M through Phoenix but not convicted anything has he been died or on probation or anything he's on bom uh for felony charges I have to double check just the last thing it shows on Phoenix is that he was released on bond that was like two years ago just watch the uh take the gun I know we're taking the gun cuz he's on a b part of his bond condition can't have fire on you can release him going come on out bud turn around take off up to the front did they explain it to you no explain it okay Mr leaks I'm seizing your firearm because you're still on bond okay um h of your bond conditions cannot have a firearm okay so I am seing your firearm does that firearm belong to you or does it belong to somebody else it's my firearm it's your friends okay so whenever your friend um whenever he gets released um he's got to bring the paperwork of original purchase or the proof of ownership for that block okay um I ain't going to hit you up for the failure to yeld for the green light okay have a
