On May 25th, 2025, officers responded to a call of a fight at an apartment complex that involved guns being drawn. >> GET ON THE GROUND NOW. >> YEAH. GET down on the ground now. >> ON THE GROUND. So when I saw that hitting her I took her out of down there. And when I had her down there, then I pulled out of my pocket. And I was like I start fighting her fist fist fist fights. Never in So I never I never >> When we came here earlier, what did I tell you to do? >> I know. I know. Tries to like dumb down the situation like this you know, we don't need to be fighting this and that. They start coming over to his house. Um bothering him at his house, so he comes downstairs. Uh Then when he comes downstairs Uh they start threatening like two two. He goes back upstairs, grabs his comes back down. They start to have a mutual combat fight with each other and then he gets jumped by like Rhonda, the big chick, and uh everybody else piling him. >> Okay, so it sounds like a mutual combat and then more people entered? >> Yeah. >> Yeah, that's like opposite of what they're saying. >> Okay. So, what are they saying? >> They're basically saying that he had an issue with the gentleman without the shirt over there uh talking to his girlfriend. Um they had words about it and it transformed into like a scuffle. >> Mhm. >> Um the son over there with the curly hair is saying that he hit his sister, which is Brittany. I believe. And after he hit Brittany is when the whole scuffle happened. >> So, he's he's claiming that he was jumped by all of them. >> Yeah. >> Right? So and till we find out what everybody's saying, determining independent witnesses, the one chick that uh was standing with you, did she claim something? Okay, what did she say? >> Basically all she said was she walked down and when she walked down it was him uh Jordan >> Yeah. >> getting jumped by the big and the guy with no shirt. >> Okay. So, those those two were on him. >> Yes. >> All right, so that clears up Ronda kicking him in the face cuz she was independent witness didn't see him comes out didn't see him getting kicked in the face with by Ronda forever. So we can clear that. Um so then uh is not free to go and then um Rocco is not free to go until we figure it out. >> Right. claiming Jordan that the black gentleman punched Britney in the face and after he punched Britney in the face is when everybody jumped on him. Now Britney has no injuries to back that claim up at all. >> That she was punched in the face? >> Yeah, she she she said that she thinks she got punched in the arms but I checked her arms there's no red marks no bruises. >> Okay, the guy's a big dude if he would have punched her you would know. >> Right. >> Um All right, hop on out. We're going to go over on the other side of the car. He was yelling outside the window to come downstairs. Come downstairs. I don't know why Jordan went downstairs. Jordan went downstairs. And when Jordan went downstairs, they started yelling at each other. That's why I started filming. Him yelling at Jordan. Then I went downstairs. And Jordan went after him. And he went after Jordan. And he swung and hit Jordan. And all three of them came and [ __ ] just jumped. >> Okay. So, do you have a video of it? >> I only have video of him saying [ __ ] >> All right. I'm sorry because I thought I captured it and I guess I not because I called I called you guys when he got up. >> All right. So, who's Did you witness the fight itself? >> I witnessed. I came downstairs. Jordan They were yelling. I was telling Jordan stop. Don't worry about stop. He They was all Him and his family were there. Yelling at And yelling at him. Jordan started going after him. Here comes the neighbor coming after him running. They started running toward each other. The neighbor went like this, hit him. And that's when all three of them They started hitting each other after he hit him. They started hitting each other. All three of them came. The break The wife, the mom, the son all came and jumped him right over there. And I was like I was like that's when I called you guys cuz I was freaking out cuz I didn't know what to do cuz they were all just sitting there jumping him in the bushes over there. And then when they got off, he had a he was bleeding and everything. >> The suspects were charged with disorderly intoxication, negligent use of a deadly weapon, and aggravated assault.
