behavior and claimed that he was trespassing at her home and banged in aran's story becomes increasingly convoluted as she insists she lives there charging her phone in the hallway while accusing the Intrigue her but she kept ignoring him and showed weird Behavior yelling at the officer and claiming to be living there for 6 years although it was a lie oh hey what apartment are you in it's okay I'm getting you fired tomorrow what apartment are you in it that doesn't matter it does matter no it doesn't you room or not get my it doesn't matter I don't have to show you my apartment nothing you're not helping the situation or nothing he's using profanity and cussing out I live here for 6 years I'm 24 years old he somewhere it matter it does not matter my door is kicked in I have poof so when if y'all want to do anything now it's okay when when it come daylight and Thursday and today when when the people come in the office and the property manager come in the office he won't be here he going started recording everything on her phone and kept repeating that it was her home again and again and he was the one trespassing and she would press charges against him the police tried to mediate but ariant was relentless she became increasingly agitated leading to a physical altercation although the reality was completely different but soon the story is going to take a tragic twist for her a the officers then tried to put an end to her drama and teach her the lesson she must learn the police finally decide it's time to end this ordeal leading to a forceful arrest they took her under arrest dragged her on the floor and put handcuffs on her while she kept resisting by kicking and biting the officer multiple times during arrest while uttering nonsense don't touch me don't touch me to a peace officer resisting a peace officer disorderly conduct and an outstanding Will County arrest warrant she is currently detained in the Will County jail with bail set at $10,000 so what's the new drama to save herself Nicole complained about not being able to breathe and having her hair in her face while officers restrained her officers continued to restrain Nicole who struggled and was for her situation and didn't follow instead officers tried to get Nicole to sit up and catch her breath they also checked if anyone else was inside the house the officers asked Nicole to stand up again she continued to resist and she became verbally abusive also she yelled and cried loudly the officers tried to check if Nicole was hurt but she continued to be uncooperative and pulled away we non-compliance she argued that a female officer should search her but officers tell her that it doesn't matter actually either a male or female officer can search her Nicole was so stubborn and kept space oh she's got to also obey the law so obey our commands so what happened when you guys are out here on the street U just she just kept trying to dab my stuff like what stuff whatever is in my pocket whether Cates her phone or whatever okay she rip open your shirt or that was in the garage okay did she hit you at all we just pushed each other a little bit I don't know I get lost in the moment okay what was all this about relationships something as simple as she thinks I'd rather play games and spend time with her and it es from there because I'm the person that I want to go to her and I want to talk and she's the person where she's she needs a minute and I I can't give the minute I just want after collecting enough evidence Nicole was eventually charged with felony battery against the police officer for resisting arrest disorderly conduct misdemeanor imp possessing drugs and paraphernalia but fortunately the judge mentioned that Nicole would be eligible for expungement after one year if no no new charges occurred and fines were paid in full from ariant Lusby biting an officer to Nicole CT's foot chase these cases show the extreme consequences of confrontations
