I'm not going to lie to you I haul ass all the way over here I'm like this kid is crazy so soon as I I'm hauling ass over here and I get here I get out the door I hear my parents screaming and I hear my mom screaming that's when I broke the door I couldn't take that [ __ ] you know so I bust in the door and he comes in so I squared up just pop him two times and he obviously I hit him so hard that he faints so that's when I took him down and then I just took him down and then right the door right there in the door and I had him in a choke lock and then he was trying to like I don't know what kind of [ __ ] drugs he's in and then he was like trying to get up and that's when I popped them again and then I just shoved them in into the dirt and I was like look man you ain't [ __ ] moving I'm going to knock you the [ __ ] out and that was it and then that's when I told my sister I was like you better [ __ ] call the cops now okay and that was it and I was on top you you guys your D yeah my daughter who's who's out there by the way who the guy is your sister or that's my sister okay that's what I mom yeah that's my that's my older sister that's your older sister okay that's his mom that's and that's your nephew that's my nephew just trying to get it all situ that's fine dude the kid's been in bad step since I don't know just ask her what what happened we started messing up the room okay who whose room is that that's his room that's his room okay so I guess he has two uh glass cups in there okay he broke him on the floor so he he started uh throwing himself on the floor with his head banging his head bang his head okay he was screaming okay um and then I guess he was like screaming or whatever and then he comes into the kitchen okay and then my mom's trying to calm him down and then he like she turns around for a second and punches her in the back punch back back of the head okay just know what wait what time sir what time uh about 10:30 10:30 okay that's when he started that's when started happening yeah cuz he my dad called me at he called me at 10:40 okay 5 minutes later I was on you showed up okay okay um ask her besides the head injury any other injuries on her or push her to the floor push the floor okay so for you I just get um your dad called you to come down my dad called me that he was acting ER radically right okay uh so I got ready and okay okay oh sorry you know I drove over here as fast as I could to get over here here as soon as I got to the door I hear my parents screaming door please don't and then that's when I just y broke through the door whatever he comes towards me and then I punch him in his face twice okay he goes down and the door broke the door broke door okay this is your bedroom this is youred okay yeah and and they put put in the door this one me and one I guess he was like trying to close the door on them so you know okay you broke it okay both were in here both your mom and dad were in here [Music] okay any other injuries besides the head injury just okay did he uh he punch your D in the head how do you get he punch your D in head yeah so they don't want him coming back over here again okay uh uh well this is what we can do okay um this is considered Family Violence with us right so they can actually file for uh what's called a moep which is a a Magistrate's order of emergency protection uh which basically it's like a protective order it's a temporary one mhm uh it's only good for like 20 days but it buys them enough time to get an actual protective order in place which which is more permanent those are good for 2 years okay so those are a lot more permanent you know what I mean but it'll buy them enough time though to go through the process to get them but what I'm going to do is I'm going to provide them with the case number and there's an actual paper that we give them there's a phone number that they call and they can walk them through the process on how to do it all and y'all can
