She went up to her, took it, and told her not to drink. Yeah, she was all attitude, was younger than us. We couldn't do it any other way. And then we stopped the guy in the gray over here. He was drinking a bottle of Smirnoff. He gave it to us. She snatched it out of his hand and drank more in front of us. After we already told her not to drink it, she came forward us, took his Smirnoff, and drank more in front of So we tried to get her in handcuffs to arrest her. She was not complying. Um she started to resist arrest. She didn't want to put the handcuffs on. I warned her and said, "If you don't let us handcuff you." It was like we struggled with this for like 10 seconds. We said, "If you don't let us put handcuffs on you, you're going to go on the ground." And then we put her on the ground. It's really weird. It's like the police tell you not to do something, and then you do it in front of them, and then they arrest you. It's really weird how it works. Crazy, y'all. People got to go through all this. You Only you have to go through all this cuz that's how you acted. YOU COULD HAVE JUST GAVE ME A CITATION. MISS YOUNG, YOU did not give us the ability to. YOU WASN'T THINKING ABOUT GIVING ME ONE. You came and snatched it. Miss Young You right. Y'all want to take the law about this a whole 'nother way. You right. I'm glad y'all got everything on my camera. I understand if I was drinking a beer or some Hennessy or some Patron. We talking about a Smirnoff, 5% alcohol. That's why we give you a warning. After you snatched it out of my hand and I needed something to drink cuz my mouth was dry. Got a bottle. Now somebody got to sit in jail for open container charge. You're getting released. This is kind of a cruel thing You just made me hit my head. You all like I'm getting rid of them. Not tomorrow. Uh yeah, I don't know. The [ __ ] I got to be in the school ON TUESDAY AT 7:00 IN THE MORNING. Hopefully you got to go. Man, you all being smart like hopefully y'all could have gave me a citation and let me go. Y'all sitting here wasting taxpayers' money making me go to jail. Miss Young, we weren't even going to give you a citation. I don't got nothing on strategy here. Say. We were not even going to give you a citation. YOU LOCKED ME UP. IT'S EVEN WORSE. And how did you act though? How did I act? Y'all got MAD BECAUSE I DROPPED SOMETHING. After we warned you not to have You keep sitting here trying to make it seem like I was in y'all face disrespecting y'all. You walked off. My mouth got dry. Went to my brother. My brother over here got to sit. I've been smearing off that y'all WAS READY TO LOCK HIM UP FOR. Can you return to the time you can remember what happened? If I wasn't right? I said Miss Young, can you return to the time you can remember what happened? That's how it happened. That is what happened. You came and snatched my drink out my hand. Said what you said to me. I said I never knew it was like that. WALKED OVER TO GO SIT NEXT TO HIM. You started arresting me then. You know it's against the law to have a open container, right? I said I'm going to throw it in the trash. On my way TO THE TRASH, I'M DRINKING IT. BUT Y'ALL GRABBED ME. YEAH, you really think that's what happened? Sir, You're mistaken. you need to go play your body camera cuz that's WHAT HAPPENED. I WALKED OVER AND TOOK A SIP. THAT'S ALL HE HAD. OKAY, I guess we'll agree to disagree. I DRUNK SOMEBODY ELSE'S LIQUOR. YOU SAID IT. She stole somebody's liquor. I can't wait to hear that part on the rerun. That's what you said. I stole somebody's liquor. That's what you said. Y'all Miss Young, listen to this for a second. Relax. We've taken literally 25 hours tonight. No one acted like you. And no one went to jail. And no one even got a citation. Give me a citation, please. Well, you already did too much. You did too much. How what you mean I DID TOO MUCH? I'VE NEVER been I haven't been locked up like that. Somebody just came you know you just SNATCHED IT OUT MY HAND. I was angry. Y'ALL DIDN'T COME UP AND TALK TO ME and you know that, Mr. Rosenblum. We If I didn't advise it right before, I advised afterwards after I took it. Exit light, come on. Yo, that's crazy. And then we still just gave you a warning even though you're yelling in our face. And then you decided to follow us and take someone else's bottle out from that was sitting No, BUT HE WAS WITH ME. THAT DOES NOT MATTER. We already I needed something to drink. MY MOUTH WAS DRY WHEN YOU CAME AND SNATCHED IT. You cut the top of my gum. I WAS DRINKING IT WHEN Y'ALL SNATCHED IT OUT MY MOUTH. That's why I'm so angry. You snatched IT OUT MY MOUTH WHILE I'm drinking. Miss Young, we That's why the lady SAID, "WELL, YOU HAVE TO ASK the officer." So, I'm asking you. Miss Young, you're getting handcuffed because of how you acted, okay? So, why are you SAYING I'M LOCKED UP FOR OPEN CONTAINER? That's what y'all got down. Your sergeant just came and locked up for open container. Cuz you did not comply with our with our warnings. So, now I got to go to court AND DO ALL THAT FOR OPEN CONTAINER? That's your fault, not ours. I'm going to drink down South Street, Mr. Rosenblum. You're not making it make sense. I drink water, coffee. Where is it? I don't know. That's what I'm telling you. You cannot drink alcohol in public. You can't even possess it in public. Open container law. And there's a sign right where you were. No, it wasn't. No, it wasn't. Not where me and you first originally was. It's not. Look where you took that at. That's right in front of you. That's not in front of me. I'm on the other side of that pole. Public alcohol possession in public I'm on the other SIDE OF THE POLE. is prohibited. IT'S ON THE OTHER SIDE, THOUGH. YOU, Miss Young. IT DOESN'T WHY DO YOU NOT HAVE MY identification card? Just cuz you wouldn't give us your name. So, we have it. We're going to give it back to you. So, even if you don't know the law, if you break the law, Y'all pay me. It's still against the law. That's all I know what you're saying. we told you you said you didn't know. We said, "Okay." We explained it to you, and then you did it again. After you snatched it out my hand. Then you snatched another bottle. Okay. You didn't like how we did it. We I I said, "Okay." And I said, I took it and was walking into the trash TO THROW IT AWAY WHILE I WAS DRINKING IT. MA'AM, let's talk about this. Y'all just petty. Ma'am, I have no interest in arresting YOU. YOU DID. YOU DID. THAT'S WHY YOU THREW ME TO THE GROUND AND DID ALL THAT THAT y'all did and made me have a seizure. You resisted arrest, ma'am. I didn't resist arrest. I didn't know what you was arresting me for CUZ I'M THROWING SOMETHING in the trash. Mhm. Y'all don't have no right. Ma'am, you're in this situation cuz of how you acted, not cuz of what I did. You keep saying I'm in this situation CUZ I DRUNK SOMEBODY ELSE'S DRINK. STOP SAYING HOW I ACTED CUZ IT DON'T HAVE I DIDN'T ACT NO TYPE OF WAY. And I already got head trauma. Y'all good and crazy. Y'all do anything and don't even be knowing what people be going through. Is your neck hurting right now? Yeah, it is. That's why I'm saying they they they don't even know my medical history. Do you want to be placed in a collar? Yeah. Yes. My neck hurt bad. Okay. I be thinking it's on video tape. And I'm calling them out lawyer in the morning. Matter of fact, I'm calling them as soon as I get in here. As soon as I get in here. Do you feel like you lost consciousness? I did. Okay. All right. This going to be uncomfortable. We can't take it off till the doctor sees you. Okay. See y'all black people die. Okay. She right.
