<b>This traffic stop was initiated by</b> <b>a police officer conducting</b> <b>routine traffic enforcement.</b> <b>The officer's patrol camera</b> <b>captured the driver of this silver</b> <b>Hyundai passing a</b> <b>stop sign without</b> <b>coming to a complete stop, </b> <b>which is what gave the officer probable</b> <b>cause for the stop.
