Sheriff's Office. Hello. Sheriff's Office. Can you come out here for me? A woman was living on someone else's property, but she was claiming it as her own. The owner wants everybody out of here. Okay. The owner of these buildings. I own this building. You own this building? She says she owns the building. Do you have an ID on you? Despite repeated questioning by the police, she confidently insisted it was hers. You're not the owner that's listed. All right. So, at this point, you're being criminally trespassed from this property. Okay? So, what you got to do, we got to pack up and get out of here. Okay? And if you come back here, you'll be arrested. Didn't arrest me, sir, because this is my house. You got to go. This is Hey, this says this is my house and this says this this right here is my house. To hear the full story, watch the complete episode. [Music] I bet it's going to be over there. Sheriff's office. Sheriff's office. I bet it's going to be that far one over there cuz I see stuff. All these. Huh? I got all these. Yeah. So, if you want to go ahead and clear all this real quick. Okay, here more. This first one right here's got quilts hung up over it where they roof money here. I'm gonna clear this one before I go to that one. [ __ ] I'm actually go here because that's gonna expose me to that one. Sheriff's office. Hello. Sheriff's office. Can you come out here for me? How you doing? Is there anybody else here? No, just me. No, just you. Okay. The owner I'm going to come around here and talk to you. The owner wants everybody out of here. Okay. The owner of these buildings. I own this building. You own this building? Yes, I She says she owns the building. I own this building. Do you have a ID on you? Okay. Is there anybody else that stays in any of these others buildings? Uh, not not right now. Not that I know of. No. Thank you. How long have you been staying here? I've only been here this time about a month. About a month. A month and a half. Okay. And there's nobody else in the in the building with you. Okay. So, you said you own this building. I own this this Well, it's a house really. Okay. So, you So, you bought it? Uh, well, I guess you could say that a long time ago. Is it in your name? This was my place long before there was courouses. Long before there was paperwork, long before there was any of that. I haven't been here for a very long, long time. Okay. So, but I was happy to see that they're still here. And yeah, that uh do you do you know whose name it might be in? Because whoever owns it called the sheriff and wants everybody out of here. They must be talking about it through there because this right here that that right there used to be a office. Uhhuh. And um on one end was like a you know a room where people go to sleep. Uhhuh. But this one right here is definitely Matt. Okay. So, I'm not sure what they're talking about. Like I say, I hadn't been here for a long time. Uhhuh. And I understand things like that can Hang on just a second. Okay. 053 235 448. Repeating 053 235 448. you know, when you go to sleep for a long time. Uhhuh. Um, which I believe they're working on changing some of that actually. Right. Uh, so that when people wake up, they still got a place to get out of the cold and out of the wind and rain and Right. Okay. But uh this is my right. Okay. Well, we're trying to get confirmation if that's the case. Okay, it is what it is. But just know that the owner of this property or who said that they're the owner of this property said they want everybody gone. So, if there is the owner of this property and that's who's saying it, we got to go on out of here. Okay. I'm one of the owners of this property and this is the one that I'm the owner of. You said you're one of the owners. Yes, I am. Who's the other one then? There's several. Several. Do you know of any any of the other ones? Well, see, I don't really know who you are and I don't really know um how much you know. So, therefore, I'm not going to spill all my beans to you because of those things. But I can't all I can tell you is there are several owners of this property. Mhm. Um there's there's three other owners that I know that it's to do with me, but then there's also that that house that's facing this away right now. Those are uh different people that own it. So I'm guessing those are probably might be the one. I don't know. Like I say, I haven't. Okay, gotcha. Uh, as far as me and this one, this one's mine. There's, like I say, there's, uh, three other people to do with me that also owns this. Okay. Would you mind if I took a look in there just to make sure there's nobody else in there? Okay. Could you go stand with him for just a moment? Hey, she's going to come stand with you for just a minute. I'm going to make sure there's nobody else in there. She's going to stand with you. Sheriff's office. If you're in here, call make yourself known. Sheriff's office. I don't know about this property right here. There's your ID. We have confirmation on who the owner is. No, I'm still trying to do that. Okay. Is there anybody else here besides her? Not in that building. I'm about to go to that one. I know. So, you own that building? I own this building. This was the office that How long have you owned the Sheriff's office. We're temple. [Music] the Jack and I asked them about the mailbox. They said they didn't know cuz like I've been gone for a long time. So you were gone? Where were you gone at? I was sleeping. Sleeping? Yes. So, you said you've been here a few weeks. Is that right? I've been here about a month and a half. Month and a half. Okay. But you've owned it longer than that is what you're saying? Yes, sir. Yes, sir. Okay. Yep. So, no one else stays in any of these buildings or in that building? You? Not that I know of. No. You know what? Say they might have been calling when I was I thought it would be warmer on me. Uhhuh. To go around there that see it building, but then when it started raining, it started pouring in. Yeah. So, I was just like, I don't know. But I did, you know, clean it out and Yeah. But with all the rain and everything and it wasn't any warmer, so I just came up. Okay. I No. Is that you who we see walking on 441 sometimes? Okay. Yes, sir. Where you walk to? Uh to the store. I have to walk up there. There's no power, no water here, right? Okay. So, um I have to walk down to the store to get water. Okay, gotcha. This is also considered identification depending on how old you are. What is that? This is says I have a sleep version and awake version. Says you have a what? It says I have a sleep version. Uhhuh. And an awake version. Okay. That means Yeah. So, are you originally from around here? Yes, sir. Okay. From this planet? Yes. Yeah. What about from Banks County? Well, it depends on what sector you're talking about. The entire county. All of Banks County. Did you were you born in Banks County? See that I said again I don't know how to answer your questions because you know I don't want your mom and daddy come to get mad at me. Uhhuh. Because I gave you information that they might not have wanted you to have. What's I don't think they would. I don't see why they would. My memory is not like a full memory, but I do there's a few times this place has been moved. Mhm. This place, the planet. Okay. I've been on it every time. Yeah. All right. When it's time for me to be a baby again, I get lost. Yeah. That's that's that's one of the things what the candy cane means. Okay. All right. I had to find my way back. Uhhuh. Sometimes they take a long time. which is probably probably the people that's over this property right here because what I did for I was working on I don't some people don't like the term experiment basically that's what it was that's what it was to see if people could sleep yet still be walking around right and then wake up because a lot of people some people got Some folks back way back in long long ago Yeah. got charged with kidnapping. Okay. All right. They got in trouble. They went to jail. Uhhuh. I don't know what happened to those folks. Mhm. But the experiment we was doing was to actually see if it was possible for people when they be born again to travel. And they do. You can't see them. They travel their their mind leaves their um leaves their body in and their brain. Okay. I don't know how to explain it to you. Most people probably think I'm insane. I know when the when the idea was presented, you can extend. That's what I thought. I thought, man, there's there's just no way that's not possible. So the people were charged with kidnapping, right? They didn't they didn't kidnap. Mhm. there are and it I'm not I'm not the only one that did it, right? So, the parents um I mean the people that were charged with kidnapping, like I say, it was a long time ago. I hope they get out of jail because I've this might sound crazy too. I can actually remember like literally being a newborn of newborn mind like I couldn't make any sounds and you know just floating around in the air, right? I I know this sounds crazy, but it's true. And what I wanted to do was see if it was true because I wanted to know, and I'm not the only one that wanted to know. There was a large group of people that wanted to know if children were being kidnapped, right? Someone presented the idea to me. I thought they were crazy. Uhhuh. I went home, I got to thinking about it. Well, they had to have a volunteer to find out if it could really happen, right? One that could remember since I had an exceptional memory at that time. Uh, hey, I volunteered for it for the job. And, uh, because it was a a whole lot of people charged with kidnapping, right? They were actually in jail. They're innocent. That's right. Because uh I'm the living proof those people are innocent. They did not kidnap. Like a baby can land like on a I landed on a on a hat that had a feather in it. Mhm. Way way. Like I say, when this place Yeah. That's how they get lost. That's all I know to say about that. I really hope those people I hope somehow the information gets out that those people are innocent. They're not they didn't kidnap. I mean like they were holding they put on to sleep as far as I know. The next thing I I know because that's what actually enticed me to do this to do the job because they had told me that they wouldn't be I didn't want innocent people abandon you. Mhm. So, like say that was a long time ago, but um I hope they're not stealing it because uh the people's not. So, you don't know a physical address for this place though? I don't. No, I really don't. I know at one time there was a [Music] mailbox that one of the people I know Noah, she put a mailbox, but I don't know if she put the mailbox right here and then they move the mailbox. You remember the number on it or no? I don't. Okay. Actually, they I mean they may I don't know if they used the same number or not. I can't Some things I don't know. Yeah. And there is a huge gap in the memory that just I mean my memor is not what it was when I went into the when I went in to do the job to see if that was possible. I had a really good memory. Mhm. But after all that uh I just got bits and pieces. It gets but it's enough to say it's enough memory to say to be able to say for sure babies travel. Mhm. That's why you know we have I mean there's things that they can do hopefully to I don't know about that but it's just really important to me because it's my life's work and it's a lot of some of my friends life's work. They might be a little mad at me right now, but it had to be done. Mhm. What had to be done? This the the job the screaming to see if Vegas can trust. Yeah. I don't know if I'm the only one that ever can remember. Mhm. Right. I know of a few others [Music] that it happens to I don't even know if they know that it happens to them, but like if it happens to them, they should know. Not everybody's gonna carry around a candy cane because you don't want people You don't want I don't know how to explain that. I wouldn't want somebody I wouldn't want someone to kill me just to see if it happens, you know, right? Anymore. I mean, that's actually what I did. I actually and my some of my friends because I I had got I got I got a little little bit of brain damage from doing it because I did it so many times. Yeah. But it's possible this is the first time that I can actually remember literally being a a newborn baby. Like I I had no I couldn't hear. I couldn't see. Uh couldn't smell. It's just like and I would look for people that was out in their yards talking or like this pot. One lady I uh went You've cooked in that pot? Yes. Okay. One lady was actually at a campsite cooking um some scrambled eggs on a skillet. I landed on her uh it actually looked kind of like this. I landed on her shoulder. But like I say, I couldn't hear. And it's really good that she didn't wash her clothes like all the time because I sat on her I sat on she hung the jacket in her little um closet there and I sat on the sleeve on her shoulder of that shirt for I don't know how long listening to them talk. That's how I learned how to make sounds. Learn how to make sounds. They knew that I was in there then. Uhhuh. But I didn't have any recollection who I was, where I'm from, where I was from. Uh, I got a a few personal ways to tell whereabouts I'm at. Mhm. But that that don't always where they don't always uh work. I mean, that's all I'm noticing when I first started doing it. Oh, was way across way another place. All right. I believed the lady was in I believe the one of the women that was in the group. I believed she was innocent because I was with for a long time. Mhm. And um that's actually another reason why I did it. But it actually started so long ago. But and I actually did it again. People just live so long they just get tired. That's right. And um and that's what happened to me. Like I'm the same girl that I actually did another experiment because I but it's kind of strange because I didn't know about the first one when I went into this. But I'm not doing anymore because I mean it's proved now. Yeah. There were um I don't know where the people are who who you know they if it ever happens, you know, you ever hear little boys, whatever. Mhm. It's probably it's probably a newborn just floating around. You got to have an envelope. Yeah. this. Well, I'm not going to say for all. I all love them, but this is for me. I got in an envelope. Yeah, the envelope has to be like taped up. I got in I don't know if it has to be taped up, but that's what I got when I But it but they have to get to where they can understand speech. Mhm. Where somebody when one some of them says get in, they have to be able to know to get in. And uh what I'm telling you is the truth. When it was presented to me, I thought the woman's out of her mind, but it was actually a woman that was one of the ones that was charged with kidnapping and um I might have been one of the ones that got that they said was got had got kidnapped, but I did I did not get kidnapped. I'm I know that I'm one of the ones that still got kidnapped. And it was my son to be born again. I my mind just going around places like this. This is usually where I [Music] Where uh where were you staying before you came here about a month and a half ago? Um I was staying with one of my brothers. Mhm. And uh what happened with that? Uh this is my home. Yeah. So I guess Okay. It don't look like much, but hey, it's a building, you know. It's a house. That's right. Did you uh put that rim up right there? Yes, sir. I found that on the side of the road. Yeah. I like looking at it. There you go. It's kind of broke right there on the edge, but Yeah. You probably couldn't put it on a truck or a car, but No, probably not. Yeah, it's good. What's up with the jar of cotton balls? Oh, actually I got an envelope in there, too. Do you? Because it was my hope that that certain people say in your line of work Uhhuh. would be able to learn about people like me that's mind, right? Okay. You got to go. Okay. That's what this right here says. Hey, come over here for just a minute. Okay. So, the owner stated that you have to go. Okay. You're not the owner that's listed. All right. So, at this point, you're being criminal trespass from this property. Okay. So, what you got to do? We got to pack up and get out of here. Okay. If you come back here, you'll be arrested. Didn't arrest me, sir, because this is my house. You got to go. This is Hey, this says this is my house and this says this is this right here is my house. We're going to have to pack it up. I don't have anywhere else to go. Well, we got to figure out something. Okay, we got to figure out something. So, let's start packing. Let's get on this. Okay, sir. I don't have anywhere. This is me. You're This is my home. Well, you're not the owner. That's the problem. Yes, I am the owner of this. No, I I'm sorry, but you're not. Okay. I am the owner of this. Hey, let's get to packing. If this is the planet called Earth, then this is my place. Let's start packing up. Okay, let's get moving on this. All right, you're going to have to arrest me, sir. Come on. We We really don't want to do that. You're going to have to arrest me. We really don't want to do that. This is my place. It's not though. It's not in your name. You're not the rightful owner. I am the rightful owner. I am one of the rightful owners of this building. The owner wants you to leave. So, we got to go. Okay. then you're gonna have to arrest me because I don't have anywhere else to go and this is my place. And then what I'm going to do is, you know, I don't know what you do in that situation. Like I said, this was my place long before there was courouses. Long before there was paperwork and all that. This is the paperwork right here on this this building right here. Um, will you please just pack it up and let's go. Okay. Where are we going to? Uh, that that's up to you. You can go wherever. You can go wherever you want. I have nowhere else to go but jail. You go wherever you want. If you're going to throw me off of here, then you're gonna have to take me to jail. All right. Let's hang out right here then for a minute. Okay. [Music] Heat. Heat. Last chance. Are you going to Are you going to pack up and leave? If I pack up and leave, I'm then I'll have to go to store right there. Okay. Yes or no? I have nowhere else to go. Yes or no? No. No. Nope. He's not leaving. Nope. 95. All right. Can I put my boots on? Nope. Lay that down. Lay that down. All right. Can you put your hands behind your back? Can you blow the lantern out this? There's a burning lantern in there. Blow it out. Yeah, we'll we'll do that. 35. Can I get my cigarettes off my table in there? No, ma'am. Where's the lantern at? Right in here. Yes, sir. Hey, everybody kind of got me uh one time like this. They got a bag of my stuff going, too. Yes, sir. Hey, we going your car. Uh, yeah. Anything else inside the house outside of that lantern burning? That's That's a safety hazard. No. Okay. Whenever I get out, this is the only place I've got to come back to. All right. Well, just know if you come back, step forward for me just a little bit. I'm going have to come back. I don't have anywhere else to go. There you go. I'm just going to pick that up. Okay. And my other jar, too. Huh? That jar right there. Okay. We're going if We're just going to leave that here for now. Okay. I'm going to take that with you. Take it to jail. Okay. I need Well, I don't remember how I do it. Anyway, just know you've been criminally trespassed. So, if you come back, you'll be arrested. I'm being arrested on my at my own house for criminally trespassed on my own house. Okay. Go ahead and walk. All right. So, I sit this right here. We're going to go in on this side. Okay. Go around to the other side. You know what? If you can just take the handcuffs off of me and I'll just I'll just go to the store. No, it's too late for that. Okay. It's too late for a lot of things, I guess. All right. Stand right here. Do you have anything in your pockets? I got something in this pocket right here. Anything sharp or anything like that? I got my lighter and my chapstick. Okay. So, nothing. No needles, no knives, nothing like that. Okay. I got a pocket tool in my pocketbook. In your pocketbook. Okay. There's some cash, too. That's going to go to jail with you. Okay. Sit in this pocket. My lighter in my chapstick. Okay. I like the cake better than chapstick. Oh, yeah. All [Applause] right. You want to buckle up here? I'm going to wait on them for that. Okay. All right. Can you uh can you help me buckle her up? Can you help me buckle her up if I hand it to you from that side? All right. A little more. Gotcha. And her purse is laying in your floorboard up there. Okay. All right. Get in the car, man. What? Get in the car. I don't I don't give a damn who you kidding. Get in the car. What? Get in the car. Get in the car. No reason. Get in the car. A man visibly under the influence of alcohol attempted to operate a vehicle but was intercepted by the police before he could do so. Have you been drinking tonight, though? You can't drive if you've been drinking. Man, I'm good. I ain't been drinking. Okay. Now, if you if you want to do sobriety tests out here and you pass them, then we'll send you on your way and let you drive. His behavior was erratic and uncooperative, marked by unusual and suspicious conduct. Without offering any explanation, he abruptly abandoned the situation and made his way home on foot, leaving the vehicle behind. Your car's over there. I don't know how to say it. You got two options. You can either leave the property voluntarily. Notably, he never actually entered the vehicle. See the story from the beginning. You got to listen to me. Let me let me get all right here. [Music] Hey, good. Come on. [Music] Y'all have to do it. We can't. Y'all have to bar him. I can't. We can't come back. They're saying they don't want to ever come back. My lion. I got to cut this [ __ ] man. Do you have your ID on you, honey? I for what? If they want to bar you, they have to put it in the system that you're getting barred. So, it's a criminal trespass for two two years. It's up to two weeks, a weekend. That's up to y'all. We can't decide that for y'all. [Music] [Music] You got to tell them. So you're barred for a period of two years. Okay. Do you have your ID on you? Oh, y'all ain't get my ID that are you going to get my ID? You get my ID. You ain't get my ID. You ain't a damn thing for me. [Music] Man, you ain't going to do nothing to me, bro. Yeah, it's not going to go like that. Hey, where you going? Sir, stop right there. What are you doing? You're about to go to jail for obstruction at this point. What are you doing? For what? Obstructioning for what? I don't got to give y'all my name. You do? I got to just stay out there properly. I ain't got to give y'all my name. Okay. Well, you can go to jail for obstruction. I don't got to give y'all my name. I ain't got to come here. All right. Are you leaving now? Yeah, I'm leaving. I ain't got to give my mother. I'll get a tag. It's fine. What did it say? Fine. All right. Get in your car. Go. You call for Where's your car? All right. Where's your car? [Music] Your car is over there. I don't know how to tell y'all. [Music] You got two options. You can either leave the property voluntarily. All right, then go. Go. Give you a heads up. They let you know. So if you come back in two years, you're going to jail. So my ass and I will be signing warrants. All right, get out. This time I'll sign warrants. And if anybody sees him pulling out, which he's about to be, if they could go ahead and stop him. [Applause] [Music] DUI left us. [Music] Yeah. So they asked him to leave a bunch of times. He wasn't. And then uh they wanted to do the barring after we asked for his ID. He started to walk off and get to his car to leave the property. That's going to get out. I've already tried. I'm pregnant and I'm not fighting him. That's why I called for But he's been fighting with people all night. They just asked him to bar him. He said, "F you. He ain't doing it." Started walking around. I already knew what car was driving because he causes issue every weekend. Hello, sir. I'm the supervisor. I'm Sergeant Debball. Here's a thing. They just want to bar you from here. All right. Okay. Hold on. Have you been drinking tonight, though? You can't drive if you've been drinking. Man, I'm good. I ain't been drinking. Okay. Now, if you if you want to do sobriety tests out here and you pass them, then we'll send you on your way and let you drive. But I I've been told you're here at the bar and doing all that stuff. I don't want to deal with that. Come get my car. That That sounds fine. Make sure you roll out the window. But I need your ID. I ain't got time for y'all to me today, bro. And we're trying to make it simple. Okay. Just let us ID and we'll get you on your way. Okay. You got someone to come get you? That'd be great. I'm gone. All right. Hold on. Hold on. We need ID. I ain't got I don't know. I don't know. I think T my car. I don't know. Okay. Why don't you go check uh see if he's right? Is this your car? No. Then my mama call. I'll go find out his name. Everybody here knows him. N bro, we can literally try to give me a hard time for no reason. I'll No, you're giving us a hard time. Give yourself a hard time. All we're asking for is your ID. And I don't got it with me. Why do you got warrants or something? Okay. You can tell us your name and date of birth. I didn't think I got a warrant. Well, that that'd be fine. What's your name and date of birth then, man? That's all we need. First name. I got I ain't f Yeah, I know what I'm doing. Okay. So, you're going to obstruct your bar. No, I got to remain silent not instruction. All right, sir. I'm going to I'm going to explain to you real quick. All right. They're wanting to borrow you from the property. Okay. I saw this. Yeah, you do. And I remain We also have the right to identify you. Okay. And then do our legal duty. Now, if you hold on, you're not you're not remaining silent. You're talking over me right now. If you continue I ain't going to say nothing new. Okay. If you continue to do that and we can't identify you, okay, we're going to arrest you for obstruction. We'll identify you then. Okay. And then you'll go to jail. I'm good. I won't tell you my name. I'm telling you that. I explained that to you right now. I just explained that to you. Okay. I got a right to remain silent, but I got to tell you my name. That don't even go hand in hand, bro. You do have to identify yourself. And I got a right to remain silent. They going that they don't go hand in hand. I'll run second right there and I'll sue y'all in court, bro. What we can do is we can go ahead and arrest you for obstruction. Take it out and get fingerprints. How about that? We're trying to help you. Obstruction for what? Cuz I don't want to tell you my name. Yes. Legally, you have to let us know your name. They want to bar you so we can have history that you cannot come here. That is it. You get barred, you can't come back. That's it. So y'all harass me and lock me up for head. I I can't I can't shoot y'all. Lock me up then. Okay, go ahead and sit down. Lock me up then. Put your head back. Huh? They're fighting right now. I don't know. I'm see, man. Y'all got my arm too tight, bro. [Music] [Music] no ain't been out in three years. Never fight. [Music] handcuffs. That way, I come out. I'm going to go, dude. Y'all straight, baby. Y'all go home. [Music] What is that about? He's going to try to driveway drunk. I ain't in it. What's your name? They got Lauren, man. They don't make no sense. Every thought. I thought one in there. I was like, "Come on." One hit me. I like what the What's going on? Well, one of those ladies uh they lost their jewelry. I'm not fighting right now. I don't I'm see. Hold up, man.
