innocent children and this is just one of several similar cases on November 12th 2022 officers arrived at the scene after receiving reports of a car involved in a terrible crash there were reportedly two adults and two children in the car as the officer arrived at the scene he was met with the most gruesome sight ever we got Med on the way guys don't touch her the baby over youve done enough so okay we we we'll take care of that later she's 419 she's there's another child over there that's breathing feel is mess up I time the passing was missing whatever one of the children was ejected through the car window during the crash and died instantly the two adults one being the children's Mother and the other their aunt were found to be both drunk and sustained serious injuries the aunt mother and the surviving child were rushed to the hospital but the child later died immediately the irresponsible and Reckless mother woke up sober at the hospital she was confronted by cops and her reaction even after being responsible for the deaths of two of her children was unbelievable um here's what's going to happen right now okay um you're actually being placed under arrest right now okay you're under arrest for felony child abuse and neglect resulting in death for your two kids okay we're going to have Correctional staff be present with you at all times until you're medically cleared and then you'll be transported to the north Las Vegas jail are you serious nope so you're not serious oh I am serious I am serious yes you are under arrest right now for those charges do you have any questions for me yes for what for felony child abuse and neglect resulting in their death of both of your kids the children's father was utterly devastated upon hearing the news about his children I never judge you from what you did I know you love our kids keep your kids safe don't drink and drive the victim's mother identified as 23 year-old ranisa Washington was charged with child neglect and endangerment resulting in death the aunt 25-year-old KY a Manning who was the driver was charged with three counts of DUI resulting in death two counts of child neglect and endangerment resulting in death two counts of operating a vehicle without child safety restraints operating a vehicle with suspended registration no proof of insurance and failure to maintain a travel Lane both the mom and aunt in this case would consider themselves lucky if they ever see the outside walls of a prison however the drunk driver in the next case was far worse as she found Amusement in the death of two melgoza who had just caused the deaths of two innocent people however this is only the beginning of her despicable behavior on that fateful night on April 10th 2022 officers in East Peoria Illinois were called to the scene of a horrific car accident caused by a reckless driver come over here with me man okay I called as soon as the [ __ ] I this doesn't happen to me I understand I go to Bradley like why would this happen to me okay so here's what I'm going to have you do if you can uh maybe help pyro doing CPR on that one right now you told me I'm right here okay were you leaving the bar were you coming this down the road I was coming I was coming here okay you know I had just gotten my night started so were you going this direction or this direction I was coming this direction okay here's what I'm going to have you do um let's just get let's get away from the scene a little bit let them do their thing okay this is your car right the correct the red car you are the only one in the vehicle I'm the only do you have anything illegal on you yes I have marijuana in in your purse okay have you had any marijuana tonight no are you hurt at all or need or need Medics yourself I no sir cuz your entire I mean your car is pretty beat out so I'm making sure are you bleeding anywhere um no I'm okay is that little Blood Sweat on your hands maybe from your glass I see you got glass cut all over you do I I don't I think I'm okay shortly after the two victims were confirmed dead head and as the officer began to question Stephanie about the incident and observed specific details he started to see her for who she really was explain detail just what happened prior to the accident I was coming to Full Throttle and I was almost here as you can see were you were you driving this way or that coming down that side here this way okay and suddenly one person walked out in front of me okay and my car got hit I called you as soon as they got you called 911 yes I called 911 as soon as something happened and then someone said oh someone else just hit I'm just like oh my God how did that happen okay what happened when you hit the one person what happened I just called you that's all I know I called did they fall down right away or did you get out and help them or what happened I got out I called you and then everyone else came out so I like kind of just let them come and take over the situation okay um but I promise you like I only know one person got hit and I'm just like they came out of nowhere because I am a safe driver I get it she admitted to not providing any assistance to the victims her Reckless actions had killed and this is just one of the many evil acts she committed that night if you had to ask me how fast were you going when hit the person stat I would say I was going at least at least 40 at least 40 maybe 40 to 45 but at least 40 okay all right um do you think you were going too fast for this area at the time with the darkness I honestly don't think I was going too fast because I tried to be precautionary about where I'm at um but I just know that someone one person came out of nowhere did you have your headlights on yes sir brights on or just regular headlights regular okay okay so obviously you saw them it was no time to react I'm trying to stop no time that's the word okay all right where were you coming from tonight I was coming from Tavern uh 41 on Sterling Avenue Tavern 31 on Tavern 41 on Sterling FIA okay and you left the tavern 41 and drove straight here yes sir okay over the course of the night how much have you had to drink I probably had about three drinks what's what's what is three drinks you like are we talking what type of drinks V just vodka vodka straight vodka or mixed drinks uh vodka and water so I was staying hydrated you know and drinking on it right now if you had me do a test I think I would pass just like not don't test me but I think I would her wishes were not granted as the officer proceeded to administer several field sobriety tests all of which she performed poorly laughing throughout the exercise according to the officer's report Her speech was slurred and her breath emitted a strong odor of alcohol despite these indicators the officer conducted a breathalyzer test to ensure thoroughness and both the test result and her conduct during the test were nothing short of limit and was subsequently arrested however before being taken into custody she was transported to the hospital for a medical evaluation and her conduct at the hospital was totally irresponsible hey you never answered me about my car like I have school tomorrow so how do I get my car here tomorrow well your car is told it's what your car is total to to Total wrecked okay still have to school Tom you don't so I don't go to school tomorrow is what you tell no ma' you want me to be honest with you you're going to jail you don't have a bond you kill two people tonight I don't think you understand that you do not have a bond you are not getting out of jail your car is property of East P Police Department because it's a crime scene it killed two people tonight you are clueless with that clearly I've already explained this to you you you're going to jail for reckless homicide tonight you're going to jail for aggravated DUI for killing two people that's what's going on so no you're not going to school tomorrow you're not getting your car out of inbound can I have a Tuesday my night did you just hear what I just told you you said I'm not going tomorrow I'm talking about two did you hear when I said that you going to jail tomorrow did you're going to jail when we're down here yes did you understand what I told that you killed two people tonight yeah so I'm just wondering when I can go to school okay we're done the officer was surprised by her insensitivity in light of her actions she continued dancing and laughing unable to tolerate her behavior any longer the officer finally confronted her giving her a piece of his mind you're all on body Cam being completely careless about killing two people tonight you could care less that's sad and pathetic and horrible all at the same time can you say that as a talk yes ma'am I can okay she faced two counts each of aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol and aggravated reckless driving and received a sentence of 14 years subject to investigation the officer defended himself by claiming that he was being sarcastic and joking about lawyers while this officer's Behavior was certainly inappropriate it was nothing compared to the actions of the next suspect who abandoned his family to die after causing a complete completely preventable accident on January 12th 2024 police officers launched an intensive search for 41-year-old Elliot Binny after he fled the scene of an accident bny had been driving at 70 mph while overtaking multiple cars in a no passing zone during heavy rainfall the crash resulted in the tragic death of his 16-year-old daughter Shelby beny who was ejected through the glass window and his wife sustaining serious injuries despite this intoxicated Elliott did not hesitate to the scene leaving behind a half empty bottle of vodka as discovered by the officers after over an hour of searching officers located Elliot fleeing in a new vehicle and they were in no mood to let him escape this time yep hands out the windows now with your left hand open the door step out slowly turn away from me put hands both up in the air with your right hand grab the back of the color of your shirt grab the color of your shirt pull up your shirt up keep pulling now go ahead and turn slowly keep turning keep turning keep turning stop lower your shirt take four steps [Music] backwards stop get on your knees cross your ankles stay in that position cover the unexpected happened as officers found something unexpected in Elliott's new getaway car bottle to vodka another pipe so he's got several pill bottles in here and the labels are all ripped on them so we got marijuana pipes pill bottles with labels torn and some empty alcohol bottles of vodka you would assume that Elliot had already consumed enough alcohol for the night given the tragic events that had just transpired however that assumption would be mistaken as he was discovered with even more intoxicants and from the officer's conversation with him it was evident that he was far from sober kind of weapons you have with you pocket knif okay no guns no other big knives nothing like that I'm pretty positive okay that truck's Pretty Dirty there's no tell want all in there but yeah you had your medical marijuana card I had it okay it's not I don't have it with me it's in my wallet I don't know where my wallet went okay okay well we got EMS come and check you out okay hang tire for us all right he faced charges of first-degree manslaughter leaving the scene of a collision resulting in death and passing a vehicle in a no passing zone the next case was the most horrific as the victim suffered the most painful death imaginable on March 15th 2019 Scottdale police officers were swiftly dispatched when the unimaginable occurred a woman jumped out of a moving vehicle during a verbal altercation with her friend who was driving resulting in her instant death the two friends had been drinking downtown all day and when officers arrived the ensuing events were sadly predictable hi Courtney I have you face that way go your Sid just watch your arms important placeing interrest for driving Under the Influence alcohol going to need some of that kind of stuff too I guess they're asking for there at this at the hospital I'm going to take this off here um do you have somebody that can come and pick up your your dogs no you don't have a another friend or anybody like that no one it's literally me and her just the two of you here okay I didn't know if you had any other friends or coworker that you trust or anything like that I don't trust anyone here okay okay we're going to head back to my car we got a little bit of a walk to go um we'll get your purse and stuff out of there your phone all that they'll bring it
