through his lie and pressed him for the truth trying to avoid exacerbating his situation I'm trying to give you an note man trying to figure out what happened obviously I'm here for a reason do you want to tell me what happened or you going to stick with your story nothing happened nothing happened you didn't go anywhere you're going just I I went to UA tonight I pass my UA came home okay so if I call the jail and confirm with them that you did a UA today they're going to confirm that absolutely okay between seven and eight Okay so why would the jail be saying that your ankle monitor showed up in Clear Lake I don't know you have no clue okay why would people be saying that they saw you in Clear Lake oh not a clue okay been drinking a night no no you do a p PBT no I'm not doing anything through probation you're on house arrest and work for the ankle monitor right through the jail mhm they have you in Clear Lake they were going to pick you up anyways the charge is going to revoke me okay that's why I'm begging you take me to jail do what you got to do please just the charge though okay the charge is going to revoke me and make me go they're going to sentence me to 4 years well I mean I still got to talk to probation okay so I I know but when I I'm is there is there is there any reason why you wouldn't do the pvt is it because you been drinken I'm not going to incriminate myself I mean I can smell that's I know but it's for probation cuz they're going to want to know I got you but what do you want me to say the truth but here's my caveat to okay I'm going to call probation okay and I'm going to be like Jason refused to PBT uhhuh he lied to us XYZ what's that going to look like to them it's going to look bad to them can they make the decision on that they're the ones that decide if you get revoked or not yes I understand that so why not cooperate with us so that we can tell him yeah Jason cooperated because because you don't want to incriminate yourself well I mean I one level but I my situation probation and my situation with the jail are two different things okay and I get that I have to be protective I get that so I'm not trying to obstruct you like that's the thing I'm not trying to obstruct you okay like I mean obviously you see I'm trying to deal with you the best I can you know what I mean like and I appreciate you being cooperative I'm right like and I get where you're coming from I do but I still have a job to do okay and and I don't want you to not to be your job but I I mean either way you still got to go to jail the night okay that's where we're at okay okay I got that yep what I'm trying to ask you is uphold Justice brother okay Justice is I go to jail yeah but if I get a charge I'm going to go to prison and I don't that I don't deserve okay that I really and that one's out of my hands regardless cuz my report's still going to reflect everything so even if I here's my thing okay even if I didn't charge you tonight I have no power of charging if the da charges the da is the one that charges you I can't lie in my report my report is going to say exactly what happen so even if I don't charge you or put a charge on the charge sheet it's up to the DA's office but I'm not going to lie and risk my career and my life I'm not asking you to risk anything brother I know but I'm I'm saying you to you that I'm going to write it how it happened okay but you didn't tell the truth I know but how was I supposed to but because I asked I know but here's the thing here's the thing at the same time so here's my thing okay so so instead of saying no no no I supposed to go Fifth Fifth Fifth and I can't tell you what to do I know but do you see what I'm getting at I get that but we can't sit here and argue back and forth all night okay I still have to call probation the jail was still going to bring you in for the ankle monitor violation okay we at least have to address that stuff do you think I should go to prison for this I'm not saying anything because I what are they accusing me of anyways in all honesty no I mean what you get C in Clear Lake what are they accusing me of in all honesty that you went to Nicole's house went inside and and then there was some sort of small argument I'm not charging with disorderly cond I'm not charging with domestic so basically they're not saying I didn't do anything just I was there they're saying that you went there you went inside and then left so why are you here to come get your side of it because you're on ankle monitor and you can't be away from here or work make a piss okay I don't want to go to prison I and nobody wants to go to prison dude yeah I didn't want to go to prison when I was being a bad guy but I'm not a bad guy anymore despite his attempts to avoid further consequences Jason Anthony mudget was charged with resisting or obstructing an officer and probation placed a hold on him while he awaited further legal action do you think
