It don't even matter. And the blood of Jesus [music] is on me. And I thank God for everything he have did and done for me. You heard me? Thank you, Jesus. Hallelujah. Wonderful savior. God is good, y'all. And if y'all had God in y'all heart If y'all had God in y'all heart though, y'all would let me use Y'all would have Y'all wouldn't be doing this. >> You'll put her in your notebook. >> Whichever. Did any of y'all witness her behavior on the aircraft? >> Yeah. Well, not to I mean, we came on about the same time, so that Marissa actually was down there the whole time. >> Okay. >> Marissa and It was mostly this Marissa is back. You guys are >> I was trying to say that you're the ones that wanted her off. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> The only thing that she said, "Hey, um there's a lady right there." Um American and I was like, "Oh, I know. She's skinny." Like "Yeah, she's doing She's borrowing phone with three other passenger." And she was It's just like a harassment. Like, she's laying on She's laying on the side of the guy. And she's doing like this on the guy. >> Mhm. >> So, the flight attendant asked >> Would you mind giving a statement for me? Can you give me a statement? >> I hate a statement. I don't like it. >> Poor thing. The other person was down there either way. >> What happened is the flight attendant asked me. She said, "Hey, there's a lady right there, black American." African or black American. >> Mhm. >> And then she she is borrowing phone for She's sitting on the 28D guy. And she kept transferring seats with different guys. >> Mhm. >> And um the flight attendant told me that the the lady was laying on her on the guy. Um, it's like harassment. >> Mhm. >> Doing like this on the um >> So, she was bothering other passengers and disrupting the >> And then the flight attendant asked the the guy, "Do you know him? Do you fly together?" And he said, "No." So, the flight attendant asked the guy to move to different seats. That way she sit by herself. And she's borrowing her her phone. And then the flight attendant she said, "She need to go. I'm not comfortable flying with her." >> Mhm. >> And that's why I said, "Come on, ma'am." And then she said And then she said, "Why? What? Are you going to kick me out?" I said, "Come on." And then that's that's what Panic Am I There and >> Got you. So, she's bothering other passengers, not following instructions of flight attendants. >> Yeah, I said, "Calm down. Calm down." She said, "Yes, ma'am. Yes, ma'am." >> Do Do if she interfered with the flight at all? >> Um No. >> Okay. >> No. >> And after you started telling her to exit the flight, that's when basically that's when we got there. >> That's when people come in and they said, "Um call the police." And then she was yelling. She was yelling cuz I said, "Give me the phone." >> Mhm. >> Give the phone to him. And then um so she give her give her give her phone to the guy and then um and then she say, "I I need to call my dad." She was yelling, cursing. And >> Do you know whose phone she had? >> That's what everyone was saying, she had her own phone. >> Okay. >> No, she didn't have her own phone. >> Um the lady said that She said when she was up here she asked to use his phone. >> But this >> But she Hannah has her phone. >> She had her own phone. >> Oh, somebody's phone you say? >> Yeah. >> And she said she saw the woman in >> Sarita said she had her own phone. >> Okay. So then when you tell me you get the phone back and exit the plane, that's when we got there. >> and then he and then he and then she go, "Can Can I have Can I have back my phone?" >> Mhm. >> And then I say, "Nope. Come on. Come out." >> If y'all had the love of God, which was on y'all, y'all wouldn't be doing this to me. I promise. >> Yeah, I think. >> Thank you. That's it. That's it. >> Sit down. Have a seat, baby. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Watch watch me get in the car. All right, but can you can y'all let my window down first cuz it's hot. >> Yep. >> So look, he's opening it. He's opening it. So, can you call for rank a ranking officer right now? >> If it's anything to do with the airline >> No, it's not to do with the airline. I I need you to call a ranking ranking officer. I'm requesting that, please. >> I can request. I don't know what their availability is. >> Please request them. She He's requesting a ranking officer. Can you please do that now, sir? Where's your ID at? >> Huh? >> Where's your ID? >> Um I don't know. We I just went running. >> Do y'all need another unit? >> Requesting a a ranking officer. >> transport? So, if they ask why you want to talk to them, what do you want me to tell them? >> A ranking officer's going to get out and talk to me. She just wanted to talk to a ranking officer about the law. >> Okay. >> You feel me? >> All right. >> Yes, sir. So, I just needed to talk to rank. >> Sounds good. >> Um can you do me a favor? >> I can try. >> a favor? >> I can try. >> Huh? >> I can try. >> to call Jack out of the machine. Can you please get it for me because you know they ain't going to let me drink it, though. You know that, right? You know that, right? >> Yeah, I'm not buying a drink for you. >> Here, I got the money. >> Yes, sir. I'm not buying a drink for you. >> You're not going to buy a drink for me? >> Nope. >> Why not? >> [clears throat] >> Why not? Sir? Why not? What did I do, sir? That was so wrong. >> Well, you breached security on the airfield for one. >> But how >> did I breach security on the airfield? >> You ran out onto the ramp area of the >> But, no. The captain told me that What do you mean run out the ramp? The captain told me to step out on the ramp, didn't he? Isn't that what he said? >> No, he said step out right in that little jet bridge area where we're all standing. And you said okay and took off running. >> No, the jet bridge is where I was and he asked me to get off and I got off. You don't remember that? Y'all asked me but am I Listen, am I lying? Did y'all ask me to get y'all out here and get off? >> And then uh they said she >> Did y'all Did y'all not ask me to get off? >> Hello, everyone. >> The woman >> So, right now you're being I'm not telling you anything for you. Okay? You need to leave the property. If you don't leave the property, you're going to jail. >> Of course I'm going to leave. What the [ __ ] am I going to stay here for? >> Then leave. >> What is you talking about? Don't tell me to leave. I'll leave when I get ready. >> No, I'm telling you. >> No, cuz they No, you see what they doing. No, you should have just made me get out the back. >> Did you hear me? Did you hear They were told. >> I'm not I'm not I don't care. Move, BRO. MOVE, BRO. >> [screaming] >> OFF OF ME. GET OFF OF ME, BRO. WHAT ARE YOU arresting me for? >> I'm going to cuff you. >> GET OFF OF ME, BRO. GET OFF of me. Get off of me. >> GOING TO SIT HERE AND ARGUE WITH YOU. >> WHY WON'T YOU GET OFF OF ME? Get off of me, bro. WHY WON'T YOU SAY ANYTHING? NO. WHAT THE [ __ ] IS WRONG WITH YOU, BRO? ALL RIGHT. ALL RIGHT, COOL. All right, COOL. GET OFF OF ME, BRO. YOU DON'T HAVE TO KEEP fighting them. I'm a little Let me go, bro. >> What are y'all trying to do to me? >> We're going to let you go in here in just a sec. >> Okay. She doesn't want to listen to us, so she's getting arrested. Okay? >> her go, bro. >> All she had to do was leave. I told her to leave. You heard me. NO, you weren't getting ready to leave. >> Yes, I >> You were standing there arguing with me telling me that >> No. >> AS THE CREW MOVED TO REMOVE HER, she turned the accusation around warning them they could catch a federal charge for delaying the flight. That claim doesn't hold up. Delaying a flight can trigger federal charges. Asking questions about your own removal does not. Once off the jet bridge, she didn't stop at the gate. She ran onto the ramp, the active airfield beside the runway. Crossing into a restricted airfield isn't an airline issue. It's a federal security violation separate from anything the airline decided. From inside the airport, she called 911 demanding officers who were already standing next to her. According to witnesses, it started with the seat. She kept switching spots, leaning on strangers, and borrowing their phones. The man next to her didn't know her. When the flight attendant asked him to move, he did and the complaint followed. The flight attendant made the call. She wasn't comfortable flying with this passenger. The captain agreed. Being told to leave an aircraft isn't a crime. It's what happens after the order that determines everything. Officers gave her more than one chance to leave on her own. She stayed. She argued. She refused. Under Florida law, refusing to leave after a lawful trespass warning turns a private disagreement into a first-degree misdemeanor. When officers moved to take her into custody, she pulled away. That resistance is its own separate charge even without violence. The arrest happened. What followed was a long dispute over the handcuffs themselves. She said they were too tight pressing against a bruise. Officers checked the fit twice at two-finger gap sliding on the wrist. Force during an arrest is measured by one standard, whether it was reasonable at the moment it was used not in hindsight. A cuff that passes a two-finger check rarely meets the bar for excessive force even when the COMPLAINT IS REPEATED. >> WAS SHE ALWAYS LIKE THIS? ALL SHE HAD TO DO WAS LEAVE. Like you said, I That has nothing to do with us. Really has nothing to do with us. Okay? When When management says they want her trespassed, that's what we do. Okay? You have her some opportunity to sit there and vent, to want to leave, all she wanted to do is stand there and argue with me more. I'm not going to sit there and argue with her. All she had to do is get in the car and drive away. This is her vehicle, right? I'll stand over there. You're not getting in the car yet. Cuz I got to get permission for you to take the vehicle. It's all right. >> Please don't resist me real quick. >> Okay. We need to find out if she's going to get permission for him to drive the vehicle away or not. If she doesn't want to cooperate, then >> my hands are >> Hey, you going to let your friend over there drive your car home? >> My hands are already small. Loosen my cuffs. MY HANDS ARE ALREADY SMALL. I HAVE A BRUISE ON MY ARM. Loosen my cuffs, PLEASE. I ASK YOU TO LOOSEN THEM. >> You need to take a deep breath and relax. >> NO, I'M NOT RELAXED. I CAME HERE TO USE THE BATHROOM, BRO.
