call for you to listen to but keep in mind that the call has been edited for privacy and length I'm babysitting her um her son and she don't want him to go with him okay and I'm I'm not home though I left when she said that he was on his way when did this happen just now for any weapons involved I don't know he I just seen him kick the door in I always get my kids off the bus and I seen him kick the door down right now I'm not going home because I I have his son he's still there um he's tall white uh simply skinny um I think if I'm not mistaken I think I've seen them have a white shirt on I don't I don't know what kind of jeans you have on okay how old they are in a around his 30s maybe I don't know not perfectly fine does anyone in danger right now um I I don't know man because I'm I mean I'm still sitting here in the front of the apartment I was gonna go back to the house before I seen him kick that door down and I don't know I don't want him to know that I have his son and I'm him downtown to Joshua what John Joshua that's I don't know his social you don't know social okay well he's gonna go downtown with us until we can figure out if it's him or not so mama can you look for sure social you have it I've seen the last four I can't give you his birthday what's his birthday no you don't have it I think it's at the house I hate on your mom don't know his social my mama I mean she can't find her others last four of the social real quick to me if not then I mean I can if you want to if not we're going to take him downtown to make sure that it's War inside him hello ma'am hey so we're finding a warrant in the system um but the day of bursting out matching up so I'm trying to I don't think it's him I'm just trying to see what his social is to see if the social is gonna on the warrant it matches up the hill okay that's my point there's a one there's a social on the warrant I'm trying to make sure that your son doesn't have this warrant so I can release it the only way I'm going to be able to do that is if I can confirm the social like I said I understand that we have that our information already but you know once again I have to confirm his social before I can release him he has to have [Music] it hey I I hang out I can only deal with one problem at a time so I got to take care of this warrant situation before I can help you out with the child custody stuff but we'll try to get that figured out too okay so if you can get a lot more to social we'll release him and he can go on his way and we'll help him out with this uh this child custody issue but I can't do anything until I figure out stuff about this warrant all right yeah I mean let me call let me go ahead all right man hey you ever lived here yeah when a couple years later on and off I'll understand but you got to understand we're in a situation where we got called out you kicking in this door all right we have multiple witnesses that I'm sorry it was you that kicked in the door all her neighbors are with her they're gonna side with her that nobody over here likes me why because I'm a stomped down [ __ ] I'm not gonna take no [ __ ] to nobody and they don't like that okay and that's what people need that's what women need and they're like people like me I take care of all them kids now never mind I don't even have to but my point is why are you kicking this door but like I said I was worried I ain't heard from her in two weeks she's not answering me and when I call her she's talking about you're not gonna you're not getting the baby keeping on keeping you from you that's really kidnapping kidnap my own son so but you can't come in and kick in the door I didn't take nothing I don't understand you didn't tell you anything but you still can't kick it in hey he got your information do you know your social hey so I'll just let you know what's going on so that warrant does have that his social on it okay the date of birth is wrong on the warrant though okay what did it say it says a different date of birth but ultimately the we followed to be on him in August from this like uh he so he got into an altercation with her apparently choked her in August uh and he left before officers got here so officers called the District Attorney's office they accepted charges so they went and got a warrant for his arrest so that's most likely what the warrant's for so Harris County's got to confirm it if they confirm it then yeah he's going with us and going to Harris County Jail I understand but a judge assigned that warrant and we have to go by with it I mean this could easily be you know handled in court but he has the warrant we have to take him for the warrant I mean I get you're doing your job but trust me you knew this girl personally here's the thing though and I understand where y'all's frustration is with the child custody stuff there's procedures for that you have y'all been to child custody court no they're also go you don't she doesn't have a choice if y'all hire a lawyer and go to child custody court she has to show up or he gets all the rights to the kid it's not it's none of this no you can't she don't want to work with me go to Charlotte custody court and there's a piece of paper signed by a judge saying when he gets the kid when she gets the kid but you can't come over here just because he hadn't seen the kid in a few weeks and kicked him in the door and try to take the kids you know he's already told me he kicked in the door well he must do it I've been doing this but I've been doing this long enough to know what we're getting called to all right they gave a great description of him saying he kicked in the door and then I have multiple Witnesses saying yeah it's him and then he even admitted yeah I was pissed off I want to go get my kids so I can fix the door if I need to that's how I'm admitting the kicking the door well like I said we're still trying to see if they'll confirm the warrant if they confirmed the warrant then like I said he's coming with us is this your car or his mine okay um but that uh being investigated on her then that gives y'all a better case to win the case in child custody court but what y'all have to do is go to child custody court and do that whole court system to get paperwork signed by a judge stating that he gets a child this day and she gets them this day and everything like that why you let us but y'all what y'all need to do is just contact the child custody lawyer and that custody lawyer be able to explain everything that makes sense but like I said they still got to confirm the warrant so first names I mean he might still go for kicking in the door but we'll let you know about that all right 170 are you secure do what where working in the car seat yeah but here's the thing she's got custody of the kid okay if she gives you a guardian to say hey can you look out for my kid for at this time until I get back they still have plenty of that kid does that make sense I mean yeah that's like you know this kid is minding yours you got custody of them and you give them to your your mom I can't go to your your mom and say hey this is this is my kid too and take them away from because they're still in your custody that's where that child custody agreement from a judge assigned in place because that tells you when you can have a kid and then when I can have a kid see what I'm saying she's over here out of town or I'm doing a drug deal with some dude she just met how do I know she's doing that does he have proof of that no he needs to have that recorded ultimately I can't do anything about her having making a drug deal somewhere else but what you can do is send that and show that to the judge hey she's leaving custody of this kid to while she goes and does a drug deal that's going to give you all a better chance in court to um help him get custody of the child that makes sense so like I said there's nothing else yourself We're not gonna be able to do anything about that which I'll have to do is go to court hire a lawyer go to court and do that whole process all right all right well like I said we'll let you know if they confirm on the board foreign I understand but and I'm cold okay you can't call me to the front please no we're gonna have to move that back to the back you talk to me you know what what's going on well we're checking to see if this Warren's good for you and then we gotta finally got a hold of your baby mama to see if she wants to press charges on you kicking in the door well she does I'm gonna press charges and I want to report kidnap me but that's what she really wants to do and here's what I was explaining to your sister man it's not kidnapping yeah because how if I if she was to call the cops on me and say hey he took my son I'm going to jail with no we're not here you have much legal right to that kid as she does that's not that's what you said that's not what the Court's gonna say have you been to child custody court yet no there's your issue right there yeah and what her problem is keeping my son away from me for whatever reason I got it [Music] I was like she has CPS calling her too many times already how you gonna go out of town go [ __ ] deliver drugs and you got your kids here running around who's watching your kids 37-year-old Joshua Broner was arrested on one misdemeanor charge of criminal mischief if convicted he could face up to 180 days in jail more importantly he is currently on parole for that incident last August and as of July 14 2023 has opened warrants for his arrest this is supposed to be the suspect okay so what I was saying you have to go to child custody court okay when you go to child custody court a judge will and I just explain this to your sister okay a judge will issue you get the kids these days she gets the kids these days no if ands or ones okay but there's no kidnapping your own kid in the state of Texas okay I've seen it happen I've done time before I've seen it happen you've seen it happen because CPS will take that's the other kids yeah and then that's kidnapping because they don't have any legal rights to the kids you have legal rights to your kid I mean have you has anyone ever told you that you have no rights to your kid you're listening to her and you're not listening oh don't you haven't contacted a lawyer to listen to that a lawyer's advice I don't have I barely have money to take care of my son I mean I understand that but you're over here you're telling me that this is kidnapping I'm trying to explain you the law but that's how it's going to work in court I already know how it is have you been in a courtroom win handcuffs before and looking at all these people facing time what do you mean it's gonna happen like that if I go to jail for or if I report this is a whole different thing okay this is a child custody is a civil matter this has nothing to do with the child stuff you're in the backseat of this car because you've kicked in that they look at it as I'm a two-ton and I have no once again [Music] a judge well look at everything okay look who's a better repair look to see your record look to see your credit score everything like that and the judge will say Hey you know you still might have not full custody she's going to give you some right it's a judge or he he or she will give you some kind of Rights and then you can get your child your custody and then if she keeps you from it then a judge can say hey no this is you can't keep the child father he's supposed to get them on these days and then you can go to court for that yeah she's over here being the Jones herself well but the problem is is so are you because you're over here trying to kick in the door to try to take your child okay he's you're over here trying to kick in the child and not doing the right steps by doing a child custody court contacting a lawyer and knowing your rights okay somehow this warrant is for you your social match is on the warrant but for some reason Harris county is saying it's not you okay I'd get that taken care of pretty quick this sooner or later Harris County's gonna figure it out that this warrant is for you that's great because I just went to coordinate two months ago well this morning it's been active since uh August for choking her on August 22nd y'all get into a fight does she have proof of it thank you what do you mean does she have groups you got to talk to the officer who worked the case yeah so for somehow that's a thing like I said somehow this they're not confirmed on this warrant okay but my suggestion to you sooner or later you're gonna get picked up on this is figuring that that whole thing out okay now he's contacting the District Attorney's office for you kicking in this door because that's ultimately another charge okay it's gonna be up to the district attorney's office if they want to accept that or not so if they accept it you'll be coming with us if they don't then you'll be released and getting a truck okay but you just said like it's not a problem if I lived here basically you don't live here you lived here months ago no I'd have recently lived like two weeks ago you left you don't live here though like there's nothing on your driver's license nothing in our system that says you've lived here even whenever we followed the warrant your address isn't even in here it's in Austin or love lady or whatever yeah I got an idea when I got out of TC and they gave me their address again I gave my address and they don't put their address like I said that's what's going on right now okay but my suggestion to you is take care of this warrant because it's a aggravated assault warrant and for somehow I don't know why they're not confirmative but as for the child custody stuff contact a lawyer okay and your sister's already been told the same thing contact the child can I see lawyer and take her to court and she's got CPS investigating and that's only going to help you in court but you know what's going to look bad on you kicking in this door to try to get your kid I understand where you're coming from but you told me there's no wrong in there no I didn't indeed when we came yeah when I said if you lived here yeah you don't live here you just said you moved out yeah that was what not even a month
