but it's safe to say that's not going to help and to make matters even worse this apparently isn't the first time he was falsely arrested we are going to go look for the guy that beat the kid up okay contact with him if he simply would have gotten out and cooperated with us he wouldn't be in this situation it doesn't matter you don't need to cooperate when you're wrongfully accused of something he wasn't being accused of something he was were trying he ran up and smacked his flashlight on the window aggressively because we saw him drive we saw him drive by I looked at the photo of the suspect we're looking for the side profile looked like him I don't care to the vehicle is he armed and dangerous the guy you're looking for he came up to the vehicle to speak with him and see who he was and he refused to cooperate with that at that point we are where we are so it'll be up to the DA's office to determine the outcome it's absurd so he he is going to go out to the jail for resisting obstructing where's the jail it's out at wakaw County Jail it's off of Morland Boulevard so then what happens he'll get booked at the jail he'll have a bail car what call to okay I believe the bail I'm not positive but I believe the bail is $150 okay so he'll have a bail then we'll be able to bail out will you be able to bail them out so we can let the jail know that okay um then you'll be able to pick them up from the jail it takes man I don't know how long it takes you're probably looking at an hour or two probably all right okay do you have any other questions for me right now I are right now it can't he didn't resist or obstruct 520 he didn't fing lie the mother of the child on the line wondering if there's we can directly transfer her to it does appear that she may now be in contact with the suspect after all the confusion the man was arrested and charged with resisting arrest and obstruction we can only hope that the officers put their resources to good use to find the real perpetrator and leave innocent people like Shawn alone
