Thank you. >> You lifted him and you pinned him against the wall. That's a sh >> Um >> Uh we're going to still investigate that before this guy got rowdy, so let's go back in the car. >> What is that? One stable leg in? you want? >> Yeah. Well, there's a blue >> [laughter] >> There's going to be a blue team for me for first day for lady. >> He is in the same position how he was a long time when he was trying to enter a bright way in my mom's room. This is the way how he was a year ago. I am uncomfortable to have him in here with me. That is the reason why I threw him out. >> And this is where he lives? >> Yes, and I know he if I go to the courthouse, it will be for me to evict him. I am uncomfortable to have him inside. I have to work in the next few hours. >> And then do you know what I noticed is that your mom is in apartment 20 right now? >> Yes, she's in apartment 20. >> Does she have like a restriction restriction or >> She does and he keeps on walking up and down up and down. And that is why I called you guys because he was outside screaming. He's making practically everybody uncomfortable as well. Even me. That's why I threw him outside he was a danger towards me. Okay, he's already thrown me down before already. He's already gotten violent towards me. >> Did he go violent with you today? >> At any point? >> He was like just completely out of it. He was just banging in the room. Causing a distraction. I was already trying to rest. I couldn't because I felt uncomfortable to have him in here. >> Okay. >> That is why I threw him out. I did the right thing for myself. I can't have him here. You know, I'm trying to do as much as I can for him but he's not doing anything for me to be in progress, you know? >> Just don't I get his DOB. >> What is his date of birth? >> It's um I'm going to ask you for your mom's social security number and contact her. >> And you know that your mom is up there, right? On apartment 20? >> Yes. I just want him >> [clears throat] >> but I know he's being a to everybody else cuz I can feel the vibe. You know, I'm over it. He's been like this for the past few days, you know? And it's like I'm like my sister's trying to talk to me, I'm trying to talk to her, but she's not letting me speak. Cuz she just keep on going off and going off and it's irritating. >> Is Is he under any medical treatment or medical >> He doesn't want to help himself. >> Okay. >> He don't want to help himself, period. But yeah, he wants to go inside and do whatever he wants and start burning again. >> Okay. >> I'm sick of it. >> All right. >> I've done everything, I've done my part as a mother. >> That's what we're going to want to. I mean, think panel two still 10-3, but that's for running. Ma'am, I know we were here last yesterday. I was here with you. Um As you heard officer explained, I I know you you kicked him out cuz right now I I understand I understand you. >> This is due to because of him because I had him locked out because I didn't want him to do with him because he kept on coming in and out in and out in and out of my apartment. And I >> I understand that, ma'am. Um go again, you're still going to have to go with the courts. We're doing We're conducting another investigation, okay? That's not related to this. But I'm just addressing it with you right now, okay? We already >> Well, look at how he is right now. He's screaming and >> And I know I know he's like this, but notify that. There's times where judges grant a 3-day eviction notice. That's 3 days, which allows him to pick up his stuff and there's an officer, a deputy sheriff that's in a standby as he collects his stuff. Once he collects his stuff and he's formally evicted, at that point you keep the paperwork and if he comes again, we'll be able to take lawful action, okay? But I need you to help us out. I I understand that it's been like this for how long has it been like this? >> He's been like this already for a couple of days. >> Days, okay. But prior to that, how long has he been been this behavior where you don't feel comfortable. >> Um >> Kind of like he said yesterday, you know, but >> Time frame, month, 2 months, 3 months? Years, okay. You see where this is a little bit concerning? It's been happening for years. >> Cuz he won't get off the toilet. >> Okay, okay, but look, it's been happening for years. If you would have already had this eviction notice >> Help me help myself and get out. I want to help myself. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Listen, just I I understand this, ma'am, but you're going to have to help cuz I like this, okay? Right now we have enough for the violation of the restraining order, but in reference to you kicking him out, you can't be doing that, okay? You can get in trouble. I don't want you to get in trouble cuz I I I'm seeing how he's behaving, but you need to help us out, okay? Go tomorrow, as soon as they open up, and file for that eviction notice. Let them know why it's important. Not only that, take her and let her know like we live in the same vicinity. If he comes over here, he goes and he's going to be bothering her, and again, there's a protection order. That should give them the judge a reason to speed the process up, okay? But I need you to help me out. Okay? >> We're going to go in the morning. >> Okay. You need to go, okay? Well, how was your first quarantine? That wasn't cooperative. >> Very scary. It was horrible. >> The thing is that he needs to go to treatment. If you can drop him off at the Valley Hospital, they're equipped to treat him. He needs help. With that, can you drop him off at the Valley Hospital? Kicking in cuz he needs help with that. And that's the help he needs. That's the That's the help he needs, the emergency help he needs. Can you drop him in? >> Yeah. Uh Marie Lopez? Yeah, he has it. >> Yeah, I'm his aunt. >> And then who are you? >> I'm his aunt. >> Okay. >> Uh-huh, excuse me. And um I just like to know if you can just take him take him to to go to treatment. To leave him there until he gets help. And leave there for a long time until he gets help. >> Well, unfortunately right now that's >> That's it. Do you have to make the decision for him? >> We can't do that. Unfortunately, again, it being having mental health issues is not a crime. Uh and if he doesn't want to get the help, we can't force somebody to get the help unless he's a danger to himself and you guys. At this point, what we're taking action on is on this restraining order, okay? This is being handled. It's unfortunate, but we can't force him physically violate somebody's rights and take him. What you can do is go to a judge and get an order for a mental health evaluation. And it's signed by the judge. You guys express your griefs to the judge and he'll give you an order. >> Cuz his mom You want to talk to his mom? >> I already talked to her. We already talked to her. >> did she say? >> We already explained that everything to her, okay? So, what do we need to do with him? >> Um do you want >> Just have him in there? >> Mhm. >> And then I think 902 is on one, so give him the 49. >> Go to third? >> Mhm. >> No, but we We are We are dying here. >> It I know it's very a stressful situation, but as I was explaining to uh his mom, it it's tough and I know, but she says he's been living there for quite a while. If she would have had this eviction notice, long before we wouldn't be in this situation. He wouldn't even be here in this property. He's here immediately available because he lives here. He lives right down across the road. If she goes and files for that eviction notice years ago, he would have already been evicted and he wouldn't even be here in this property. We've already addressed it with her. We've told her multiple times. I was here yesterday telling her the same thing. Cuz he lives there, he we can't just remove him just because he has he's established that residency. Exactly. And that's why I told her we can't help you guys if you guys don't help us out. She needs to go Monday, tomorrow, get that eviction notice. Hopefully it gets expedited and you guys won't have that issue anymore. He won't be here. Cuz there's different times of eviction notice. There's 3 days, 10 days, some can take up to 30 days. Expedited meaning that hey, look, my go I would recommend for you to go be like, hey, like I have a restraining order and we live legit right across each other. I'm being placed in danger. Hopefully that gives the judge an exigency like, oh my gosh, we're putting her in danger. We should probably make this eviction a fast process. That's what I'm telling you guys. You guys need to go to the judge and ask for that mental health evaluation. If it's signed if we have an order, if we have an order signed by the judge, then we can physically remove him. I can't take him right now. You can call the light unit, but again, your best option if his behavior's like this, get a health get an order signed by the judge to get a mental health evaluation. You guys need to go I can't really tell you the time frame, but you guys need to go get that done. Again, we can't help you. We can't just can't violate somebody's rights and restrain them and keep them from moving, Okay? With that evaluation that's signed by the judge, if it's signed by the judge kind of like this, we see the paper, it's signed by the judge, and we can affect action in reference. We can basically make an arrest because of this. He violated this, and this is what we're taking action. That's why he's being taken today. >> Okay. >> If you get an order like that, but for him to get evaluated, that's what basically we'll do. We'll come, we'll basically put him in cuffs. He's not going to go to jail. He's going to go to a facility to get mentally evaluated. >> Right. >> You guys need to do that. >> Mhm. >> Okay? Give me a minute to stop. >> So, you guys are going to take him in today? >> He's going to be taken to jail. >> Okay. And then I got out of the apartment for you so that this is the address for you, right? >> Yeah, this is >> All right. So, what time did he was like out here in the area? What time did everything started? >> 1:00 p.m. Well, actually he's sleeping now. You know, he was fine and everything. You know, >> He was out in the area? >> He was going to call the police department. He was She was doing fine and he was going to call the police. >> Okay, sorry. What's the matter? >> Look, please he in She was doing fine. Then he called his dad for money. >> His dad sent him money, $100. >> Yeah, I just called him so you can talk to him. >> And and then um he uh he bought something to eat that day. >> What did he eat in school? >> I don't know what he ate. He was off to school every morning with my daughter and they would go to buy something and everything. He used to be very good. He didn't pass, you know, like the math and the science test. Too hot. Too hot. Doing the math, she goes there. And he's not doing really good. >> How long? >> he his dad sent him money. Um he he lent some money to his friends. >> But you need You need to give me the address. >> You need to give me his name and state. >> How long? >> And he lent money to the park. And he put it into his bank. >> You need to put it in the bank. >> He asked what number. >> You need to put your card in the 7:15 book. >> In here? >> But like what time he was like a one time he did something that he violated the restraining order, like this morning, like at what time? >> Um Uh, maybe like an hour? >> An hour ago? >> But he was knocking them out. >> Okay. >> Like >> All right. >> He still like around 8:30. >> Around then? >> Yeah. >> Um, cuz I went to pick up my daughter and that's from work. He was here. He was here doing okay, but then he was like talking to himself and >> Okay. >> It It scares me. >> Of course it does. All right. >> And um, he used to live with me and you know, we were doing okay, but then he started doing that doing that and I had to call the police and everything. And then after a while uh, he went to go live with my >> Oh, like his mom? >> And then uh, he was with uh, his mom for a year. >> For a year? >> And he went to Washington to work with his dad and he was doing pretty good. He wanted to drive again with her. And he got sick he was on the plane He was He was doing good for a while. Then he wanted to work and stuff like that. And you know, he he tried and he tried and he tried. But you know, um he um He was working at this landscape place. And uh, he you know, the landscape when he wanted to work with him cuz he was slow and stuff like that. >> You know. >> And and but he wanted he wanted to He wanted to work and do work and stuff like that, you know. And uh And he came and like work on play stuff, you know, cuz I don't know. I don't know if he's working and stuff like that. Cuz he was already getting bored and stuff, you know, and and he's not thinking, you know, he when he gets money, you know, he gets money >> He needs a lot of help. >> Okay. And we get that. Okay, so we need to handle this this we're going to need to go do some paperwork and stuff get him medically checked out. Okay? Okay? If you have any other questions or she has any questions she'll give you guys a call. Okay? >> Can you write Can you give us your names? >> Absolutely. >> Yeah, and he was doing wonderful with my daughter and everything. Every morning he would take her to the park. >> The bus station. >> Yeah, he was doing wonderful. He was going to the bus station every day. He needs he needs help. He needs medical help. He needs medical and mental help. A lot of help. >> And his mom he wants to get get rid of her. And we didn't try to take her with her friends to drink and >> There's a lot of stuff going on there with him possibly too. Again, he's it it's hard. >> She would take out and drink and leave it behind and she would take out he gives him the cool hair friends and Um She let someone left him behind just in the outside for She would take out with men and she would have to leave the children with the man and >> No, we need to go. We need to get the paperwork done. >> Oh, okay. And that's what she would do. She let She was in California with us her boyfriend and she would go live in Tijuana and she left him behind and >> No, you saw her acting weird you guys? >> She's in that Tijuana acting weird with her son. >> Yeah. >> She tries sometimes. But then he doesn't want to try anymore. He needs a lot of medical help. He has social security But he doesn't want He doesn't want to get it. He said that he wants to go to work. But now he needs to work on this. >> It's better he just It's better he just gets some medical help. >> And And I don't know if it's him too because of other things about his mom there. >> No, I I of course and that's what we said we can't really help you guys out until you help us. We already give you the steps and tools that you guys can have in your belts so we can actually help you guys get that uh evaluation for him, okay? Um we're going to head down and start working on the paperwork that we need to do, okay? Thank you guys. The what Well, So, at this point what is he now? >> It is uh 15. >> Okay. I don't know if uh 902 has logged it, but just go ahead and change the detainer to a 15. >> He's a little uh 158. Uh Does it mean he's going to hurt my kids? >> Yeah, probably. Does she have a warrant? >> Yeah. >> Yeah, it it was an NCIC too, it came back. >> Yeah, huh? Uh >> Well, initially, yeah, we did uh not comply and handcuff him and then you guys just stable >> Was that from the wall or >> No, he already had it. Whenever Quick question for you, where was he whenever you made contact basically? >> Sitting on the stairs sometimes. >> Okay. >> It's cool. Um >> Yeah, no, it was it wasn't bad. It was like he He was fine until he started to lay down. And then he was resisting and then also then I just grabbed him and I just pushed him and I kept him. >> Yeah. >> And it was just Yeah, what I mean, I'm fine. Just a little documented. >> [ __ ] you. So, So, get to keep get you a couple photos of you, okay? >> [snorts] >> All right. Hold on, please. Is there any Is there anything hurt? >> Right here. Right here. >> So, where does it hurt? >> Where does it hurt? >> Where does it hurt? >> No injuries? >> Nothing. >> All right. >> We just have to ask, okay? >> [snorts] >> Face this way. Face this way to see me right here. Like this. Face me. >> Okay, now face me, bud. >> And then go face Go ahead and turn around [snorts] face him. >> Now face this officer, okay? >> You chase our [ __ ] >> Okay. What's that? It's okay. >> You chase our [ __ ] y'all. >> Any injuries, partner? >> I know. >> Have a seat down. >> Why don't you sit back down? We'll sit and we'll figure it out, okay? >> I don't want to do I don't want to do I don't want to do is go my >> Have a seat. Have a seat. We'll figure it out. Left foot Left foot up. Left foot up. I know. We'll still talk to your mom. Take your left foot in. Pick up your left foot. Come on, you got to step in there. >> Let's go. >> I don't know. That's what I'm trying to figure out. You're safe for now, bud. Just sit in, okay? >> You died. You didn't [ __ ] die. You didn't die, y'all. >> Listen. Have a seat. Listen. Have a seat, please. >> Left foot Left foot up. There you go. Walk in there. All right. Can you get your left foot in? All right, sir. You guys are all going to get >> No, it was just going to be basically me and Boras. >> Just get all of it I'm not complaining, so. >> So, so it's non-compliant and then force the violation. Cool. Oh, that is true. >> All right, so do you want me to do an easy one for him or not? Sure. Sure. >> I thought I heard those. >> 956 from almost 90 up here on the right in 2 seconds. Did you guys see her? >> No, we were inside with the lady. It's home. >> Any injuries? >> Nope. >> Okay, good. >> Just knocked off the just knocked off the camera off me, but that's about it. I just grabbed it and put it back on, so I didn't get >> I heard a car backfire, but it was a separate one. Thought we could have him in the car. >> We didn't do a search incident yet, huh? >> No. >> Do we have to take him out again? >> and then convince him to get back in. Yes. Thanks, man. >> Well, do you want to transfer him over to our unit? >> Yeah, yeah. If you guys want to I can drive to you or you want to drive over here and then we'll we'll pull him out. >> Do a search >> and then we'll you guys can take him. It's just a R violation, right? >> Mhm. Yes, please. That way we're not back and forth. What do we do with the property? This one? We did. >> Um Usually when I'm there when they're cooperating and stuff like that I do it real quick. Um inventory uh before I take off. That way um whenever like I'm basically at the DC and I finish with the paperwork like I already know what I have and I start entering it into Learns. Kind of like trying to multitask so whenever I finish with him I can just go 10-18 enter evidence and I just enter it. But again everybody does it different. Again every situation is different. Sometimes I inventory it till I'm over there. Especially since it's code 19. I think I'm just we'll uh we'll do the inventory. Yeah. Please code 19. >> [groaning] >> When you want to lock the unit I have like a little bag we can try to put it cuz Oh I was just saying we'll go over there but one second. This is a small one. I thought they were the big ones but There's my bag. This one? >> This one. They searched me and they bent me over and they said that there's a big trash bag and there's a mini one. This one I have it so yeah. Yes. First question. >> At this point we're just going to do the search and seizure number one, right? Let me see your whole side. Step up. Jose. Walk through it. You're going to empty your pockets, Jose. You're going to try it on, right? >> Try it on? >> All right, you good? No rings, necklaces, piercings. >> Is it boxers or is it boxers >> You can just check. >> I think they're just boxers. >> I'm a door man. >> Ready?
