Oh, I can absolutely Yeah, I can absolutely give you directions. That's no problem. Uh supposedly with a 23-year-old boy who's being arrested because arrested because he had a weapon a weapon Yeah, and he had her. Oh, the boy did? Yeah, the boy did. Yeah, this truck that he is driving has red and blue lights in the grill. Not finished with the investigation, but he's definitely going to jail for that. That's a felony to try to stop somebody. It's like pretty much like impersonating a law enforcement officer in essence. Luckily, they did not stop. So. We will try our hardest for her not to be around that dude anymore. Yeah, she also said that she was adamant that I not call you on our agency-issued cell phone that I utilize her phone which I didn't trust because I don't know who she's going to, you know, supposedly say is her mom. She said because you would have it on DND, do not disturb, and would not answer our phone call. Yeah, if you do something to the into the jail, that's an extra charge. All right. Are you a law enforcement officer? Huh? Are you certified in the state of Florida to become be a law enforcement officer? No. So, what do your red and blue lights mean? I know what that means. You used the emergency lights, the red and blues, >> Red and blues. to get past another vehicle, which you obstructed that vehicle to cause them to pull over so you can get by, thinking that you were a law enforcement officer. So, at that point, you violate that Florida state statute, which is a felony. Okay, so you will be charged with a felony right now. Okay? Think twice before you decide to do stupid things, okay? To impress somebody. Camera's on. Don't do anything stupid. So, the guy's already at jail. The guy she was with, um She's in the backseat of my car here. She was, um, you know, she's a little She's got a little mouth on her a little bit. She's starting to act a little some something. She toned it down a little bit. Of course, there's vape pen in there. She said she stole from you guys. Don't know if that's true or not, but she wants it back, so that's not happening.
