In our last video Atlanta police officers stopped a vehicle with three somebodies crammed in the front seat Why are you driving with three somebodys in the front of the vehicle? and a passenger's legs sticking out of the sunroof What started as a traffic stop quickly spiraled out of control I tried to I tried to tell him Jasmine was arrested after repeatedly refusing to comply and physically lashing out at officers This is the reason why she's going to jail oooh yeah That's assault We pick up as Jasmine is secured in the back of the patrol car The night nah done yet As the sun rose over Atlanta the yelling gave way to a calmer Jasmine we hadn't seen all night The officer explained the situation not as an adversary but as someone simply walking her through what came next He would have to transport her to the Fulton County Jail but when she stepped outside and saw the morning sunlight the weight of the consequences of her actions began to set in The woman was transported to the Fulton County Jail where she was formally charged with Felony obstruction and two counts of simple battery against a police officer she was later found guilty in Fulton County State Court her final sentence included 12 months of probation 40 hours of community service and court ordered fines What do you think? Was the sentence fair based on what you saw or should the outcome have been different? Leave your thoughts in the comments below Also if you like this video so you don't miss the next one See you in the next video and as always Stay Safe Out There
