Try to bite me. >> I got >> All right, >> hold on. Just hang on. Hang on. We got it. We got it. Don't drag. Don't drag like that. No. No. Not. We're good. >> We're going to go right here. Right here. Right here. We're not going to go outside. We're just going to go right here. >> Get ready. >> What's your name? >> Hey, just relax a little bit. We're not trying to hurt you and we don't want you to hurt yourself. I >> got some glass over here just because Is there anybody else inside? There's one more female. >> Okay. Okay. But she >> I don't know what's going on if you don't talk. We can forget about what what just happened earlier. Okay. But we need to figure out what's going on. And you're the only one who can tell us what's going on. You want to start there? Yeah, >> we're just going to start there. Stop grabbing onto the other officer. >> Go upstairs. >> Okay, you're not going anywhere. >> Hey there. >> What is this? What is this? What is >> she? >> Okay. Really? Did you try to step on my feet like that? >> She just kicked me. >> Okay. You want another banging on it? >> You're making it worse for yourself. >> Okay. >> What's going on? >> You going through some something? Stop. >> Stop kicking. >> Bring it up. >> Stop. >> Hold up. She start walking to the kitchen. I'm like, "Go walk to the kitchen." She got behind the counter. All right. All right. Or at that point, I'm like, "All right, get back over here." Whose kitchen is this? >> It's cool. >> Can someone follow them? Yeah, someone I don't care who. Well, we need you two for the report. Can you follow the ambulance, please? >> So, >> sorry. >> What happened? Fighting somebody >> fighting her sister and then uh >> and then breaking and destroying a bunch of [ __ ] inside. >> Yeah, we're going to go. We're gonna go. >> Yeah. >> Take a right right in here. normally without legal justification by any means made physical contact or insulting provoking nature with your parents. So this will we're calling a domeatic a domestic battery make physical contact with my sister. >> Uh correct. I believe there was a call to the residents and then from then I believe it escalated and >> it only escalated because I threw some glass on the floor. That's that was how I read the Bible. I was blessing the house. Threw some glass on the floor. Walk over it. Go to okay time to go to sleep. She comes upstairs yelling why did you do this? Why' you do this? I picked the glass up and I threw it again and I told her to clean it up and she had a problem. And when she did when I seen who she was calling, I took her phone from her and that's when she went in the bathroom and she lied that I touched her. Only thing I did was take her phone and throw it on the ground. >> Okay. So >> So where's So where, officer, where is all this domestic battery and and all these extra charges coming from? As far as with the police, the police know better and should know how to handle. they're not able to push me and put me to the ground, then there is no further reason as to why I behave the way I behave because we're both in self-defense at that point. >> Okay. >> Another problem. Another problem. Another problem is I'm going somewhere else. >> I'm going far out here, which means I have no way over here and this is where I stay over. So, the this is the problems the the problems that I'm having is that one, this is all redundant. None of this makes any sense. State of our hair after complaint. Uh Trey Hero defendant committed offensive battery made physical and contact of insulting and provoking nature. My sister is pregnant. Now the the performance was done upstairs if you want to know. I threw I threw Can you hear something real quick? >> No, because when I let you tell, you probably won't make sense to what I'm talking about right now. The facts and I don't want to hear your opinion right now. >> So these aren't opinions. I'm trying to get you to redo your rights. >> What is it? >> Okay. What is it? And and with that, it's the uh uh >> what's the right? >> Uh the officer that's in charge of the case is officer. What was it? >> What's the right? >> So, I was going to read them off and you just started talking before I even got to reading your rights. >> Okay. And are you familiar with your rights? >> You have the right to remain silent. >> Anything you say may be used against you in a court of law. >> You have the right to speak to an attorney and have an >> attorney present during questioning. law. >> Besides the way, man, there's law. >> Okay. If you cannot afford an attorney, what will be provided for you at no cost? >> Law. >> Okay. As you can see there that our constitution. >> Well, read it all. >> Constitutional. >> Notice of the rights of person under arrest. Right across from right. Read it all. >> So, I I did read off your read it all. >> I did read off your random warnings, which I haven't asked you or anything. You just began talking before I even >> I could talk. >> Welcome. Welcome to where my laid ground at. Let's get that first understood. >> Okay. >> Next, we could talk about whatever I'm talking about. >> Okay. >> Knowing legal justice. >> So, I'm just here for the transport from the hospital you it took the police about 30 minutes. The 30 minutes they couldn't get me down to the ground. So after they knew that they couldn't get me down to the ground. Okay. Yeah, you couldn't either. If you were there, you'd be in the same struggle as them. It took them 30 minutes to get me at least on the car. How is that my fault? How's the battery on my end? >> So So with that, we use the most minimal force by any means. We don't go out there try to hurt anybody. We just try to minimize. No, you're not trying to hurt anybody, but but if the police tell me, "Go outside." So, I go outside the back door and you're stopping me from going outside and then you bring me in aggressively. It's time for >> So, those questions I I'm sorry I can't answer because I was not there. >> I know you can. >> I'm just trying to redo your rights. >> My objective for today for me is for the hospital here. >> Exactly. From there, I know that >> that's all that >> I know that. >> Okay. I I I appreciate it. >> She would be grateful. should should be very grateful. You should be very grateful. Okay, that's what you should be. >> Okay. >> Well, I'm happy to be alive. >> I'll just assume you don't you acknowledge him, but you're not going to sign anything on >> No, I'm not signing anything. >> Okay. And that's your your right to do so. Well, yes. That's your copies for you to be transported with you. Okay. Like I said, I'll get this squid away so we can get you out of here uh and quicker over to Dwage County. Okay. Just work with me. We'll get you out of here. They ended up charging her with domestic battery, resisting arrest, and battery on an officer. The level of aggression she had during this arrest and to just calm down and try to justify what she did to her sister and these officers was very shocking. Does she need therapy and maybe some meditation in her life? Thanks for watching and I would love to see your comments below on this incident.
