On July 16th, 2025, officers responded to a call of a disturbance at an apartment complex where two intoxicated women had reportedly been in a fight. And upon arrival, officers were informed one of them shattered her neighbor's window out of anger. >> Um, right here, >> crazy white lady >> broke our window. And I have told them that how many times? Four times. Yet this and this didn't answer. And by the way, my camera isn't hooked up to a some average camera. It's hooked up to my phone.
