On August 5th, 2023, at 1:30 a.m., officers responded to the 700 block of Ensor for a reported single vehicle accident. A drunk driver had crashed his vehicle, causing severe injuries to his two passengers, another adult male and a small child who was only 5 years old. The driver then fled the scene as soon as officers arrived. Unlucky for the driver, Officer Robertson, also known as Blonde Lightning, chased his sorry butt down.
