Police Department was patrolling around a high crime area when she witnessed what appeared to be a drug deal in the parking lot of a Motel 6 because why would you buy drugs anywhere else furthermore she smelled a strong OD of Mary Jane wafting from that direction and decided to make contact with the suspect hey man what you doing I me my friend okay is the older of marijuana sit back down oh s is for this case might have been dismissed that's not good news for this young scholar just 3 months later he was arrested for evading arrest with a motor vehicle and pled down to four years in prison genius so basically from my understanding uh you met with the female at Motel 6 to seller weed no what happened walked okay I was talking to her she was asking something about some ice or something know it's a nonviolent crime like you know what I'm saying so I'm not even I don't know I know I got to deal with the that's I just just hope this don't I us to work 30 I just hope this don't you think they give me a bond at least are you out on Bing I'm sir I'm not on I'm not on for I'm not B so it it takes some time for them to set your bond cuz we don't set it it goes through the so once I once I get the hairs count I go they do the B process there's a couple options they may set one and you can bond out of here or they made you quick because they the other guy said I be transported like that's that's if they do we call it a no bond it doesn't actually mean you were no bonded it just means you have to go to the county jail and see the magistrate to get your bond so there's two options either you get a bond and you bond out of here or you get what we call no bonded but it doesn't mean you're not it just means you got to go to County first and then bond out of there so those are kind of the two things that may happen we just don't know which one's going to happen until Harris County decides so there is I'm not going to lie I'mma keep it all the way 1000 with you like I'm that's I don't know like not me about where the Ecstasy came from or anything like that I don't like cuz like I'm going take the charge like I'm not yeah just crazy well if we just every time we bring someone in for something we try to talk to them and see see do you know the name of the Char is going to be or uh possession of control substance possession of a control sub this like your first like positional control what like Lan way a little bit like I've seen them give out PR bonds and stuff like that for all kinds of stuff I mean it's Harris County you can be out on a murder charge and be out on bond so I mean I don't see them holding you for you know if if people are bonded out on murder then I I really think was some dope but how many pills is going to stay on 130 some 28 G is exactly now we would I just throw away or we just going to drop it into evidence we have to drop it don't get destroyed but so would y like contact a DA and told them how much weed na was like she didn't even ask for the Wii I mean one of those we already kind of know and to be realistically the pills are more serious than yeah I mean the the pills are probably always going to be a higher charge the stack two on you like you said it is what it is right so we're kind of in the same no one ecstasy pills a felony so P group one so if you have one that's a felony if you and then from there
