On July 15th, 2024, Officer Dugan of the Baltimore Police Department was at the CVS in Harbor East when he observed an unidentified male placing food items in his undergarments. He went and got tried to get right on that little scooter thingy and he rolled like an inch. We just grabbed him and we all just kind of fell off the bike. What would you call that? I don't know. the little one wheel clown wheel. Okay. So, he said he wasn't hurt. None of us were hurt um other than that. And then we searched him. We found the sandwiches in his pants, some other goods in his pockets. All property from here. All property from here total, you know. Uh it was like $27 or something like Yeah, I talked to him.
