The man, who was an employee of the store, was identified as Randy Korrigan. Korrigan spent years caring for others and an online fundraiser set up for his funeral expenses describes him as selfless and caring. Korrigan was the sole caregiver for his mother. Randy approached and told him he could not enter the store. In his court hearing, the 22-year-old said Corrigan allegedly approached him with a knife. Bryant then allegedly pulled out a semi-automatic handgun fitted with a drum magazine and shot Corrigan. As it turned out, the reason that Randy would not let him into the store was because Christian was armed with a lethal weapon.
