On September 8th, 2025, officers responded to a domestic [music] dispute where the calling party stated her daughter was refusing to leave her house. Trying to get your charger? Do you need an ambulance to come check you out? I just want I just need to go to the hospital in my head. Yeah, do you know what she threw? I don't. And it was her that threw it? Okay. When did that happen? When we first called. When you first called? Okay. You want A-star to come check you out? He said he would let me go to the hospital, but I can't afford it. I got to go to work in the morning. Okay. My husband just passed away and I just got me. I got to go to work. It's It's up to you if you want them to come check you out. I always recommend it. I just need to make sure my brain is not bleeding cuz they say if something hit your head, you got to go to the hospital. >> going to say yeah, they're not going to be able to check that out here. Even if you told me you didn't want to press charges, we still have to do it. Once we're called and once we're here, we have to separate you guys and keep you safe and that's how we do it. So, he got mad at me, she got mad at me because I grabbed him by his hand and asked him, "Why did you pour that in the seat?" That was it. Okay. So, what happened between you and Mom? She got mad at me because I was always getting her situation. Okay. And how did she Why did she bleeding from the side of her head? Because I asked her, I said, "Why are you being to aggressive to I hit her in the head with the thing. What thing? A phone. You hear the phone? You can have the phone. I I don't need it. I really been through a lot Okay. as you can tell from my body. I really went through a lot with the same person that I've been going over with. She was located. I asked her, "Why are you being aggressive towards me?" I didn't do nothing to you. I didn't hurt you. I didn't harm you. Mhm. >> I said, "Look, he's peeing in the seat. Can you please stop?" Mhm. And that was it. I've been I've been everywhere. I've been everywhere since I've been located in I'm retired. Mhm. Okay. The simple thing was she was just trying to stick up for her her child, her grandson, whatever. Yeah. And I believe that and I and I understand it. But the thing is I really been through a lot. I've been beat up. I've As you can tell, I started doing drugs way back in in Texas. Mhm. I didn't choose them, but I did them. I started doing drugs way back in Texas. That's how I started going over. Mhm. That was it. Okay. And And today you said that you threw the phone at her because you were frustrated because of the situation. >> wasn't I wasn't frustrated it's because she kept getting aggressive towards me. Mhm. I said I didn't I did not do anything to him. I said all I did was grab his hand and tell him ask him why did he do that. Mhm. And when you say aggressive what do you mean by that? I When you say she was being aggressive towards you. She started getting in my face. Mhm. That was it. And I told her I would leave if you keep getting aggressive with me. Mhm. At any point did she ever strike you or anything like that? Hit you? Yes. She strike me. Okay, when was that? It was earlier. Her and her husband she strike me. Okay, and can you tell me about that? Like when did it happen? It As soon as he got here he strike me in my eye. He strike you. Okay, and that's why you have that red mark right there? Yes. Okay. Um and when did that happen? After he got here he came towards me and started attacking me. Do you know what time that was? No, I don't. Um but that happened earlier in the day it sounds like. No, it happened just like what like an hour and a half 30 minutes to he just got here. Okay. Okay. All right. >> And I told her I would get my stuff and leave if y'all keep attacking me. Mhm. I have not done nothing to her she was towards him towards anybody else but you keep attacking me. How am I supposed to feel when you keep attacking me and throwing me in the woods and jerking me like that? That doesn't make sense. Mhm. I was diagnosed with PTSD and everything else because I had I've been and I had got a needle stuck in my area. Mhm. And that was it. Okay. Okay. Um so >> issues because of what I've been through in the past. For sure. For sure that's super understandable. Um but listen, when it comes to like throwing the phone and stuff like that, that's something we can't look past, you know? Um, your mom, to be clear, your mom wants you to get some help, go to a hospital, something like that. >> been to most of the hospitals. There's nothing you can do. >> Mhm. Cuz I've been I've already been through a lot. I've been to Dallas, Texas. Mhm. And you know, what a psychic. Mhm. And I kind of explained to her when it comes to domestic violence stuff, uh, that's off the table. Can't do that. Um, so we have to keep you guys separated and by law >> don't give my husband and I just leave my night bag in there. No. I'll go to California. We're We're beyond that right now. And at this time you're under arrest for battery against our cylinder. And you're under arrest by the police department and we're going to have to use force if you resist against you.
