yes yes and how long have you been in that room that you're in like three months three months yes what'd you say before that well really I just come here to my dad stays here so you just come here so I'll be having to help out with my old man so I stay here from time to time okay you see what I'm saying yeah the thing is the room where I sleep in she's making it an issue because I come here with your your cousin and who else my cousin stay here in that specific room it's me my cousin is your cousin inside here right now and Toya yeah which one's toy yeah the one with the squat song okay my cousin is coming down together I lost my cousin's girlfriend okay so the girl in the Hat and the girl in the scarf are girlfriends different cousin yeah the the male cousin okay sorry it's it can be confusing nowadays man I don't know you never know but okay so she's the one the scarf is your cousin's girlfriend your cousin's not here currently correct okay and the other girl is your cousin and she stays in a different room okay so there's three people sitting in that room okay can you do me a favor can you see if you can get your whole body in there so we can talk to her and I appreciate it okay so this is a dope house with a blue truck uh Grandma's saying uh or she's right there she's saying that the dope's in the backyard this guy's been selling along with his cousin which is the skinnier guy and uh he was causing trouble today so we put my handcuffs and she's saying there's dope in the house or there's a gun in the house and there's dope in the backyard yeah she's a lot of search there's just I know there's more people in there so I just wanted another unit here to there's two girls out here and they left so like all right [Music] up in my face all right I'm on the phone so he called them and told them to come back they come back time out the car ran hot they jumped out the girl with the black right here too Andrea whatever okay I'm mad I'm really mad watch I ecstasy man yeah or MDMA or yeah probably can they break apart yeah they got that stamp on there Pac-Man they're getting a lot of different ones individual that's one two three see mother probably what 120 pills more yeah where was it exactly like right yeah oh okay all right there it was kind of like the bag in the truck yeah I know yeah what's going on man what's happening all right I don't know where Miami got going on but I just pulled up like not too long ago with my girl we just can't I was taking my other cousin to buy a car yeah she was like oh I'm gonna get my room but you know initially I just sleep in the room because my dad stays in the back okay he had a stroke so I'd be happy to stay sometimes night tonight okay because he falls out the bed you know he wears diapers and things of this nature so I have to be here for him so me my cousin Toya we sleep in one room my auntie don't even sleep in that room so sleep in another room with my other hand okay it's really a family house it's really not even a house [Music] okay the thing is she tripping with me today and she picked up a knife and I'm like if you stabbing with a knife I'm gonna have to defend myself basically what happened all this with a gun in this bag right here [ __ ] I don't know where she come with this year she got that going on I just pulled up here with my wife so you didn't you didn't have the gun not gonna be on your hand anything like that another date so if they would take Prince or anything like that so where the gun was at the gun was on your purse I don't know where she got that from she she [Music] thank you yes sir whose word my aunts look you're not going to jail before threatening your hand okay that's not what you're going to do it for something that has nothing to do with me I don't know you're going to jail for the drugs and the gun okay so with the money you have over a thousand dollars you can't prove how you got the money yes I can hold up okay well at this time you can't you know you didn't file taxes you don't have bank account but my mind just hold up hold up okay so we talked with What's called the seizure D.A she I asset forgers and seizures okay we talked to her she says it's okay to seize your money what happens when you seize your money is we take your money before we fully seize the money okay before you know it officially comes with us we're gonna have a drug dog come out if the drug dog hits on the money okay so if that means that the money was in contact with drugs okay so the drug dog [ __ ] like says finds the money then boom all of a sudden now we can tie the money into the drugs and the drugs that money will be seized now later on you can dispute that and try to get your money back if you want to you're more than welcome to but
