suspects are innocent until proven guilty enjoy the video on March 10 2023 officers with the Houston Independent School District Police Department were assigned to work one of the local high schools as you would expect from a Houston School a report was received that a student had slapped a teacher who had tried to take the student's phone the conflict ended with a student standing over the teacher beating him until he bled from the face the incident occurred while the student was serving a stint in in-school suspension man hit me slap me in my face ain't nobody's gonna trust me look at my damn live yes ma'am man you ain't gonna put your hands on me I don't care who it is what happened man I'm sitting there telling them hey man give me your phone I'm calling my grandma oh don't make me cry I said what are you talking about what did you do give me your phone so he jumped up came over there towards me walked out the door come outside slap me upside my head and that's when I grabbed his head don't you put your hands on me don't play that man so what happens after you when you grab them with that what happened after that we got into a toss he started throwing this thing you're for real so I put it on them is he wearing a black hoodie yeah jeans yeah okay okay just snapped me man [Music] yeah I'm sitting there in the chair hey everybody hey everything's here I said man bring me your phone I'm talking to my grandma your person here falling in while I'm talking to him I said man bring me your phone I said what jumped up came over there walked out the door and slapped me upside but he had all the kids in the store yeah that's when I grabbed don't put your hands on me grab me I was still inside or outside go outside yeah man what's everybody yeah we gotta talk about what happened with Mr Williams oh come on man officers initially failed to locate the suspect and thought he fled the scene fortunately after a short wait the suspect magically reappeared in the cafeteria like a genie from High School Musical he popped out of a chocolate milk and granted the police their wishes anyways so anyways um go go from there man so you answer the phone and what happened I answered the phone he did he stopped going off it wouldn't like his life now hey you know he puts on that we keep going up calling out my name ambitious my neck and after that happened I started fighting I choke he will be [ __ ] up would you like so you know once you never hit him in the face so when all that happened did you you left because they caught on the radio after yeah after the fight and everything yeah yeah why did you not like stay in the area or why did you like you jumped over the whole fence and went to the football field and kind of high tildew um do you know how I tell me it is yeah it took off so like did you feel like you come back and talk to Mr Dickerson or anybody a dog you know call your mom I called your mom too and uh she's like you haven't heard from him so at least come back so but so here's what's gonna happen man because because you left um for your side of the story and he got to tell his they found charges on you I'm gonna go They're gonna go to jail today like right now yeah so but I know you guys got arrested with HPD for some other Foods you know but that's a whole nother story and that's nothing about business but today you'll go down there but you'll talk to the judge and stuff and get a lawyer and stuff that's on you so you are another routine you gotta give me your backpack that checking stuff I called your mom she already know what happened what did she tell you over spring break she was lying she told me yeah but she told me all that other stuff that happened with the uh yeah I mean like I said I don't want no problems zero zero one two three words yeah he got two pair of shoes you know I want to finish it tight Yeah man so that's what we because your mom came up here and we spoke to her and she's like oh that Friday yeah you disappeared under my arms maybe wearing those sweat tops I'm nervous and then [ __ ] yeah that's why I had told you but that's why he was telling your mom he was like why did he run and uh we got the shorts on so nothing's the same thing would happen with you last time you're gonna go down there to your judge I guess I got a PR Bond they're probably gonna give you another po bro it's the same problem you don't actually talk to the same person the first time uh I was 18 year old Tyrell Johnson was arrested on one felony count of assault of a public servant this comes just five months after being arrested for evading if convicted he could face up to 10 years behind bars I'm not sure what his grandma was saying but it couldn't have been worth it good luck Tyrell you can call
