On August 23rd, [music] 2025, officers responded to a domestic dispute where the calling party [music] stated her mom assaulted her for wanting to leave the house. >> So, I I wasn't having the best day today. Didn't want to be here. She told me to call hotline, so I did. They told me to use my method, right? Walked around the apartments with my dogs trying to just catch my breath. I come back, she beats the [ __ ] out of me because I wanted to walk my dog around the apartments. And then I I ran out. Have her phone because she took mine and everything that I have. Don't even have any shoes on. So, I called you guys because >> Is that her? >> Yep. >> Okay. You don't have to talk to Okay. This is Let's step over here just to keep you guys separated for now. Um So, when you said she beat your ass with like Where did Where did she hit you? >> Everywhere. >> Okay. Do you have any injuries? >> No. >> Okay. Okay. >> And I'm not saying just like hit me like oh, just like that. Like literally with her [ __ ] shoe and just starts like stomping me in the [ __ ] face. >> In the face? Okay. I don't have your keys. >> Let's step over here. >> So, she [clears throat] had took my keys to the house and um she had tried to kick me out and uh I had tried to go outside this morning to just like diffuse the situation. My grandma picked me up. I was over there for a while and then she wanted to cause problems with my grandma so my grandma didn't want to deal with it and she just told me to go back with my mom. So I went back here and then I just she hit me and I just stayed here and then I tried to just go to sleep and take a nap and then I woke up after I called the hotline and they told me to just like take a walk. So that's what I did with the dog. >> Okay. >> And whenever I did that cuz she has my keys, I took her keys to lock the door and whenever I came back she instantly beat the [ __ ] out of me and everything fell out of my pocket. >> Okay. >> So whenever she hit me my phone fell out and everything that I had and I grabbed her phone cuz I thought it was mine. Well, what's your proof? >> Okay, we have probable cause to believe that you committed battery on your daughter. And then when we tried to detain you, you fought with us and you resisted us.
