You know how much you want to go down. It's not worth it. >> Oh, punch your hand in the no. >> Just stop. Like bag the up. >> 5 seconds from going to jail. Start packing your >> Oh, you guys better watch out. You better watch the out. >> This mother did the most horrible thing to her kids in a shelter before completely losing it on an employee. >> I want to start with that. What's going on? What's going on? >> Uh, I'm the shelter advocate here and we we have a a client came back pretty bad and she came in. I asked her what was going on BECAUSE SHE HAD ISSUE WITH ANOTHER CLIENT EARLIER ON. So I said sorry I got a cold. That's what's going on right away. She started blowing up, kicked the door, slammed it, started throwing stuff in the kitchen, tried to attack the other woman that's working back there. That's about it. I called my supervisor. She said, "Call the police. Okay. What's this thing that you guys were detaining her? What's that? >> Yeah, that's that's what we dispatch. >> That was detaining her. She can come and go. She pleases. >> Okay. So, what would you want? >> She got to go. >> Did she go with the kids or >> Yeah, exact. I don't want that to happen, but she is the first time she's come back and stuff, you know. >> Okay. What's going on? Okay. Well, if you guys want to come here. >> Okay. Well, yeah. This is supposed to be like a what somebody for to like have something that we are not supposed to be agreeing to like a like a what do you call like a like a >> No, no, no. Like a like Okay. You cannot have anybody know that you're going to be here. See? like knowing that you like the man that's not going to be here then we're going to be that I'm going to be here but he's not going to know the fact that you're I'm not going to be here. >> Who are you talking about? >> Um the man um >> the one that's been okay. But what makes me happy is the fact that he wants to go above and mean tell me that I'm wrong in my situation. >> The the worker. >> Yeah. The Yes. That one out there. This is the second day of my job. And he's over there telling me, "Oh, yeah. Yeah. You're going to be like this. You're going to Why? Why would you be like that?" Oh, no. But we don't have that on camera. Of course. But I'm trying. I'm doing. That's why I told my friend. I was like, "Okay, well then we're going to have to do this shit." And she's like, "Oh, no. I got your I got your kids and I don't want nobody to have my kids to have them like that." Okay. So, if anything like if they like it, >> did you just get back? >> No, I got back like at least in my heart. >> Hargo and you were at work. >> Yeah, I was at work. When I came back to work, look look my room has been as but I told my kids clean the kids. Okay, >> see. >> Okay. >> Like every damn thing. And what makes me so mad? Like why the do I get to shake? >> You live over there by me on PA, right? That's where you live normally. Where you were living? >> I don't know. I just >> We're just asking your story. We're just trying to make sure cuz they didn't tell us your full name. They just said you were Diane. So, we're making sure we know who you are. [clears throat] >> Yesterday, I had my whole kids go and like all of us. We got like the whole flu shot and everything and to come in like what? Why you guys for something like that? Oh, no. But this keep talking. She wants to keep talking like don't keep talking unless you want to really go down with that. I'll meet you up here like like no no m like it's just like I hate when people talk about my kids and I really do. I hate it. >> Okay. How long have you been staying here? Not even that long. >> So, I don't know what happened between you and and the worker. We're just hearing we're listening to you right now, but we we're also listening to him. So, there's his super who? >> The guy that works here, the guy that called us here. >> So, anyways, >> what though? He is. Okay. >> His supervisor said that they they want you to go that you have to leave and we have to trespass him from here. >> Okay. So, I could leave. >> You're you're going to have to leave. So, I mean, and you have your children with you, right? >> See? So what's what's your living situation at home? >> But but then no don't no say >> obviously well this is what I have. Well >> where did where were you staying? >> No we were saying and coming before this. >> So see >> what about family? Do you have any family? >> I don't my family are like so they don't want us there. >> You mean your family's on they live across from McDonald's right? >> Yeah I know they do but they don't not want us. They don't even have my names there. >> Talk to this dude. >> Hello. >> Hello. So, it's Diane Wilson. >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. So, what exactly your your your boss to say? >> Uh, she said to remove her. Do >> you guys have any other resources for these people? >> Uh, we have the other homeless shelters. That's it. But >> Well, I know about the other homeless shelters. >> Yeah, we don't have anything else. I mean, she can't come in like threatening other people. I mean, we just can't do it. It's not the first time. >> Okay. >> It's the first time that she starts slamming and throwing things. Like I said, if it's up to me, I wouldn't do it. I wouldn't get rid of her. That's not what between me and you, that's not going to help the situation. So, I like her. She just has problems, you know. Yeah. >> It's not her fault. >> Okay. >> But I said, and then I called my boss. What do you want me to do? What What should I do? She said, "Have a police move her." You want to talk to her? >> Yeah. You want to do a quick call real quick? >> Yeah. >> Hi, ma'am. So, let's start with the police department. Um, so so what's your title here? >> I'm the shelter director. >> Okay, ma'am. So, I mean, you're your your employee here. He said a he told us a little bit about what happened. Of course, we're over there talking to her and she's definitely intoxicated. Um, >> okay. I have dealt with her outside of his facility before. Um >> Okay. >> Okay. I know about the spin, but aside from that, do you have any other resources for someone that you guys want out of here? I mean, cuz my my concern is not even her, it's the children. So, I mean, >> Right. So, I do know that she has some family and usually the kids go after school to um somebody's house there on Kimberly, and I don't know if that's something that she could um that she can go to at the moment as well. So, um the Sierra House is the only other place and um Span of course and [screaming] um whoever her friend is on Kimberly. Those are the only places that I'm aware of as well. >> Okay. So, and this is not the first incident with her. You guys have had obviously. >> Uh no, this for us it's the first incident. I was about to get her housing uh at the end of this month or maybe even February. Uh she was supposed to move in. Uh, we haven't done any of the paperwork though yet. So, you know, um, I just won't even start that. >> So, I mean, is this something that we we could have a good talking with her and if she acts up again cuz we get dispatched to verbal situations all the time. I mean, >> right. >> And I mean, >> so, no. Um, because of what uh, James had reported to me, our protocol is for the police to go in and remove her from the building. >> Okay. All right then. Okay. We'll do that then. Hello. >> Thank you. >> I I tried talking to them to see if they had any other options or anything. They they want her. I talked to the shelter director. >> Okay. I tried talking to the shelter director, not just the guy that works here today. And they want they want you to get they want you to get your stuff and go. You can they said you have a family or somebody on Kimberly and then also your family on Pa Street or Pino Street. >> Can I help you? Maybe she's okay. >> Yeah, she's okay. We're talking to her right now, so give us a second. Okay. >> No. Yeah, I know. Um for her son. >> Yeah. >> Am I just want to make sure she was okay? >> Yeah, she's fine. >> No, don't place your boys in a situation. Okay. >> So, let's start getting yourself together. >> Sorry. >> Okay. Can you can you go and we'll watch them if you can watch them? No. >> Hey, where Hey, come here. Come here real quick. >> No, no, no. Wait, wait. Come on, boys. Let's go. I'm going to play. See? My boys. Where the do you think I'mma go leave without my kid? >> You didn't say that. We've already asked her several times. We're trying to be nice. I tried to see if she could stay here, >> but it's not my job. It's time for her to start packing. >> No, no. I I understand. I understand. I promise. >> Cuz we asked several times and now we're going to make her. So, I mean, that's just the way it is. And I don't want we don't want a restaurant in front of her children. But I mean that's what I know. I'm not frustrated. >> It's okay. That's not the last thing we could to talk to him cuz >> it's not going to make any difference. >> No, I know. It's not going to be no different. But he's more calmer. >> Hey, we got to get your stuff. We got to go >> because I'm telling you with the woman if you feel somebody's getting aggravated, frustrated. >> No, it's you know I asked nice many times. I've been very nice and then after the fact >> this is what happens. Yeah. Don't Don't let him tell me. >> What are you going to actually stand right there? >> Then we're going to start throwing out furniture and everything, Duncan. >> No, you you going to go out. >> You start packing your stuff or you're going to go to jail. >> I'm not tell you. Don't tell us what to do. >> Exactly. I don't give a >> They're going to get your stuff and they're going to go. >> We're not going to tell you anymore. >> Okay. I just don't want >> this one here. >> Let's go. It doesn't matter what you want. >> Just don't look at me. Don't even sight at me. Just stop. Like, back the up. Like, back to 5 seconds FROM GOING TO JAIL. START PACKING YOUR >> How cute. >> It's frustrating that your kids are acting more of adults than you are. >> How cute. It is. It is. You're under arrest. >> Don't resist. You're under arrest. >> You're in front of my son. >> You're under arrest. >> You're doing this to yourself cuz you don't want to listen. You're under arrest. Stand on your back. It's okay. >> Sarah, come record this. >> Already recorded by all of us. Everything that you're doing is already recorded from the beginning. >> Stop.
