I can smell it when I'm talking to you while you're sitting in the vehicle. >> Well, do you want to run through fields, see where you're at? >> Either way, that's just going to happen. >> Why is that? I'm just curious. >> You know why? I I don't I've been trying to be reasonable and everything, too. I I understand you're having some emotional times. You did your duty. >> Yeah, I did. >> You feel good about it. >> I love my job. >> Thank God. I wish I had a job. I wish I had something to feel good about. But no, you just send me back to prison. You will. Cuz I make mistakes. Cuz I make wrong choices. Cuz there's nobody there for me. But it doesn't matter. You would never care. You would never care to make their lives better. You would never care to Yeah, cuz you see your kids growing up so great. Do you ever see a kid that grew up horrible? Or were you one and you're just No, you grew up with a perfect family. >> I did have a perfect family. >> Yeah, >> I love my mom and dad. >> Must be amazing. I love my mom and dad, too. Okay, >> I'm just going to raise your wrist up here. Okay. I'm not leaving till they come get my car. So, I'm not sitting in your piece of [ __ ] >> Okay. Thank you for calling it that. We're going this way >> and I'll sit in front of it. I'm not sitting in it >> until my car is No, I'm not. >> We're going to get your car figured out. You're not going to do this. >> No. Let me sit here until I get it. >> You're not going to do this. You're not hanging out here. No. You want to unlock the back thing? >> I'm not. >> I am going to put you in my vehicle however you want to go in there. Have I been decent with you? Have I been decent with you, Elizabeth? Please. Please. Okay. >> All right. Well, you don't care about my decency or my public respect that you want to be. I hope you Thank you. Let her smoke a cigarette and she treats me like crap. I'm such a great guy. >> That Kelly Mason's a 961. >> Yeah. And that's why she didn't want to leave the vehicle. So, I'm going to start some paperwork. You want to run the dog? Yes, sir. >> All right. Thank you. >> So, Elizabeth, I got to read you something verbatim. Okay. I got to read a form to you. Okay. Under Wisconsin's implied consent law, I'm required to read this notice to you. If any test shows more alcohol in your system than the law permits while driving, your operating privilege will be suspended. >> No, actually, if you refuse, >> unless you tell me a 03, you're reading me the wrong jurisdiction. >> If I just need to finish this. >> Yeah, I bet you do. If you refuse to take any tests that this agency requests, your operating privilege will be revoked and you'll be subject to other penalties. The test results >> the right one. >> The test results or the fact that you refuse testing can be used against you in court. If you take all the requested tests, you may choose to take further tests. It should be that you are obviously um under the influence and um when.3 is your jurisdiction as you want to say it. There's a whole different law when it comes to 003. >> Whole different law. >> Ma'am, I still just got to read this verbatim. I >> So what? >> Okay. Well, let me 003. >> Okay. So, the law enforcement agency now wants to test one or more samples of your breath, blood, or urine to determine the concentration of alcohol and drugs in your system. >> I still need to finish this. Per law, I have to finish this. Please, >> will you submit to an evidentary chemical test of your blood? Yes or no? >> Of my blood? Yeah. >> Okay. >> Can't own anything. Can't get married. Can't have anything. NOTHING. NOT A GODDAMN THING. But I still got to PAY MY TAXES FOR the land. Still got to make ends meet. [screaming] Still got to make my rent payment. So I do everything to keep everything in my house. Otherwise, I lose everything. AND YOU WONDER WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I GO OUT OF PRISON. Everything is gone. No oven, NO STOVE, NO HOUSE, NO SHOES, NO BELT, no dignity. I hope you're happy. I'm your daughter of the same thing to you. Going to jail is easy, dude. Easy. All you do is sleep and read books and everyone takes care OF YOU. WHY THE WOULD I care being OUT HERE? THAT SHIT'S HARD. That shit's real. [screaming] I've been trying to make it. YOU HAVE NO IDEA [screaming] WHAT YOU JUST DID to me. No idea. I hope YOU'RE HAPPY WITH YOUR CALIFORNIA BOY ATTITUDE. Welcome toing Wisconsin. Oh, don't worry. I'm not part of a gang or anything. I'm part of a universe. A universe that has good ass [ __ ] for it. Yeah. Um, it's a universe that like believes in itself that like you go to church for or not church for, it doesn't matter. The universe prevails itself. So, yeah, what you're going to do is you're going to run into the back of the semi and probably die and your kids are going to live a lonely life. Cuz you're too worried. You're too much. You're so much of a good cop. I'm so much of a good cop because I'm so worried about everybody. No. No. You're a horrible cop cuz you're so worried about the dumbest [ __ ] >> Hey, Elizabeth. >> Yes, sir. Don't worry. I'm not a nuisance. >> I just want you to be decent with the hospital staff. I don't care how you talk to me, but can you be decent with the hospital staff? Have I really talked to you that selfishly? >> No, I'm just saying. >> Just figuring out how I'm how you want me to >> Well, I pull you in. >> What's up? >> I'll explain that. Yeah, we we're going. >> I got to grab your belt to unlock it. Okay. >> Yeah. I'm not >> I'm just making sure. Not somebody who hits or bites or people. >> You got your phone? Oh, it's on a landing. Okay. >> Show them. Try talking to your co-workers. >> Okay. >> Thousand times. It's not that great. Where are we going? >> Elizabeth, >> stand in front of your car. Where are we going? >> Thank you very much. I'm going to I got to lock my car over here real quick. Make sure it's secure. We're going to come this way. Go through these doors. All righty. Okay, >> you can sit down. >> I need an arm. >> I'm I will give that to you. So, you're going to be decent with me and then I'll I can unhandcuff you while we go through this procedure. Are you going to be decent? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Let me get this other one for you if I take them all the way off. You can just leave one on. >> Well, I honestly I didn't like how I put them on before cuz the key holes were facing your body. So, I can put them on for next time. >> Sure can. Okay. >> Whichever you can hang out. >> He can come in. newbie student. Yeah. >> He's a student. Yep. >> Yeah. Come on. Come learn. >> And then um I started working at a new job today or yesterday or tomorrow. Monday the 23rd. I've had um three different jobs in the past 3 months that only lasted about a week and a half. It's been a great life. Doesn't matter. I'm going to prison now. Now my family gets to take care of me. Amazing. I get to sleep and read books. Oh my god, I can't wait. Oh, I got everything I need. So, we're ready to head out. Okay. >> All right. If you continue being decent with me, what I can do is when we get out to the car, I can put you in a transport belt where your hands are in the front. Okay. >> Is that okay? >> Mhm. >> Would you prefer that? >> Yes, please. Okay. So then just hang tight with me. We're going to head over back over to the car. Okay. Okay. So if you want to just turn around, I'm going to put this around your waist first. Okay. All right. Then these will just go right in the front. You want to move your phone so it's not under the belt. Thanks. You just put them Yep. It's right here. Okay, good. Careful. You want to hang on to that right there? I'm going to go around the other side. All right. It's right here. Okay. All right. Okay. >> The only reason I'm keeping my phone on right now is cuz I'm trying to get phone numbers. >> No, you're fine. I let people bring them in. >> Well, I want to turn it off when I go. They >> They'll let you turn it off. Yeah. If you had to if you had to call anyone or anything else, they'll let you. >> Thanks for watching Body Cam Zen.
