Police Department were dispatched to a gas station over reports of a suspicious vehicle a child who was in the vehicle had asked one of the gas station workers to call 911 because his own mother was drunk acting crazy and that they weren't a ble to leave due to her behavior hello hello how are you doing I'm doing good what's going on today oh was just trying to put some gas in okay well what were you doing over there putting gas in I was trying to put gas in okay you have your idea with you I don't can I give you my um my number you have you know it yeah okay time I be right back okay hello so what's going on um well came on here to take some crash out to the dumpster and the car was parked right here that was about an hour and a half ago 2 hours ago um that one we got stopped right yeah and they kept honking the horn honking the horn and I thought something was wrong I I walked over there towards the car and the person in the backseat got out and said um can you please call the cops she's drunk and really crazy and we've been here for two hours waiting we can't leave and um they I I called and when I was doing the trash out here and and then just right before I got here she like backed up and tried to back to the pump and it peeled out I don't know if you saw that part like peeled out real fast around the corner I didn't see that part I just saw her over here and then she P to the pump yeah so I don't know okay do you know who the guys are to her oh I have no clue okay I don't I just saw he just stepped out of the car and he said hey can you please call the cops okay who are they trying to BU smartes he's 17 over there he's 17 he's 16 you got your ID on you don't have you don't have an ID okay go and step out for me what are they two what is what are they two you they're my son okay both on more yeah over here okay hey so what's going with your leg I Ain got shot you got shot just now no like a month ago with a shotgun right here okay what's what's going on was you telling them to call the police yeah I had uh told uh one of the ladies that she get uh possibly call the police cuz we don't got no money or nothing cuz I asked for uh some gas money that we can uh get so we can go home or whatever we don't got no money right now and uh she was like n she call the cops or whatever so she had um up calling the cops but then um we're F to uh in the leing cuz we had got a little bit of gas money from my grandma to my phone and right when we were taking off like one of the CP officers P him right here and he had lit us up that's me oh that was you yeah that was me to let y out yes sir okay what's your name hey girl I'm going to call you back you can come back and have a see I just need to get your information and find out what's going on so hey hey so so you the one who told them to call somebody call us okay so did you mention anything about her being intoxicated oh no sir you sure yeah okay all right well he he got he got shot okay so yeah you can lean on the car just hang tight for now got shot by shotg yeah okay he told you already yeah he just told me he got shot in leg shot so his name is Andre Davis you got his information no okay you was fighting with another dog and I Tred to break it up now I got hold of me okay so you got his information all right I speak to her real quick yes all right so has she explained you what's wrong she said somebody had yeah so somebody called the police saying that uh you've been sitting at the pumps for a while and then on top of that uh is uh asked for them to call uhhuh okay and then uh I mean I don't my I don't understand my kids asked for call I was trying to put G but honestly I was waiting for my mom to S gas so I could put gas in the chain okay yes yes say yes yeah no no I know you just talking to her and everything okay so something was mentioned about you being toxicated have you had anything to drink tonight no sir nothing no have you had honestly I was just trying to get the money to put in gas so we can go home we live M that's what yeah that's what the kids was saying yes sir um okay uh and what was going on with you honking the horn apparently you're honking the horn or something no I never h the horn you never honed the horn I mean prior me getting up understand no I didn't I didn't H the horn okay and you haven't had anything to drink no at all today okay you don't mind um performing a couple tests for me just to make sure that your safety drop just CU that was mentioned no I don't mind I just don't understand where all this is coming from well just because it was the information of that was put out and I just want to make sure I do my due diligence for anybody that's watching and say say so that way they can't say we didn't do anything those people suspect you of it so I appreciate you but I don't understand why s why you say teenagers mom life that's it okay and that's honest to God I'm just myin now and we just okay and where yall toe and keep your arms down at your side okay put your right heel in front of your left toe right and then you you'll put it up against your left toe like this just like that like I'm batt my my balance so no no no no hold on what I'll explain the instructions but I need you to put I need you to put Toe to Toe just like this for me wa to left right to left put your right right heel out to your left toe oh you want it right right right you see how my foot's position you see how both okay all right so what you're going to do is you're going to take nine just keep you got to stay in that as long as you can but I'm going to demonstrate what that's going to look like okay so like I said either for your choice you can use your left or your right and you're going to hold it up which just happens to be her second arrest for DWI she ended up pleading guilty and served nine days in Harris County Jail she has also been arrested for theft possession of marijuana and assault going all the way back to 2009 hopefully this will be her last interaction with the the justice system but I seriously doubt it I don't want to but I have to cuz we're going to a jail oh I told you I was going to search you I know but I was expecting all that yeah I know but understand if we go to the jail and you have something on you with an additional charge right havec can I see my voice real quick no ma'am we'll let them come over to the we'll let them come over but it's not my say it's my Corporal say go ahead and have SE um who's the corporate the gentleman who just arrested you you is the cor do you mind if I ask him real quick have seat for me and then we can talk I will I just don't want you to put me in the car and then I don't ever talk to the boys well you might get the chance ma'am no but I don't need I just I just explained to you how money is so tight right now like we don't have the money to get it out of the tow yard uh no we're good I just need that was the biggest thing was getting her check and everything so um I didn't go inside her bra I can't yeah yeah um until we get her to the jail and she she strips her yeah I we can't go inside her bra or anything but I thought she doesn't have any weapons and I went through her pockets and I gave her the credit card and the coins that she had in her pockets okay yep thank you I appreciate car sir do you mind if my daughter comes get the car call him call her I'm sorry they've already called a record I know that's what I was trying to see at this point ma'am I I I got to release to the toe he's already on the is exactly the face I made while editing this video I mean after all who hasn't forgotten a combo shotgun rifle in their back seat while driving drunk sounds like a normal Tuesday in the city of 16 she was on pump number 16 yeah okay she just ha home M they weren't getting out of the car or anything nobody got out of the car they were just sitting there and then I took some trash from inside out and that's when she kept honking and honking and then I went to get the trash thing and started going to that pump and that's when that kid got out and was like uh can you please call the cops she's drunk and acting crazy and we've been here for 2 hours and we can't leave so then I called did he mention anything about them being out of gas or anything did he ask for help for gas nope that's all he said to me okay and at first I thought they were just playing I wasn't even going to call yeah but and then she drove off and then that's when I pulled up and she was yeah she circled around that way real fast like peeled out that way you hear the tires reaching yeah loud and then death pulled up okay gotta Perfect all righty well here I'm R information quick okay so like uh so where am I going right now you're going to our jail to our holding our holding facility where's that at sir right here uh it's about 5 minutes from where we're at okay now the old school that was just with us he said that would have to go to Harris County that's if you don't get a bond or if you can't bond out you'll go to Harris County does that make sense so like when I submit the charges for DWI the when it gets to downtown they can give you a bond amount where you get a DWI from though huh where do you get a DWI from because I can smell the odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from your breath so you've had something to drink no I haven't had nothing to drink but okay and what else and then on top of that your kids are the ones who said that you intoxicated no my kids didn't tell you that okay they didn't tell me but they they they yelled it out which is why somebody called that in no I'm for sure nobody said that okay that's why we came out there okay I understand what you're saying but no I don't have no reason to be under arrest for a d DWI cuz I haven't been drinking like me and my kids been going through the most is between us you know yes ma'am so look if you're not intoxicated uhuh and there's going to be an opportunity for you to show that if you're not intoxicated all of this all I do is is send you on your way but based off of send me on my way if you would have sent me on my way I'd be home right now I mean right but based off don't lie but based off of what I saw I can't do that see nothing you just you just like assumed okay so so like I was saying is ultimately the way the way this process goes and not even because I talked to you you [ __ ] still told my [ __ ] car you know how hard it is right now like I explained like you know how hard it is single mom eight kids be honest is anyone surprised with her two teenagers right now disrespectful boys but I'm trying to get home is that why y'all were arguing cuz they were being disrespectful to you exactly but of course you didn't get that out of what I told you well you didn't tell me y'all arguing yeah but I didn't have to say that you know why cuz the police always full of [ __ ] I got like I just expected you to to read between the lines but you know what I lose catch a charge try to bond out and that's where I'm left at I love my kids I would never call the police on my kids I didn't say you did I didn't say you said I didn't say you did either I'm trying to tell you how [ __ ] hard life is yes ma'am my [ __ ] you young you don't know what the [ __ ] it is yet until you have your own kid understand what the [ __ ] I'm going through yes ma'am but I'm a single [ __ ] mom and my heart hurts and I'm just trying to raise these [ __ ] boys but they're so [ __ ] disrespectful yes ma'am and I'm just trying to get home I haven't been drinking my heart hurts I'm just going with with whatever you you say I've never been here what's the process here um so what happens is we're going to book you in I'm going to read some paperwork to you and if you want you're going to be given an opportunity to blow into a machine and uh and that's going to determine whether or not if you have any alcohol in your system uhuh if you choose not to do that then I'll have to obtain a blood warrant to get your your uh INX results uhhuh going to type up the report I'm going to type up the charges send it to the district attorney's office and they they're going to accept once they accept and like I said all the charges and everything are sent then we'll wait till they send a bond if they don't
