Like, his kids We were going to fight and try to get him back and we got a house put out here. So, obviously, none of that's happening again. He was living a whole second life. >> Well, it's better that you found it out now than after you build a house. >> I know. >> Has he's contacted you anything? >> He called me. >> Did he say anything? >> Nothing. He told me he was sorry. >> All right. Well, if you need something, holler, okay? I'll just leave >> me and I said that the cops are pulling back in. He wouldn't tell me where he was. And he hung up the phone. >> Okay. >> When I told him the cops were here. >> Okay. All right. Well, I'm going to go back, okay? I'm going to go look for him. Okay. What's What's going on? >> The short story is he had me I asked him this morning. I told him I wanted to talk to him because I'd got some information that he had to with me that I wasn't I wasn't aware of. So, I told him I wanted to talk and he said he was just woke up and he needed some time. He didn't know what I wanted to talk about. He had me right here. >> Okay. >> And um and um So, like 20 minutes later I said, "I'm hurting. I have this information hurting and I don't want to lose you. Can you please Can you please talk to me?" And he said, "I'm not ready to talk." So, then a little bit later I said, "I need to talk to you. I'm hurting." And I said, "I think that you have social media that I'm not aware of because somebody let me know he did. So, I asked him a question. And he said that he has had them. They're his old accounts and he hadn't been on them in so long. >> Okay. Has he done anything else to you other than hit you or anything? >> No. He No. When I told him I said, "Then somebody's on there because you've been on it as early as yesterday." And he said I said, "Then somebody's on there maybe it's your bae, your kids' mom crying." I said, "This is not good look for somebody that I a picture know. And he told me to keep her mouth name out of my mouth. And I said, "But I'm concerned somebody's on there supposing it's you. If you're saying it's not you." And he just got mad and he had a glass dog treat jar and he threw it on the ground and he left he told me to be careful if I got up because there was glass on the ground. And so he left and I went on the computer and I saw all stuff on Instagram and then some of the people wasn't even one of the accounts I knew of. And he came back and he came in there and he hit me in my face. And he saw all this stuff and he he said something about he was done with me. >> Okay. I'm going to ask you some >> I thought he was so sorry about this. >> Okay. Did you hit him back or anything else? Where are you heading to right now? >> I was just getting out of there. >> Okay. Do you have someplace you can go? >> Yes, but I'm afraid he's going to hurt himself and I don't want him to hurt himself. >> Okay. Well, I'm going to go down there and talk to him. >> I don't want him to hurt himself. >> Well, I'm not going to let him hurt himself. So, let me go down there and talk to him. But what you do need to do is you need to do your talk to the magistrate and file a DVP. Do what? >> I don't even have shoes on. I didn't want him to touch me again. I didn't want him to touch me again. So, I came out to my car and I locked the doors. >> Okay. So, you need to get shoes then? Okay. Well, then then you can follow us down there but I don't want you getting out of your car or anything, okay? So, I just want you to park, just park away, okay? >> Woo! >> Okay. All right. Sheriff's Department. There's no orange truck here. >> Oh, said he went the other way. >> You want to open up Do you want to open the door up so I can make sure that he's not here and you can get your shoes? >> I tried to unlock it. I tried to unlock it. >> Do I have your permission to go? >> Dog, does a dog bite? >> No, but I think there is a way there's a dog inside. The Sheriff's Department. >> Sheriff's Department. Sheriff's Department. Sheriff's Department. Glass everywhere. I don't think anybody's here. You check the bathroom? >> I did. And back here you checked them? >> I think this is where it happened at. Uh I was not taking here on the camera. Call it her and tell her she can come in. >> Okay. >> Or I can do it. I'm right here. 20 gun right here. You can come in. He's not here. I don't know. Unloaded. I just made sure this was unloaded, ma'am. I'll set it back down there for you. Watch out for the glass there. >> It's okay. >> What's in the orange bag? >> It's okay, please. It's okay, please. >> All right. So, um you said this right here that he he threw that down. >> It was up It was up there. I think that's where it was. >> Okay. >> And he threw it on the ground. It was an empty dog treat jar. >> Yeah, I can see that. >> And then he Before he left cuz then he came back. Before he left, he said, "If you get up, be careful cuz there's glass everywhere." >> Okay. >> Next, it's okay. >> Uh whose cell phone is that? >> That's my work cell phone. I don't know. >> It's there for me to clock out early. >> Ma'am, do you have a pair of shoes that don't have glass in them? I'll get them for you if you tell me where they are. I don't want you to get glass in your feet. >> I'm scared, please come. >> Where would he go to, ma'am? >> I don't know. He went He obviously went the other way. Probably to I called 911. >> Yeah. Where What room were you talking about that he >> The first room on the >> The The computer? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, you were sitting >> I was sitting in the chair. [laughter] >> Okay. I can understand that. Okay. >> He He came in. I was sitting in the chair looking at messages and screenshotting some of them. He He turned the TV off. Put that nice little >> Okay. >> I need to see if he got in the safe. I don't know if he has access to the safe. I don't think he does. But >> Whose guns are they? >> Mine. >> Yours? Okay. >> Save them. All of it is I had to bring my car to the shop not too long ago and it had my pistol in it and so I I said the shop and I was like oh my gosh this is still here. So I put it in the thing in his truck in the back in the back seat where his truck is there's a thing that lifts up in those rams it's like a compartment and it's in there. It was in there the last I knew. >> Do you think that he would you think he would do something with it? >> I think he even hurt himself he messaged me basically saying that >> When did he message you? >> [clears throat] >> What? >> Husband or fiance? Boyfriend? >> I said that >> Yeah. >> We've been sleeping in the on the couch cuz his back bothers him so bad. >> Okay do you have a location on him? Do you have like Snapchat or anything else like that? >> He probably has Snapchat I don't have it. >> Is he is he carrying is he share his location with you? >> No. >> Okay any idea where he would go out that way? >> I mean he might have just looped around he probably he might be heading to his parents house that live in Rockcastle he takes the side by side we take it out that way and then we cross over that gravel road where's the gravel road that's like Hickory Flat that goes out on Sego. >> Yeah. >> And like when it matches up to Sego where the gravel road and you can either go right to go across the bridge and end up on Sego or go left sometimes we go left and make that immediate right and drop out there the side by side. >> Okay I know where you're talking about. Why don't you uh >> But since he knows that I called the cops cuz he must have seen that I called the cops or something cuz I didn't tell him. >> Yeah. >> He probably took off. Do you want me to try calling him? >> No no I don't want you to try calling him. Um what I do want you to do though is that you need to grab a pair of shoes. >> You got his phone number and cell carrier so you can make a phone >> No, I will. >> You don't have like a find your iPhone on your phone or something like that? >> Probably. It's under my plan. I don't know how to work all this stuff. >> All right. All right. Um >> I got to go let my dogs out so they can use the bathroom. >> That's fine. That's fine. We'll Like I said, we got your phone number and everything. We'll be back in touch with you, okay? Yep. You want to come and get the >> him down. Go ahead do secondary. I haven't checked the car or anything like that yet. He's got a bum shoulder. That's how come he's in front. >> Okay. >> There's his wallet. Paperwork's on my >> Sweet. All right. Hey Scott. >> I'm calm. I'm just talking to her. I let my anger get the best of me in situations where I should just walked outside and Don't care about it. >> [snorts] >> Listen to me for 2 seconds, all right? You have the right to remain silent. You anything you can say be used against you in court. You have a right to talk to a lawyer and have him or her present with you while you're being questioned. If you cannot afford to hire a lawyer, one will be appointed to represent you for any question upon your request. You decide to exercise these rights at any time not answer any questions or make any statements. Do you understand that? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay, do you have a weapon in the vehicle? >> There might be a pocket knife in there somewhere, but I >> Okay, where's her pistol at? Your pistol's in the truck? >> The last time I knew it was because I put it there when my car went to the shop and then it went in the shop with my car. >> Yeah, it's just all cool. >> Okay. Cuz you're not allowed to have firearms. >> Yeah, I don't I don't own any firearms. I don't have any. She owns firearms. I don't. >> Okay. Well, where would the pistol be at in here? >> Would it be in the cubby hole? >> I'll put it in that little thing that's hidden and because it couldn't be in the shop because then I never got it out. >> There's a underneath the tools in the side there's a cubby hole on the floorboard. >> Underneath here, bub? >> On I'll walk in and explain it to you. I wish I would have remembered to put this in >> Hang on a second. Don't don't grab. Don't reach. You're fine. Over here for me. Over here for me. Over here. >> You'll have to push tools underneath. >> Underneath here? Okay, just don't just don't reach. >> thing. >> Okay. >> Am I going to get in trouble for that, too? >> That's a felony. >> Even though it's not mine, it's her vehicle, too, and I didn't know it was there. >> Concealed, so >> Great. So, you're done in the truck just cost me another felony. >> Let's uh let's hop off the phone with her, all right? So, and then >> Can I just have a couple more minutes with her? >> I'm not going to get to talk to her for a while, probably. Well, probably not, but given the charges and everything else, just go ahead and hop off the phone with her, okay? >> I love you. Tara, I love you and I'm sorry. >> No, you don't. >> I do. >> not. >> I am. I do love you. I made stupid decisions. >> Here, let me see that phone there, bub. >> All right, that's going to go with me. >> Yeah. Just making sure you don't need anything else. >> No, I don't. >> Well, here's the other thing, bub. Whenever I went to the residence, there was a rifle sitting right there beside the door. >> And that belonged to her, as well. >> You can't be around any firearms. >> I I thought I wasn't just allowed I wasn't allowed to possess or be in possession of them. >> That is being in possession of them. You was at the residence. It wasn't under lock and key. >> It's supposed to be in it. Usually you just have to keep your guns locked up. I don't know why it wasn't. You can do a fingerprint on everything. I've never I've never touched >> I'm not saying you do, but I mean that's just like that pistol, you know. I mean >> I really didn't know that was in there. I just learned that from her. You were right there on the phone and just heard that. I didn't know it was in there. This is her truck as well. Both their names are on it. >> Right. >> And she uses it and I use it. >> Right. >> I had no idea she put that in there. >> So, do you mind to tell me what happened earlier today? >> We got in a fight. I let my anger get the best of me. I threw a jar down the ground. I walked I I went for a ride to calm down. I went home to talk to her. And then she was going through my laptop and going through stuff and I just I let my anger get the best of me. I kind of like I wouldn't say hit her or slapped her, but I kind of like put my hand there and like shoved. Got pushed away from me and then I left. And she left. >> Where did you push her at? >> In the in the room. >> No, I mean on her body. >> Oh, I don't know. She was sitting in a chair. I just kind of I just shoved. >> Okay, cuz she does have a red mark on her face. Did you hit her? >> Mm, no. I mean wasn't trying to. I was trying to shove, but the way I shoved it probably was more like being smacked. >> Okay. >> Wasn't trying to hit or anything, which I shouldn't have done either way. Yeah. >> All right. Well, we got a couple warrants for you. >> Couple? >> Yeah, prohibited person for the firearm being out in the residence and then domestic battery second offense. Were you convicted of a first first uh domestic battery in Lee County, Florida? >> Yeah, I've been convicted of one there. Yeah. >> Okay. Did you have another one down there cuz it looks like you have a couple of them. >> Well, I was You were here when we lived with the Tom. That was my other one. The whole situation happening with that with the Tom. >> Yeah, but that wasn't um >> Oh, I got >> That Yeah, but that wasn't a domestic. >> Oh. >> Domestic In Florida, it says you have one domestic. >> Mhm. >> Yeah, did you have any other ones? >> I only have the one in Florida. >> Okay. >> I got a battery on 765 and order and then the domestic violence with it at the same time. >> Okay. All right. And then you got convicted of the unlawful assault here in 2015, I think. >> Yeah, which should be should have been off my record cuz I completed the Anthony Correctional Center. I went and did that whole Anthony Correctional Center thing. It was supposed to not be dropped but lowered to a misdemeanor. >> It's showing felony. >> Oh, it wasn't supposed to cuz you know if you heard You know what the Anthony Center is? >> Mhm. >> Before it closed down, I completed that so it was supposed to be >> Yeah, you might want to check >> get the truck. >> You might want to check on that. So, >> Can we call her from your phone? See if she's coming. >> Yeah, yeah, if you hand to him and call him. >> You have service to call her on this and see if she has any use to come back and get something for you or what. >> You guys need to come back? >> Can I Can you walk up here and grab your keys? >> They should be in the little center center console thing right there. >> Little center console? >> Yeah, right there in the middle. See the keys? >> Yeah, you don't have any other weapons in here, Scott, or anything, bub? >> No, sir. I didn't even I didn't even know that was there. >> What about drugs or anything? >> Nope. I smoke marijuana, but I that stays at home. I get that stuff at the smoke shop. That stays in in home only then. >> I'll wait till her or You care if I move it up? Move it out of the way so we can I'm just going to move it out of the way so we can we We get people on this. >> Yeah, I think you can just go that way WITH THE TYLER. >> THIS IS JUST A PIECE OF PAPER. >> OKAY. IT'S BOTH OF IT'S both our names on it. >> Good thing you didn't shine them. I'll be in such a bad situation. >> Okay. Well, >> I message my kids at least real quick and let them know that I probably not going to be able to talk to them for a while. >> How old are your kids? >> My oldest is 13. >> Yeah, we can do that when we get down to the office. I don't have an issue with that. Do you, Chief? >> She's probably going to want the phones. That's why I was just seeing if I could do it now. Are the phones in her name? She's not going >> You're getting way ahead of yourself, okay? We'll take care of this down at the office, but let you talk to your kids. Okay? But I'm going to tell you this, once the magistrate sees you, it's probably going to be a condition of your bond that you don't have any contact with her. So, I'm telling you this so you don't get in any more trouble. >> Well, we we don't have kids together. >> Well, I'm just saying. >> The after your arraignment, >> After your arraignment, go, "Hey, honey, I love you." >> The no contact. >> The no contact with her. If you contact her, you'll be back in jail. Another crime. >> So, I'm laying that out right now cuz you've been cool with us. So, I'm laying that >> want to hide. >> I'm throwing that out right now to make sure you don't get in any more trouble. >> I've been trying my hardest to stay out of trouble. I got some trouble in my younger years and I've been trying so hard to just not get in trouble. >> Girlfriend, wife, what? >> She's a girlfriend, but she >> Who is it? What's her name? Tara. >> You've been to our house before. >> And Bryce. And Bryce. We used to live up here off Stoney Run. >> Stoney Run. We had the issue with the neighbor Tom. >> Oh, that's where I knew you from.
