I think when you take him for one, he didn't do anything. >> Okay, but that's what the shots do. >> That's why the animal control person wanted to talk to you. And that was that how you could have just said, "Hey man, the dog is you want to talk to me about the dog?" >> Yeah, that's what they wanted to tell you. >> That's why you showed up right quick, man. I can argue with you. It's cool, man. We're just working on the court. I'm trying to explain it to you, man. >> It's cool, buddy. I'm not trying to be a dick, man. I don't with the cops no more. In fact, I'm the one that took down them kids bicycles that got stolen. Awful. There was like 15 stolen. Three of them was my family members. I found five of them. Only one of them was my family member. But I I called the police immediately and they came out the bikes and they were talking about me a roll call all the day cuz two officers stopped me and told me, "Richard, I'm talking of a roll call this morning." Even after everything, Richard kept insisting his dog was a service animal and had never hurt anyone. In the end, he was arrested and charged with obstructing a peace officer. As for the dog, animal control took custody of it and will determine if it's safe to be returned or other measures need to be taken.
