Morris police locate the vehicle on the Illinois River Bridge and follow it south on Route 47 while waiting for backup. [music] When additional units arrive and activate their lights, the suspect takes off at high speed. What follows is a chase across miles of rural Illinois roads involving multiple agencies and repeated deployments of spike strips. The suspect isn't stopping. >> Passing Grand Ridge. 10-9.
