Come on. >> No, she don't have to get in my face. No, she's not. Michaela, stop jail BABY. DADDY, MICHAELA, STOP. GET OFF OF HER. Can y'all put my titties away? >> All right. My name's Avery. I'm the general manager of Shenanigans on Water Street. Um, I took a pass back ID. Uh, these two girls are refusing to leave. Uh, can you have somebody come over so I can just give them the ID so they can get these people out of here? >> Yeah. Um, this is uh like 415 water. >> Yep. And you just need to check the IDs on him. >> Well, they're getting aggressive and they're threatening uh my staff now. So, I'm up at the bar. They won't leave. They're standing in the doorway. >> But are they not leaving because they want their IDs back? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> On the 26th of June 2024, dispatch received a call from Shenanigans and Lies, a local bar in Oaklair, Wisconsin. Two girls who were suspected of being underage were becoming aggressive and hostile towards members of staff who had asked them to leave without success. staff escorted the police inside and pointed out the girls who were clearly still acting very aggressive, but this time the heat was directed towards one of the girls baby dads. Not you guys. >> Okay. Excuse me. Excuse me, [ __ ] >> Knock it off. >> Do you want your ID back? >> Yeah. Can I get my ID back? >> What's going on? >> Give me my ID. >> What is going on? >> Give me my ID, dude. Tell me what's going on and we can give our being weird. That's all. >> Okay. Is that the guy she was talking about? >> Yes. That's all that's going on. He's just trying to be worried about everybody. >> You're not free to leave. You're going to be getting a citation. >> Okay, give me the citation so I can get the [ __ ] out of here. >> I need your real ID. >> I have it on me. That's No, I don't. >> That's her ID. >> Okay. What's your first name? >> Am I getting an ID or not? What's your first name? Okay. >> No, you're not free to leave. >> If you walk away again, you're going to go in handcuffs >> and then you can go to jail >> for what? Obstructing. >> I didn't even give them my ID, dude. They smashed it. I walked in there and no one ID is your name. What's your name? >> I walked in there and no one IDed me. >> What's your name? >> Like, that's so [ __ ] dumb, dude. >> What's your name? >> If you don't give it to us willingly, we'll ID you at the jail. I'd rather you just give us your name. >> We can just give you your citation and be done with this. >> Am I getting the ID back? >> What's your name? >> Am I getting the ID back? >> Is this your ID? >> I have my ID. >> It doesn't look like you. So until we can until we can prove it's your ID different wig. So y'all say it's not me either. ID. >> Here's the thing. If she's not going to ID herself, she can go to jail. You have one chance to tell me to try to put back in handcuffs. Cuz >> Am I getting the ID? >> What's your name? >> Am I getting my ID? >> If it's yours, you can have it back. >> Okay. So give it to me. >> What is your name? >> I have my ID. >> No, you can't. >> So why am I still here? Just take the ID. Oh, >> because you are getting a citation >> because I walked in there and they didn't ID me >> and I have my friend's purse. >> You need to identify yourself. What is your name? >> Can I have ID? >> No. >> For what? They didn't I me when I explain this again. >> That doesn't make sense. They didn't ID me when I pulled out two different IDs. They grabbed one. >> Okay. Why do you have two different IDs if that one's yours? >> Because I'm with a group of people. >> Okay. So, you have someone that's not you. >> I have mine and someone else's. It doesn't matter. I have someone's [ __ ] purse. Does it matter? >> Do you have your ID on you? >> I don't. >> Okay. So, whose ID is this? >> It doesn't matter whose ID it is. >> Well, it's not you. >> It's okay. I have my friend's purse and I don't even have the purse anymore because dude [ __ ] trying to arrest me for the ID. >> Can you simply tell me your name? We'll give you a citation and you can walk away. Otherwise, if you don't, you will go to the jail, sit in jail until Monday >> or until they can identify you. >> Am I getting my bet? >> No. That's our two options. Which one? >> So, I don't want the ID back when I had two IDs in my hand and he snatched one and said, "This isn't you." >> Correct. >> He didn't ID me when I walked through the door. >> Okay. >> So, if I had three IDs and he grabbed one and that's my fault. >> What is your name? >> But you're not understanding. He didn't grab my ID when I walked through the door. >> You're refusing to answer my question. >> I can give you my name, but are you listening? >> I am. >> I walked through the door. No one ID me. >> Okay. So why would he choose to grab you weren't here? We don't work. >> So bring the [ __ ] out here. >> We don't need to. >> Why not? Because I never gave him an ID. >> Okay, we're not arguing anymore. What is your name? >> Tiana Robinson. Dude Robinson. >> Dude, that's so [ __ ] up because I had IDs in my hand. Oh my days. Okay. >> What's your middle initial? Beat this in his ass. >> I don't know. >> Who are you talking to? Do you have a middle initial? >> What? >> When you said you're going to beat who ass? >> Are you a dude? >> No, I was asking. >> Probably the one that grabbed any ID he felt like it and then called you off. >> Okay. Well, I was just clarifying who you were talking about. >> Don't talk to the dude that called you off. >> We did. >> Okay. What did he say? >> That he has your has an ID from you. >> It's not. Dude, I had two IDs. >> Dude, shut the [ __ ] up. >> Go. Literally. >> I don't give a [ __ ] whose team you want on. Go. >> I swear to God, I don't give no [ __ ] >> You're fine. >> Why do you need >> So, it's my fault he grabbed I had two IDs and he grabbed the other one. >> So, the way they take an ID. >> Do you want me to answer your question? >> Sure. Please. >> Then stop talking over me. >> Please answer when I first asked. >> When they take someone's ID, they take it because either you're underage or else I have two IDs. That don't make no [ __ ] sense. So, if he thought it wasn't you, which it's not, they're going to take the ID. >> Okay. Can I give him mine? >> She gave him >> and then they call us. >> Can I give him mine though? >> She gave him and my ID. >> It doesn't matter. I did. He >> can get my ID back. That's the only reason why I'm out here. I want my ID. >> You don't have an ID on you? >> Because I walked out and went back in before y'all even came here. I've been in there three times today. >> No one IDed me. >> How old is she? >> She's Can you confirm her age? >> It doesn't matter how old I am. He didn't ID me when I walked through the door. >> What do you need backup for? >> Please bring them. >> Tell me it's two day wrong because they didn't ID me. >> Hang out here while I do citations. >> Thank you. Hang on here. >> Yes, because I walked in for you. You act like I beat a nigga's ass to walk in. >> Well, you're 19. You can't be in there anyway. >> It doesn't matter. I didn't get IDed. I go on Lad 24/7. I walk into [ __ ] Pickle and no one IDs me either. >> Just a question. >> Please go talk to Pickle, talk to them, and talk to Elad. >> That's not our We're not worried about that right now. >> So, so now the one time after I've been in here since [ __ ] 2 years, now you guys want to say something. >> The [ __ ] didn't ask for my ID. I walked in in the >> All right. So then what y'all trying to do is see for me cuz I don't got time. >> She's getting your citations like she just said, so you're going to have to be patient. >> I walked into one bar just got ID. Now you >> listen, I got a carefree night. I don't got time for none of this [ __ ] >> Well, you're free to go. She's not. So, >> I'm not leaving my >> Okay, then you're going to sit here and you're going to >> because the [ __ ] didn't ID me. Please go tell them to ID people. I mean, technically, you are free to go. [ __ ] that. >> No, you're not free to go. I'm telling you that right now. >> They didn't ID? What you going to do? They didn't I >> She'll be arrested. >> They didn't I me? We'll see how that happens. >> If they don't ID me, I walk in. If they don't If they do ID me, I walk out. That makes no sense. >> They got hella underage. They sure the [ __ ] do my friend's in there. She's 19. What the [ __ ] >> Now all of a sudden I got two IDs. She want to grab one. >> You might as well bring the [ __ ] sheriff out. >> You chose to grab my left hand when I had two. >> Pick your option. You grab that one. >> I'm walking. I don't even know why you gave it to his ass. >> I didn't. He snatched them. He snatched whatever one he felt like. >> That don't make no sense. >> Is that creature too? >> It takes that long. Can I get the citation? >> She's working on it. >> Once she gets that done, then you guys can go. Dude, that don't make no sense cuz I had two IDs. Can you go check the cameras? >> I had two IDs. He grabbed the wrong one. That's not my fault. He snatched the [ __ ] out my hand. Rude as [ __ ] >> Well, e either way, you're 19, so you can't be in a bar. >> I've been in Alpad and I've been in Pickle and they haven't IDed me. >> LPAT's different. >> Okay. What about pickle? >> I walked in there and no one IDed me. >> You still can't go in pickle at 19 either. >> But it's the same as Elad. Alpad's a bar. >> Elad serves food. So there's 21 or people under 21 can go in there. >> So I might as well go to the depot too cuz they sell food or Wing Wong cuz they sell food. >> Moral of the story, can the person that ID come get they [ __ ] >> Can the person that tried to take her ID come here? >> I'm not even going to lie. >> Okay. So why isn't she here and why does she have it? >> I have two IDs. She left. She's drunk. ID. >> Okay. So no, you are not getting it back. >> She's already here. She needs her ID back. >> She's drunk. She went home with me. >> So what does she have to do to get her ID back? >> Um that'll be up to officer hair. But if it were up to me, you would be getting back. She's working on your citation. >> Can you walk her? Cuz that don't make sense. I had two IDs. >> She'll explain it to you when she gets back. >> She seemed a little slow, too. >> Then you got a fourth one. >> So, let me hand you three IDs and you have one now. I'm [ __ ] in trouble. That sounds >> What are they coming? >> What? No, not >> you. Check the cameras. >> I had two IDs in my hand. Don't say it doesn't matter. >> He snatched it from me as I'm pulling it out my [ __ ] >> You have an ID of somebody that's not even here and you're in a bar as 19. The [ __ ] didn't ID me at the door. >> Okay, that's great. I'm not arguing with you about this anymore. >> So, tell your friend to hurry up and >> you're going to sit and you're going to wait. It takes time. >> So, I'm in trouble cuz he grabbed the wrong ID. >> Well, if I would have gave him my ID, he would have just grabbed it. >> Well, we asked for your ID. You said you don't have it. So, >> because I walked away. I left this bar and came back. Didn't get IDed again. >> But you said you have your ID on you, but you wouldn't provide it. >> You want me to go grab it? You could follow me. >> No, I don't need it now. >> Okay, then why are you asking me for my ID? >> Because you're not making any sense. >> How am I Dude, I've been in Pickle today. I've been in Alpad today. And I've been in here. None of these three ID me. >> Okay. >> Soon I grabbed three two IDs out my [ __ ] >> The problem is you have somebody else's ID. You're >> Because she's drunk. She went home. >> It's because you're 19 and you can't get in with your ID. >> Me and the [ __ ] look nothing alike. >> I'm not new at this. Okay. I'm not brand new. >> You are not. Me and her look nothing alike. >> You don't look anything alike. That's why they took it away. No, because I had two hand. How did I leave and then come?
