documenting her life-saving Rescue by paramedics Rachel was working out with a friend when her Apple watch alerted her to an abnormal heart rate moments later she collapsed her friend quickly began CPR after discovering Rachel's heart had stopped beating when the fire department arrived they administered life-saving drugs and delivered two shocks successfully restarting her heart after watching
