On February 13th, 2025, officers were dispatched to a Subway in regards to a disturbance where a woman was refusing to leave after being denied service. >> Uh hello. >> Hi. I JUST GOT OUT THE HOSPITAL AND GOT MEDICAL BAND ON MY WRIST. AND YOU'RE TELLING me to sit down. I can't sit down. YOU WANT TO TRESPASS ME. I HAVE TO LEAVE. SO, I HAVE TO GET UP AND WALK AROUND CUZ MY LEG WAS CRAMPING UP. THEN YOU GOT MAD CUZ I WASN'T LISTENING TO YOU. AND I TOLD YOU GO get the trespass affidavit and your business card, and I was going to leave it. You said, "No. You I want to be disorderly conduct." You asked them, "Are they okay with me asking you to leave to go get the trespass?" They said for you to go ahead and disorderly conduct me. AND THAT'S CRAZY. AND THEN YOU GRABBED HER AND TALKED ABOUT MY NON-ARREST AND ADDED A 55 to it throwing ME ON THE GROUND. >> That's a felony, dude. >> I'm having heart palpitations. I have epilepsy, and I just hit my head. >> She tried to go for my handgun, for sure. >> I WHAT IF I WAS FALLING? YOU WERE THROWING ME DOWN. I'M OVER 50 YEARS OLD. >> YOU WERE TRYING TO GO FOR MY HANDGUN. >> I WASN'T TRYING TO GO FOR YOUR HANDGUN. YOU WAS GRABBING ME AND THROWING ME AROUND ON THE TABLE. >> OKAY. >> And then YOU THREW ME BACK OVER AND I PUT MY FOOT ON THAT, AND THEN YOU THREW ME ON THE GROUND. >> After being cleared from her injuries, the woman was booked into the county jail and charged with trespassing, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest.
