June 24th, 2024, police were called to a teen's home after a physical altercation became very serious when the boy and girl couldn't settle their differences peacefully. How's it going? Not good. So I come in the house cuz I got just got back from work. Okay. I come in the house. He's Daveon Well, he's yelling. Cuz he's mad because the house wasn't clean or whatever. I said I'm not the only one in there, you know. But I left it at that. I said okay. Like, you know, I'm in the bathroom. He was still talking. But only time I came back out is because I heard him say who grabbed the pillow out and put it in the dog cage. So I was trying to like I was trying to figure out. So I went I went to um I went I told him I said the baby did. I said the baby left it out and grabbed it out to her room and just set it down. I said so I just put it in the dog cage. He just was mad for the dog. So then he's talking about with my you are not allowed to watch my son no more. He said because you're not going to clean up after him. You're not going to put stuff back. And then it was more spazzing back and forth. And he was like yeah, somebody going to have to call the police on me and this So I was like what do you want to do? What do you want to do? What do you want to do? He ain't saying nothing. He still was trying to yell at me. So and I ended up going back in the living room. And then he was like uh you better not sit on my couch. I said or what? I can sit anywhere I want to. And then he I sat on the couch. He lifted the couch up, flipped it. I hit my head on the wall. Then I got up and then we started fighting. And after that I grabbed my shake I had and threw it in his face. Then he got more physical. And he hit me and he started stomping on my side. And then he started hitting me in my head and kicking me in my head. Okay. Wow. What is your relationship with him? He's my He's my best friend's boyfriend. He's no relationship to me. Okay. When she got put out of there, I said well, obviously she got put out of her people's house. I know something she's doing over there. She can't come stay stay in my [ __ ] and make some drama over here. Okay. So she kept saying like I'm not leaving and all this [ __ ] I said well, you need to leave. Then I called the police. She's showing her fight card or Michigan ID? 12 months. Okay. Yeah, so I mean even even by that point um she's been here long enough that she's established residency. She's here. So So how How did that she's not even welcome in there? If If I let you stay in my couch for like 4 days and you bring And I tell you you got to leave. and you bring clothing and stuff in. Well, she didn't have no clothes. I told her she had no clothes. I'm I'm saying if if I let you stay in my couch for 4 or 5 days and you bring anything with you and it's still in my house. All right. Then I got to go through the eviction process and you don't want to leave. I ask you. So what? So what? I'm going to call my dad. You going to get evicted like that? Cuz I never evicted nobody out my [ __ ] You want to be honest, this my This my first time having my own house. You have to You have to talk to your landlord and then go through the the court process. Ain't no way the landlord can make no eviction like herself. So the landlord could do that paperwork. Mhm. But it it gets real murky because if If uh so This is It gets super complicated, right? So if your landlord does an eviction notice for for her. Yeah. And your girlfriend says that she can stay. Mhm. Then it doesn't matter. The landlord got her evicted because if your girlfriend invites her over, she still lives here. You know what I mean? So for your landlord to do it, she'd probably have to evict all of you guys. But you living here you could do the eviction notice to get her kicked out. Yeah. I said ain't no way like y'all can at least get it started. No, that's not something [music] we can do. Cuz I don't know how to do that. Okay. So I said don't sit on my couch. She sat on my couch. Flipped the couch over. She got up, put her hands on me, boom. I said don't put your hands on me. I just told you not to sit on my Sit on my [ __ ] They got playing. Boom. Then she put her hands on me. Yeah. It escalated from there. So So she she sat on the couch and my house. Yep. And I flipped that over. Okay. But she still sitting on the couch. No, wait. So she went on the couch on first. Sat on there. Okay. I said don't sit on my couch. Yeah, you told her not to sit on my [ __ ] And then she did and then she flipped the couch while she was still on it. I flipped it over. Yep. That's exactly what happened. Okay. Flipped it over. She got up, put her hands on me. Okay. It went from there. Okay. Well, I mean what what happened after that? After that she popped her hands on me. Oh, she grabbed a knife. Told me she was going to stab me. Stab my girl for real. First of all She stabbed your girl? Yep. Yep. When So, when she did that, do you think she was doing that on purpose to you or do you think that was just kind of like an accident like you guys were tying kind of Okay, so you think she cut you on purpose? Okay. Do you want to pursue charges on that? You got to answer it. We can't answer for you. You with you with you being an adult, you got to make that decision yourself. You can ask for advice, but ultimately the decision is yours. She could tell you yes, he could She could tell you yes, he could tell you no. He could tell you no or yes, whatever, and then ultimately the decision is up to you. I don't know if I'm going to pursue charges on nobody. I don't know. I've never had either. This is just This literally been going on the past 2 weeks. This second time the cops been over here cuz of them fighting. Like Okay. Where's the knife at? I put it in the sink. I literally came in here and got my brother. I was about to go drop her off and then All he did was ask her, can you clean your dishes and clean up after yourself? And she start talking back or whatever and he said, don't sit on my couch. And then Was it that Was this the couch then? Okay. Came over here or whatever. So, she was already trying to fight him before the incident and I told her to knock it off. Incident in me? Yeah, incident. I knew [laughter] what she meant. And then My daughter don't have very big words. I knew what she meant. And she got up and she start swinging on him, so he swung back and then she Like he stopped swinging and then she started back swinging on him, so he swung back and then she got her phone and left out. Well, she didn't leave out, but she went over there to grab the knife and so I walked over there and I tried to take it from her and that's when that happened and then she I really need to report my report my face cuz I was afraid that I had an encounter with Yeah, we'll get you one. We'll get you one. Don't worry. Let me see your hand real quick. That's your theory. Okay, so I had it like I was at an angle. Like after he hit me, stomped on me and stuff, I got up. I was really pissed off cuz I couldn't breathe. So, I grabbed the knife. So, his girlfriend, Anastasia, tried to grab it from me. Now, when she tried to grab it, she touched the top blade part and accidentally like poked her hand. So, she kept saying, give me the knife back, give me the knife back. I eventually put the knife back away. He was already outside. So, it was not like I was going around stabbing people. That was not it. So, here's where we're at. Bottom line is um as it stands He's going to be looking at a charge of assault. We'll get to you. You are going to be going to jail tonight for felonious assault. Okay. >> With the knife, okay? Anastasia believes that it wasn't an accident that she ended up getting harmed. So, Cuz she's going to stick beside him cuz he already hit her. Listen. Listen. Let me explain it to you, okay?
