So, um I'm just going to get a sworn statement over the phone if you don't mind. >> Okay. Um and do you swear everything you're about to tell me is the truth? Whole truth? Nothing but the truth? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. Uh what took place today in public? >> Okay. So, um I was told by the other MIC that there was a shouting going on in the store. Um I wasn't really sure what it was. I hadn't had any customer complaints, nothing of that nature yet. Um, so know if maybe, you know, it could have been like a Tourette's thing, something like that. So, um, I had walked past the produce to see the customer. She seemed fine. She was shopping normal. Um, so I I really wasn't even going to approach her. I I turned the corner and that's when a produce associate approached me and said that she had been um taking her cart and crashing it into the into the side of the case. um and that she had grabbed apples and thrown them on the floor. So, I was like, "Okay." Like, that's a little weird. And she's shouting in the store. Um like random stuff. So, I approached her. Um I said, "Hey, ma'am. Is everything okay?" Um right from there, she screamed at me and said, "Um, I don't need your help." And I said, "I don't need your effing help." Um I said, "Okay." Um I just You can't be shouting like that in the store. Um, that's when she turned back around at me cuz she was walking away. The moment she said, "I don't need your help." She walked away. Um, so I said, "You can't you can't be shouting in the storm, ma'am." She turned back around to me and said, "I can do whatever the f I want." Um, so that's when I said, "Okay, no, you can't." She turned and she left again. Um, so I was talking to her back and I said, "Ma'am, you can't. I'm going to call the cops." Um, just kept just kept walking away. So that's when I called you guys the first time. I think like a minute and a half later, I walked back out and she's just in the parking lot screaming at other people. Um I saw her in front of this one car by the Duffy side um trying to like park and she's up in their window and then they're cussing. >> So that's when I that's when I called >> THE POLICE. >> I'M SCARED. I DON'T KNOW THESE. >> ALL RIGHT, WE'RE at the hospital. Rachel, we're at THE HOSPITAL. >> PUT THEIR HANDS ON ME. >> WE'RE AT THE HOSPITAL. COME ON. LET'S GO, >> RACHEL. We're here to get you help. >> I'M GOING TO THE HOSPITAL. I DON'T NEED TO BE IN THE HOSPITAL. >> I DON'T NEED HELP. OKAY, LOOK WHAT THEY'RE DOING. >> Come on. I don't need help. Thank you very much. I don't NEED HELP. >> OKAY, I don't need help. >> I DON'T NEED HELP. WAIT TILL WAIT TILL BIDEN HEARS ABOUT THIS. OH, BIDEN. BIDEN. OH, look what they're doing. Wait till they're going to know your name. They're going to know your name. Look what they're doing. THEY'RE GOING TO KNOW YOUR NAME. THEY'RE GOING TO KNOW YOUR NAME. STOP PUSHING ME DOWN. STOP. I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING BESIDES go to Publix and get CocaCola. >> She needs MEDICAL CLEARANCE. >> NO, I DON'T need medical clearance. Thank you very much. You're the one hurting me. I did nothing WRONG BESIDES BUY COCA-COLA. AND I'M working for them. >> Yes. Call Coca-Cola. I'm working for them. You're in big trouble. >> Big trouble. Wasn't resisting you at all. >> Wasn't resisting you at all. >> Okay. >> Ma'am, do you have any allergies? It's >> code. >> Yeah, it's code. >> Code for what? >> He wouldn't know >> what. What's the code? Most code. >> Yeah. >> My dad's middle name. Presidents. >> Oh, gotcha. >> Your dad's the president. >> No, but in my family tree. >> Gotcha. >> Look what they did to me. >> All right, we'll bring you back there. They're >> They're PROBABLY >> Look at orange ridge. >> Okay. >> Look at orange. >> 12. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Look at ORANGE RIDGE. >> I DON'T NEED TO BE IN A HOSPITAL WITH MEN. IT'S OKAY THAT YOU didn't know. >> I didn't though. I wasn't the woman. It was another officer, but it wasn't me. >> Didn't do anything besides just like it was a box and a lot going on. >> But we got a call that you were yelling and screaming at people and banging on windows and acting erratic at home. I wasn't faking on my phone. >> Oh my gosh. I wasn't faking on my phone. >> And that's what we got called about. >> Oh no, that's not what happened. My phone wasn't even on. I was just >> The officer The officer goes to make contact with you and you threw a box at him. >> I It wasn't at him. I just threw it in the air and then he touch him. >> I mean, he said >> I picked it all up. >> He has a body camera. So >> Yeah. No. Yeah. Look at the body camera. >> So it would show what happened. >> Yeah. At least look at the body camera. So, and then when he tried to detain you, you resisted. >> I did I didn't know what a resist was besides like he didn't give me a chance to look at him in the eyes. >> Physically pull away. >> I Well, what I did was I was trying to turn around and look at him in the eyes to make contact and he pushed me against the wall. >> Yeah, because he's trying to put you in handcuffs. And when people turn to push me in handcuffs, >> well, I just explained, but that's okay. We'll get it figured out. >> Rachel, I just talked to mama. >> You diagnosed bipolar? >> No. >> I mean, like I was four years ago, but I don't need for it anymore. >> It's probably why you're acting the way you're acting cuz you're not taking your >> I don't need to take anything besides what my mom gives me. I guess I take that at night. >> Yeah. Mama says you're diagnosed bipolar and she doesn't know the last time you took your medicine. So, it would make sense why you're acting the way you're acting because what she said is that you get very oppositional. Do you know what that means, Rachel? No. >> Trying to have a conversation with you. >> Yeah, I hear you. >> Yeah, you get very oppositional. So she said if you're going to be like that, you're on your own because you live right across from public. You live in Floral Park, right? Yeah. >> Okay. >> So she said you're on your own >> and you went on your own. >> I went to go find her. >> I got you. >> What else was she? >> I told her where you are. >> Yeah. >> I told her what's going to happen and she said okay just to keep her informed. You interacted before. Correct. >> That was when I didn't have contacts in and I didn't I was on the wrong >> How many times have you been corrected? >> Well, I was on the wrong >> multiple times. >> No, it was one time because I was dating the wrong guy. >> How many times have you been to >> twice? But I'm clean. You can check my P. >> Four times according to mama. >> Well, I was that was because I was >> When's the last time you done any narcotics? I didn't even check my P. I don't do drugs. >> I'm just asking. >> I can't remember the last time because I don't do drugs. >> That was your drug of choice.
