help him out with rides and stuff uh like you said he just got out of prison for what and um I mean you're going to find out he was selling okay um but you have a criminal record do I yeah no sir okay no sir I think I have a possession ticket of marijuana okay weeds are not illegal anymore yeah well unless you got 10 lb you ain't got 10 lb do you no no I don't all right just hang tight okay yeah sir all right man so I got to read your rights before I ask you some questions okay am I under arrest no you're not under arrest okay but you are in what is called an investigative detention right now yeah so I just want you to read your rights absolutely so that you're aware and then having these rights in mind do you want to answer a few questions I got yeah okay you guys all right um so you said this is your buddy in the front seat who's in the back so we just met her you might turn my lights off uh sorry I'm just blinding myself no no no worries uh we met her 3 4 days ago okay um yeah we're staying staying at the sesta and then she came to what like room 236 or 326 something like that uh no it's one of the it's on one of the cards that's that's the uh Hotel he was staying at uh so so we we both so basically we both stay at the same place but uh every now and then we get hotel rooms to kind of get away from each other one will go to the motel one will stay so we kind of have like space you you and the guy in the front seat or you and the guy in the back seat the guy in the front seat okay yeah the guy in the back uh so you're staying at one hotel he's staying at another hotel yeah just for the night what what hotel is he staying at the hotel RL uh that's on Great Northern Boulevard I've never even heard of that it's the the Rison okay got I thought it was like called the RL well it is they switched the names of it oh they just like the same one they just like made a new name like trying to get younger or whatever uh I think they got bought by the sesta gotcha it's the RL yeah okay all right um so I know you said you guys are going to visit a friend I mean what what's that's what I got told so he uh he called me and just want he said hey can you take me to my buddy's house okay um and I didn't have an issue with it okay you getting like paid for like no I just helping a friend out yeah we're like really really good friends I mean yeah I do what you know whatever I can to help him because I know he just got out of prison and so um yeah I'm just trying to help him get back on his feet gotcha um so besides all the you know bulk amount of dope um the pipe in your Vape cartridge thing is that yours I mean it's in your pass it's in your driver box what like a the blue like the blue Vape box you want grab that box for me the blue box P grab that blue box the one up front at the top I know what your this I mean the box is mine yeah now yet that box is mine all right so like I said before it's a ticket it's a very minor ticket all right is the pipe inside yours yes sir okay thank you for being honest like I said it's just just a ticket all right um what about all the dope in car that I do not know anything about I know for a fact they ain't mine uh like I said he came and asked me for a ride and I I mean he's a friend like I didn't ask any questions cuz I didn't think anything of it and your friend's name's Andre right yes sir all right and you're Michael yes who's the back seat person um I I know I cuz I know by Maddie okay that's that's what we I was told gotcha um where is she staying at she's staying at uh Motel 6 I believe and she was just uh hanging out with us okay man I can't support bro I just what it I can't just get a s man dude do you see how much drugs you have my man I I can't help you there if it was a little dime bag or something all right dude I help you you be on your way D that's a lot of drugs that's a lot of that's a lot you know what I'm saying I'm bro well that's that's quite a bit have a seat my man oh look man I I we haven't waited or anything like that but it's it's quite a bit can I talk to my friend bro no not right now wow I need my numbers on my phone bro we we'll get it for you at the station we have your phone man bro let's go throw your other leg in there right bro I just got out of prison man okay well I'm sorry to hear that man man but you know what I would I didn't tell I didn't give you the and say hey carry this and then come pull you over you know what I'm saying I'm just doing my job if I see something it was just simple traffic sto I came because there's three other people and my partner goes hey man there's a a tear off baggie in his pocket that's why I talk to you there's not nothing against you just I mean you know it's cat and mouse game you know what I'm saying it's got to be smarter we're do it do I have no idea I haven't even talked to them I have no idea how long have you known them for I known the dude for a minute yeah what's his name Michael Michael okay yeah I don't know I haven't even talked to them so will I have a b uh that no be why won I have a bond I I I don't mess with the bonds and stuff that's above my pay grade it'll be up to the judge but I mean I didn't went to jails where I had a bomb when I got there yeah it'll be up to the judge so it's not going to be up to us do y' all have court on Saturday no no no Satur Court you got to wait till Monday jail a little bit talking it ain't County though oh yeah it's it's not counting it's Royalton or sh is one of the two you want to talk to them or no all right I'm closing this up feels like there is still a missing piece to the puzzle let's check in with their lady friend and see what she has to say about the entire Endeavor hello is it Maddie okay all right MADD I'm going to read you your rights okay with that having those rights in mind can I ask you a couple questions I well right now if you're in investigative detention okay you're not formally under arrest but I do have a lot of questions for you all right I mean if you can try and shed some light on some of it okay I just okay so so at any time you can you can stop answering all right so if I ask you a question you can go tell me I'm I'm done and that's it okay so what were you going to say well I was just going to tell you how why I'm up here okay my friend brought me up here which one not neither one of them I'm with my home girl okay she brought me up here and we're at a hotel and I which your hotel well I stay at mot 6 in middleberg yes all right so you're staying with the driver right he's staying there is that or the passenger he's he's um they're staying at the sest in Middlebury yes I think that's I'm at the Motel 6 in middleberg yes and Heights okay and they're staying at the sesta I believe so did so how how did all this night transpired um well we I mean we met a couple days ago at the gas station and who's we of me and them both of them yes which gas station uh it's the one right there the speedway next to Olive Garden yes across from Taco Bell yes all right then what um we just met and we just linked up after that and um I've just been hanging with them just been like partying having fun not really partying but it's only been two days but I didn't really see them yesterday this is like the first day we really seen them all right so how how did what what happened tonight it's like 4:00 a.m. right now what were you doing at midnight um at midnight I was in my hotel room in middleberg yes all right then what um I I get a call for me to come over from um Andre okay not him the other one you you can say white guy black guy that's or their names whatever makes you more comfortable I got a call from him and say come over okay um to come SM okay um so I I came over m um yeah okay and and some okay um you went over to what his hotel then at the RL okay um and um then they said that they had to go somewhere so and they didn't want to leave me in the hotel room by myself why didn't they want to leave you in the hotel by yourself I mean they just my best thing okay all right so I'm be honest okay so we are going to get a search warrant for that hotel room in the RL all right what are we going to find when we go there you were there you were there when you guys all left so what was left behind um I mean and then BS okay that's it yes we're not going to find any weight there no I don't know see I don't know any like anything about that with them I don't know about that okay I only seen that one bag okay so he don't have anything else at the hotel he brought his whole Supply with him I I I guess I don't mean that doesn't sound right to me does that sound right to you I don't know if he I don't know if he has any more I I swear to God I don't know any guns at the hotel no just paria yes sir hey I mean this with the most most respect okay um are you trans okay um you identif size female mhm okay um are you in process of transitioning I take hormones yeah you take hormones yeah okay um so I guess in a in a jail you would be more comfortable in a female pod or male I mean I they they usually just put me with the males just usually you're usually with males okay and you're okay with that I don't mean I I'm I'm not trying to be disrespectful I'm just asking the question they're asking me that's why I'm on the phone with them so um I mean I don't it don't matter okay all right all right unfortunately for them their party was cut short with them facing charges of drug trafficking possession of controlled substances and resisting arrest after a large amount of drugs was found on the uncooperative passenger
