Yeah. Which way were you driving? This way, right? I was driving that way, but I'm sorry. What did you hit? You don't remember? Did you hit on your right side? No, not even anything on my right side, so I'm not really sure at all. I didn't see anything down the road that you would have hit. I agree. I agree. I a thousand percent agree. I have no idea what I hit on either side of my car. Okay, Heaven. So we found what you hit. Okay, the fire hydrant and fence back here. Okay, so do you have insurance on you? I do not have it right now. You don't have insurance on this vehicle? It's in the car? It's in the glove box. In the glove box. Okay. Where your shoes at? You don't wear shoes, Heaven? Um I wasn't expecting to get outside of the car. Okay. Hey, um insurance? Yeah. Hey. Insurance. Insurance? No. I don't think we have any insurance right now in the car. Okay. >> I'm being for real. >> Do you have it on your phone or anything you can show us? I do not right now on the phone. It's all insured by his dad and his dad is asleep right now, so it's just like I don't I'm not sure if we're having insurance on the car. Okay, Heaven, I need you to come over here with me, okay? Okay. What's your name, brother? Uh None of your concern, honestly. None of your concern, okay. You get out of the vehicle if it's none of your concern cuz I don't know if this is your car or what. >> Oh, I'm not >> of the way before I move you. >> Oh good, move me then. >> I'm moving. I'm moving. Get out of the way. All right. Chill out, bro. None of your concern, bro. I asked you a simple question. I did. >> in your car and get out of here. I'll sit where I want to. >> No, you don't. You're blocking the road. Go ahead. What road? This is a road right here. So you can either cooperate or not. I can be a dick if you want to be a dick. >> I'm being You have no reason to be here. If it's not your vehicle, you don't want me to tell your name, get the [ __ ] out of here. Actually, that is my vehicle, so I'll stay in the >> Then tell me your name. Right now, you see this is a roadway. You're blocking this road. >> I could come in a little bit and not block the >> Okay, how about you just cooperate and I won't be a dick. You want to be a dick, I'll be a dick back to you. You have nothing to do with the way you're talking to me. You can you can you just leave me alone. >> I'm asking you who you are. And you say it's none of my business, right? >> Yeah, cuz Does it concern you? I'm not the one that caused the accident. >> You're digging into this car. I have no idea who you are. I have no idea what's in the car. So you can cooperate or not. So Okay. So do you want to get out of the way or are you going to cooperate? I mean, I'll move right there. >> I asked you pretty calmly what's your name and you're quite rude to me. Rene. All right, Heaven. So based on what I'm seeing, I believe that you were driving under the influence of alcohol. Okay, where is the test? That's what I was about to get to. There are some standardized field sobriety tests that we can do. If you agree to take those tests Uh you already said you preserved me as being under the alcohol, right? >> Under the influence of alcohol, yes. >> Okay, so I think you didn't even preserve any tests, so let's go with um >> Okay, so that's what I'm getting to. Would you like to take our standardized field sobriety >> because you said we are under the alcohol, but I'm not >> I need you to listen to me. You did not >> want to take the >> take any tests and you told me I was under the You're being forced for no reason. >> Yep, because you're not complying. >> There's no reason. >> So I'm taking that as you are denying to take the test? >> not because you did not give me the option. You already told me I was under the >> to ask you if you wanted to take that. >> was under the influence of alcohol and they will see that from Are you recording? Yes, ma'am. The entire time. Rene! If you want to not cooperate, I cannot be cooperative. Hold on. I don't know. Don't don't interfere. Don't interfere. >> I'm going to detain you. All right. You're being detained. You want to cooperate as well, Rene? I'm not interfering. Yep. Right here. Yep, go on and have a seat there. I will do. What's your name? I already told you, bro. You didn't tell me it again. >> time. That's your fault. >> tell me it again. >> I will not. So right now I have a reason to ID you. If you refuse, you will be charged with failure to ID. Go ahead. What's your name? I already told you the first time, bro. Okay, tell me your name and your date of birth. Rene. You can't get it the first time. Stop being a dick. I'll be what I >> How do you spell Rene? Is it like a girl's name or is that the male version? >> name. Why do you spell it though? You're Rene's grandpa? No, I'm Rene's dad. Okay. I just want to show you my license. Okay. And I I own the vehicles, both of them, but Okay. So he got detained because he was digging in the car and I said, "Hey, what's your name, brother?" real calmly. He refused to tell me who he was, so I said, "Okay, you need to get out of the vehicle. I don't know who you are." Cuz he's digging through the car and I I don't know who he is and if it's his car or not. Okay, I understand. I'm just yeah, And when he heard her getting into it with him, he starts running over there like he's going to do something. So I'm getting in the way and he trying to push off him and I grab his arm as he's pulling away from me. Okay. Real quick. Okay. Do you want to catch another charge? I don't. Cuz that's how you catch another charge, okay? You're already getting in trouble. >> it in. No. >> Just put it in. Turn your hands around. Just put it in. I was trying to be nice and not tighten the crap out of them so they hurt you. >> I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I won't I won't I'm sorry. Thank you. And every time I try to be nice to you, Thank you. Thank you. I'm sorry. Okay, so I need to I need to see real quick. Open your mouth. Okay. Okay, so we're going to go to the station. You'll get a chance for another test that's a different test.
