on April 4th 2024 deputies with the Harris County Sheriff's Office were called to a residence over a domestic disturbance between a sister and a brother the sister stated that her brother was possibly under the influence of Narcotics and had warrants out for his arrest um my brother he um has a um issue I just learned that he had a um warrant out and he's at my house he's not acting out or anything but I know when he came back from his appointment He's seems like you know I'm say we a substance and doing a whole lot but um I know um he been struggling with it for a minute and the court deemed a mental illness and we've been trying to get him to go he hadn't been hear into his PO um seen his probation office and stuff and he had a major surgery where he had his stomach cut open and I know he went to the hospital yesterday and came back to my home hot so I know I I just want him to get away from me and my kids right now okay where is he right now recording where is he right now he's in my house yeah but where in the house Upstairs Downstairs Liv I've been in the garage just trying to meet y'all before he comes out to see so um yeah um he's he most likely in the living room cuz he keep going in the garage seeing what I'm doing okay what room located um he he's usually upstairs in the law area but he been on the couch no no no that's like but he been on the couch since I got home from work any any weapons in the house no does he have a gun on him no you know he he came with nothing he was like on the street but when I learned that he had the surgery I let him come to heal up since he been homeless when did he get the surgery um I think it was 31 when he got out on the 15th of March and I know it took a couple he just got a Staples out last Friday and he was supposed to follow up um with his appointment and see his PO yesterday and when he went he chose to go to the hospital saying he was in pain versus going see his PO um he all right all you okay just came out okay was going to try to set up he's got the selly for a fell to appear for that uh weapon so due to the fact that it's you know the crime that occur right yeah I know it sounds bad but it trumps mental a crime but even though once he get to downtown he'll be checked out so what we need to call go up there and try to express it that he needs that extra help you should be able to pull his uh okay yeah once he get to the hospital they'll be able to pull all that stuff up you know the Hippa and all that stuff there the only on they'll be able to see that oh so what do you have stomach surgery for in his stomach oh it's due to the subst anine in the system I'm not sure um what he actually takes I don't know you never ask him tell me we this been a battle for a decade for about almost a decade trying to get him mom you don't know don't he doesn't have any in house you got kids in the house yeah better can my current call report me another BMV reference 591 def some went to [Laughter] jail so let's discuss what happened 35-year-old David Holmes Jr was arrested on one misdemeanor case of interfering with the duties of a public servant the case was dismissed as were nine other cases that had been brought against this man since this incident he was arrested again for criminal mischief with those charges being dismissed as well the reason crime happens is because our Criminal Justice System wants it to happen this case and almost every other case on this channel involves someone who has an extensive criminal history with little to no punishment crime is something we allow
